Rooms are cleaned, me and parents stay one night and its very pleasant. Outside temp was freezing, but inside we feel the warm. This hotel is highly recommended. Thank you new park hotel and ayfer - the cleaner.

I booked a suite for three nights. These are on the front of the hotel next to an extremely busy crossroads. The noise was tremendous. The desk staff were helpful, but the rooms at the back of hotel are tiny and extremely hot. As others have noted, there is no option to cool the rooms during autumn or winter. I'm not sure how a hotel without air conditioning can get so many stars. I tried to rest, but couldnt so I checked out. I accepted that I'd have to pay for my first night, but I requested that my next two nights could be refunded as I was giving the hotel enough notice to resell the room. Reception couldnt action this so I emailed the management. I was ignored so I emailed again. I was ignored again. Overall, very disappointing.

It was an amazing experience, a great hotel with friendly staff. It is wheelchair accessible, great reception. The rooms and clean and well kept. The facilities are great with friendly staff manning them. The view from the front rooms are great (I stayed in the back rooms).

Dear Management, do something about the music in your hotel! Listening to the same two titles in a permanent loop is pure torture! Room was perfect, Service friendly but obviously not everyone speaks English - watch out for your breakfast when going away from the table to get some more food - when you return everything is gone….

Wonderful service in the cafe from Deniz and Gamze and their colleagues and good food.
Hotel is very pleasant, basic rooms are a little small, top quality breakfast bar.

This is our second time. The rooms are clean and almost soundproof. Breakfast and cafe have decent food and drinks. The staff are super friendly and always try to find a solution even if it is not their job.

A decent hotel, very decent for a business trip, near a park and a good view, although the street next to the room is quiet enough, there are many places to eat around, I recommend

I think it is a fine hotel but not 5 stars. Friendly as expected in turkey yet the receptionist English was lacking and the WiFi never worked properly.

It was very good experience for me and my father. I loved the ladies working at the front desk, since they were very helpful to me. Plus, the breakfast was awesome and the room we were there was so clean and comfortable beds. Also, the location of the hotel was the best

We just checked into this 5 stat hotel.
On 1st impression, everything is good. Unless you have a hot bedroom. The air conditioning is only available on the cold setting in the warmer months...however, we were offered a fan. This is what I call 5 stat. How disappointing
