All the staff working there were wonderful and so helpful. Comfortable, clean rooms. A quick swim in the pool - a bit cold, hot tub not working, breakfast food was fresh and varied. Could hear some outside noise from my room with windows closed but with fan on was tolerable. Thanks to all the staff! Appreciate your efforts.

Everything is just fantastic.
Massage was really good and i recommend it. Hamam room in the spa it is a very traditional and beautiful place, visitors must see how people were having bath in the past.❤️👍

We liked the hotel location- it’s next to Armada mall and restaurant street, so you can walk for nice meals and coffee nearby. Superbusy area. Spa is ok, nothing special though. Rooms are clean and nice, breakfast is amazing, only staff is a bit annoying during breakfast: I would never expect a girl standing behind my back during whole breakfast waiting to clean up the plate I haven’t yet finished or picking up my coffee cup while still having coffee in it. That’s really annoying. Otherwise pretty nice.

To be honest, this hotel actually hardly has a maximum taring of four stars.
Let's start with the advantages of this hotel:

The location is convenient, just a 20-minute walk from the U.S. Embassy.
The breakfast is relatively abundant. Although the quality doesn’t compare to many five-star hotels I’ve stayed in, the quantity is at least sufficient.
The hotel is situated next to a park, making it fairly quiet, and the view from the window is nice, with a good view of the sunset. However, if you think you can take a walk in the park, you're sorely mistaken - the park is enclosed, and you'll have to walk a long way to find a small, paid entrance.
The room has a big window that can be opened, so you can get fresh air.

Now, let’s talk about the disadvantages. Why did I reluctantly give it only our stars.

While the hotel's location is good, the road near the hotel is in poor condition, and when you arrive by car at the entrance, you have to wait a long time before someone comes out to greet you and arrange parking. This is not how a five-star hotel should welcome its quests and the first impression the quest should receive.

The glass of the floor-to-ceiling window with a window that can be opened in the room was very, very and very dirty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned for at least a year.

The area outside the hotel is only cleaned in front of the entrance, but just a few steps away in front of the hotel’s sign, there’s trash everywhere.

The hotel reception didn’t provide any travel guides or maps for guests.

The four pillows in the bedding are almost identical, with no consideration for quests with cervical spine issues, and no memory foam pillows are provided for them.

The corridors look old and lack the design and feel of a star-rated hotel.

The breakfast restaurant doesn’t have clear signage, so you have to search for a while after getting out of the elevator.

The price is very high, offering poor value for money.

In short, the bad impressions outweigh the good ones, and overall, it feels poorly managed. In the attached photos you can see the dirty glass of the room. I won't be coming back.

I come to this hotel regularly and I am always extremely satisfied with this establishment.

Well, the location is nice no outstanding views but close to everything downtown.
The service inside the rooms is kind of poor! No toothbrush, no toothpaste and no loofah.
They have a gym as they said went down twice couldn’t find it 😂.

Crowded traffic around hotel, one of the street hard to walk

Beautiful Hotel with an amazing Restaurant, the breakfast was just perfect. Staff in the reception, restaurant again both professional and polite. Only 1 small problem, My TV was horrible, horrible picture, reminded me of Poland in the 70's..... AirCon also didn't work, however nit a problem, the room was perfectly clean and nice, a real pleasure to stay.

Very nice hotel, high quality accommodation. I have no single complain. Highly reccomended!
