Not the room we booked. And also lots of people smoking and the AC is connected through all rooms so our room smelled like smoke too.

A cozy and comfortable hotel to live during holidays. Had a great evening by dining in Turkish restaurant on the opposite road side where they say Mustafa Kamal Atatürk also dined once of which they have hung a photograph of the occasion.
Visited The grave and museum of Mustafa Kamal Atatürk as well.
Has been a wonderful tour...

Stayed in this hotel with my family for 1 night on our way from Istanbul to Cappadocia. Didn’t expect much as it was just a layover on a long trip. The rooms and the hotel itself has certainly seen better days and cleanliness is acceptable but leaves more to be desired.
They have a rule where you aren’t allowed to bring any outside food or drinks in and will stop you at the entrance if they see anything of the sort. I had to ask my family to come down from their rooms and we walked back to the restaurant in the rain. The restaurant gave immaculate service and I’ll definitely give them a plug here. But don’t expect much from this “5-star” hotel.
Ciğerci Aydın is the restaurant and it’s only a 5 minute walk. Great food and amazing service.
Edit : I forgot to mention but I used the restroom in the lobby and it had a horrendous smell. I also asked for a non-smoking room and yet it reeked like an ashtray. They clearly just sprayed some Febreeze and hoped that would hide the smell.

It is a clean, neat and warm hotel. The spaciousness of the room I stay in gives me extra comfort. The food is also very delicious. It is a hotel I can recommend.

Gorgeous hotel!!! It was a pleasure for me to be here. I really liked the room. Everything is snow-white, clean, everything smells. The staff is very attentive and friendly! The atmosphere is homely, I would say. It was very cozy everywhere!!! Thank you!!!!

The cleanliness is excellent. All the staff but the owner of the hotel work very sincerely and diligently. The food is very tasty. Nothing was missing in the rooms.

Room 10 is 5 stars, the hotel staff are all smiles and smiles, we went with our two year old twins and were very comfortable, despite this we would go there again without hesitation.
