Me and my partner enjoyed staying here everything’s was good including the hospitality, cleanliness etc except the suite room we stayed is not soundproof where we can hear noises came from the roadside.

Amazing breakfast and alla cart menu in the dining restaurant.
Minor downside is the fact that alcohol is not served in the hotel. However, 15 metres from the hotel is a market which allows you to buy alcohol and consume it in the rooms as allowed by the hotel.

We are a family, booked 4 nights.
Honestly everything was wonderful.
Everyone in reception was professional and nice.
Breakfast is various and delicious and people are smiling and welcoming and very polite.
Hotel located near of kazaly shopping area and many restaurants and coffee shops.
I wish this quality carrying on.

Great hotel. Wonderful service and was treated very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is located in a great area too. Breakfast is amazing and I felt very welcomed., Would definitely come back again. Hakam was very helpful and kind. The manager at the breakfast area was great.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Delicious and rich breakfast on time. Moderately fast internet. It's almost next to downtown(Kızılay) , you can walk there in 10min. You can get to the hotel to and from Esenboga airport by taxi(around 700TL) or by shuttle bus (100TL). Shuttle buses stop in Kızılay.

The hotel was really nice. The room was clean and organised. However, it was a bit small for three people. The staff were friendly and helpful and we could communicate in English as well. I was staying there on my birthday and they surprised me with a cake that day which was really nice! There are many options for the breakfast. Overall it was a great experience!

The location is great, valet parking, rich breakfast, attentive service, and I feel that every staff member is passionate and strives to satisfy the guests. The service attitude can make up for some minor flaws of the hotel.
