Me and my partner enjoyed staying here everything’s was good including the hospitality, cleanliness etc except the suite room we stayed is not soundproof where we can hear noises came from the roadside.

The staff were kind, helpful, friendly and driven towards customer satisfaction.
Amazing breakfast and alla cart menu in the dining restaurant.
Minor downside is the fact that alcohol is not served in the hotel. However, 15 metres from the hotel is a market which allows you to buy alcohol and consume it in the rooms as allowed by the hotel.

We are a family, booked 4 nights.
Honestly everything was wonderful.
Everyone in reception was professional and nice.
Breakfast is various and delicious and people are smiling and welcoming and very polite.
Hotel located near of kazaly shopping area and many restaurants and coffee shops.
I wish this quality carrying on.

Great hotel. Wonderful service and was treated very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is located in a great area too. Breakfast is amazing and I felt very welcomed., Would definitely come back again. Hakam was very helpful and kind. The manager at the breakfast area was great.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Delicious and rich breakfast on time. Moderately fast internet. It's almost next to downtown(Kızılay) , you can walk there in 10min. You can get to the hotel to and from Esenboga airport by taxi(around 700TL) or by shuttle bus (100TL). Shuttle buses stop in Kızılay.
Cons: Not much. It has a limited city view. Minibar could be richer.and free

The hotel was really nice. The room was clean and organised. However, it was a bit small for three people. The staff were friendly and helpful and we could communicate in English as well. I was staying there on my birthday and they surprised me with a cake that day which was really nice! There are many options for the breakfast. Overall it was a great experience!

Clean and nice, friendly staff but most of them don't speak English. Rooms are nice and have enough space. AC was on heat in October at night and there is no way to turn on cold, and opening the window was not an option because it's located on a main street, take a light pajama :) breakfast was good with lots of options. Location is not far from main attractions. Value for money too.

What matters to every traveler, especially under the circumstances of the pandemic, is the cleanliness that you feel just by looking at the front of the hotel.. All the reception staff are friendly and do not hesitate to help, especially the gentleman in the evening shift, the meals are delicious and you should try the hamburger prepared according to the hotel’s own method.. the hotel’s location Distinguished and I recommend it with integrity.. Greetings to all employees.

The location is excellent, close to everything, The rooms are very clean, the staff is very kind and friendly and they are very helpful. The breakfast and the food is excellent. Everything was great, thank you all.
