Sava Hotel

First let me start with the positives. The location was very good and there was a beach and lots of restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast had lots of options.

There were lots of negatives though. The room had only one light so it was extremely annoying and pretty gloomy. The owner didn’t do anything and was mostly lazing around on his phone on the couch. Even when we asked for a shampoo, he just didn’t look from his phone and said no.

When someone else helped us, the prices were very expensive so we had to book it ourselves and found out it was only half the price! The hotel also booked us a cab and the taxi man was very bad. He took us to a restaurant even though we said we wanted to go somewhere else, and in the restaurant the people began serving us food that we had not ordered, then asked us to pay for it and also pay for the food the taxi man ate.

We said not to pay for the taxi man but we were forced to pay for the free food. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

One of the most worst hotel I have ever stayed in Antalya ( konyaalti).
The manager (Mr Ilyas) was being rude with if we tried to call to the reception they did not answer and instead gave us excuses.
Then when we came across a problem of Washrooms wc water pipe was not working when we complained about it they gave lame excuses and after 2 days of our complain the hotel owner came and fixed the problem.
Overall this hotel is not recommended.

One of the most pathetic experiences. The hotel manager Mr.Ilyas was rude misbehaved with us. He took our passports and didn’t returned it despite asking him several times. Due to this we left our passports in antalya and had to pay heavey amount to get them back on cappadocia.

The room were small .Everything seems a bit old.Bfast is just ok .You don’t enjoy bfast.Just eat.Only thing is the price and location as it is close to beach.Bathrooms were so small ,old and washrooms accessories are really cheap.Building is old.I wouldn’t stay here again

I had a two days stay at Sava Hotel. I booked room with double bed. Whereas they gave me some other room with 4 beds. Guy at reception who was probably the manager of hotel was very rude. I asked him to change my room but he didn't. There were very less lightning in room. Washroom was also stinking. Location and breakfast they provided was nice.

First feeling when I entered this hotel was regret... the reservation was done and I had to move on. The hotel staff gave me a room after verifying my booking failing to mention that it is 45% the size of what I booked. Room was on the third floor and there are no lifts! When I found out about the room size being smaller, the staff was trying to make excuses and tell me that both sizes are the same price! The only reason for the 2 stars on service was the decency of providing a suitable room in a closeby hotel! The hotel has a wierd and a bad stench, the hotel is very old and has corridors connecting nearby building as part of the same hotel. I don't recommend a family stay here!

I did reservation 2 months ago and its approved, but today, the hotel sent me message and said they cancelled my reservation and not will accept to hotel as a guest, and they shared this information with me 2 days ago before arrivel. My friend will come from other country, we bought tickets and paid reservation costs already. Such news should have been given 15-20 days before, not 2 days in advance. At the moment we are not sure if we can find another hotel, moreover we will have to pay more. I have all the evidence, messages logs and I have complained about this hotel to the Turkish Ministry of Tourism and Culture.

Loss of face and reputation for profit.My booking was cancelled by the administration one month before arrival. My emails and messages have been left unanswered. In this hotel, the Client is not an expensive guest, but a money bag that they want to shake out. I do not recommend it!
