The staff in the kitchen were great. However I tried to call reception to explain that the WiFi was down. He couldn’t seem to grasp what I was saying and asked me for my passport number. I was trying to explain to him that the WiFi is down meaning that the entire network is no longer visible. After asking my question again he hung up the phone on me . Ridiculous service. When we went to the front desk he continued to be indignant So all 4 of us decided not to extend our stay and to leave for a better hotel that doesn’t think it appropriate to hang up on customers. Would not recommend.

Nothing but exceptional service, staff are caring and cater for all needs. For the price the service outweighed the cost. The people are so amazing and caring, while sick from travelling they catered for all my needs at any time. 10/10 would recommend KAHYA Hotel. Best hotel in Ankara in my opinion.

Had a great experience staying in this hotel. Very friendly and attentive stuff and comfy rooms. Good location next to the main attractions and airport shuttle. Highly recommended for your stay in Ankara.

Great location as it was in walking distance from the city center and yet was in a calmer street.
Hotel rooms are small and smelled like cigarettes. They were old and had carpets which were not clean at all.
Hotel staff was accommodating and tried their best to make our stay comfortable.
Breakfast had many options including fresh omelette.

The rooms are not like on the pictures, but old, dirty and have smoking smell.
We asked for another room because of the smell, which we easily got, but that had a bad smoking smell too and so had several others.
The rooms did not had a clean and new floor like on the pictures but old carpets full of stains. Similar the rest of the room was dirty and the bathroom had a strong bad waste water smell.
Lastly, the breakfast had a larger variety but barely anything tasted well.
We asked for another room because of the smell, which we easily got, but that had a bad smoking smell too and so had several others.

Fantastic find here! Looking for accommodation in Ankara, came across this place. Reasonably priced, on arrival received a very warm welcome, valet parked, went to our room. Very neat, fresh, well appointed with a nice view.

We have been in the hotel for three days 🏨 the truth is that it has been a very good experience since we arrived, all the staff, the receptionists and all the receptionists treated us very well, that's why we decided to stay more days, they put us in a very nice room with a beautiful view, the girls who do the housekeeping are very nice and they always clean the room, the bed, the AC everything is very good, we travelled with our dog and this is one of the only hotels that accept dogs and not only the service dogs.
Very good location and we were treated very well,
The breakfast is very rich and varied.
I really invite you to come and enjoy the hotel and the beautiful Ankara.

Amazing stay! All the team is really welcoming and have great service! I was going to stay just for one night but I just keep extending more nights! They make you fell at home. Rooms are spacious, great views, confortable bed and great amenities. They are pet friendly and they treat my little one really good! She love this hotel as well ☺️♥️🐶. Breakfast is good, and everything is very clean. 1000% recommend it!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The location was good and clear hotel, but the room was smell bad and we had informed the reception without any action
