Avoid!! We have booked this hotel for 4 nights but ended up check out after a few hours! It's unacceptably dirty, smell of smoking all over the room even though we have requested non smoking room. There was an ashtray in the room hence the reception advised the floor we have stayed was non-smoking area.. Bathroom was filthy, shower wasn't working properly and guess what we had a cockroach 🪳 in the bathroom!! Even though they have offered us to move another room as you can imagine we weren't able to stay here any longer after all this experience..I would recommend you to avoid this hotel where possible!!

Bad experience during my stay . Pricess are to high comparing to the underscore services, very hot rooms .the staff refused opening the air condition rooms are very small and the breakfast was very disappointing

Hotel service very bad rooms hot they stop the air condition because the summer system is ended on September and we came on October that days was hot they refuse to open central air conditions and after we arsked refund our money to move they ask the manager and he refused to give our money back
Second the toilet in my room has bad sewage smell

The hotel room had a stained mattress and a slightly dirty sofa, but the decor was beautiful. The staff, though not fluent in English, were helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is excellent, close to two metro stations and several good restaurants. The variety and taste of the breakfast are not satisfactory.

For a short business trip, we stayed overnight at this hotel on Dec. 2022. A nice hotel with a great location, clean, comfy, appealing and modern-designed rooms and kind and courteous staff, and decent breakfast with affordable price. Thanks for the early check-in and following up to make the heating device works properly.

Awesome hotel with a lovely restaurant on the roof which is not to be missed. Forget Shri star rating - this is good quality for very reasonable costs.

I stayed here for almost 3 weeks, and everything was perfect! They spoke English well and always tried hard to help me whenever I needed help. I would definitely stay here if I come to Ankara again.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited, very clean and comfortable. The staff here is amazing and helpful. Food was delicious with a view. I would definitely book in Rox when I come back again to ankara. I wish you guys have branches all over the world.

Liked · ROX Hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of hospitality and strict COVID19 safety measures taken on site. The rooms were well designed and offered a nice view. It had a free valet service as the location was quite busy and finding a parking spot was difficult. The breakfast was fabulous and the dinner we had at the restaurant was very tasty. The espresso machine had an issue but they were very kind to offer us free Turkish coffee instead, so thanks for that!
Disliked · The service at the restaurant was a bit slow but the meals were so tasty I can't complain too much! The spa was closed due to Covid but again everything else was so good that we didn't mind this and it is not their fault.
