This is literally one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in my life. It is stunning: the furniture, antiques, artwork, carpets, the list goes on. It's really one of a kind and unforgettable. It's in a lovely district in Ankara - probably the best as it is in front of a castle/ fortress. It is also close to the museum. Pristine in terms of sanitation, very responsive and helpful staff, comfortable and elegant rooms, etc. We want to visit Ankara again just to stay at this hotel. I wouldn't hesitate or think twice when booking. I couldn't recommend it enough.

The hotel is located near the airport. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The hotel's service is of a high standard, especially Aykan (lobby bar) and Selcuk, who takes care of the main restaurant. I also recommend taking advantage of the SPA offer (the massage offer includes beautifully scented aromatherapy oils).

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for business purposes, and I have always experienced excellent service from the very professional reception staff. Onyr from the hotel’s sports area was particularly helpful in presenting the facilities and making reservations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel when I was attending a food & beverages trade show nearby, it was OK, nothing special and no convenience stores close by where you could buy anything. A word of warning, this city is one of the biggest scams in the world, people were always trying to take advantage of you e.g. taxi driver from the airport to the hotel asked if I wanted to book a return trip so I did and paid in advance, guess what? The driver never turned up for our return trip and kept the money and it wasn't cheap.

Divan hotels have never failed me. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. Breakfast is varied and delicious. They always maintain their standards.

Nice boutique hotel. Reception lady very polite and helpful. Breakfast was also good. Parking is valet only because area is so tight. Rooms were good, clean and modern but a little small. Area is good also.

Standard rooms are so small if u have a child with you. However location are perfect , staffs are so helpful and cleaning is nice. Especially in breakfast Muhammed and Sibel are so kind and helpful to us. If u have a child it is important:) thank you for your kindness

Divan Ankara was superb! Very welcoming staff, especially Cem and Bora. Perfect location, walking distance of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. This boutique hotel was immaculate. The amenities were outstanding. The room was perfect. The air conditioning was great and the bed was so comfortable. We visit Ankara often and will never stay anywhere else!

Nothing special about this place. The Vale parking is slow and is open to non guests so you low priority as a hotel guests in the morning compared to new customers wanting to park
