Sava Hotel

Please don’t book this hotel for a number of reasons: 1-Extremely loud music from a nearby hotel made it impossible to sleep. 2-Our room was on the 6th floor, and there was no lift — very inconvenient, especially with luggage. 3-The towels provided were old and worn out. 4-There was no blanket or comforter in the room, just a thin single sheet on the bed. 5-The breakfast was very poor — we couldn’t eat anything. 6-The bathroom had no shower gel, only shampoo. We were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

First let me start with the positives. The location was very good and there was a beach and lots of restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast had lots of options.

There were lots of negatives though. The room had only one light so it was extremely annoying and pretty gloomy. The owner didn’t do anything and was mostly lazing around on his phone on the couch. Even when we asked for a shampoo, he just didn’t look from his phone and said no.

When someone else helped us, the prices were very expensive so we had to book it ourselves and found out it was only half the price! The hotel also booked us a cab and the taxi man was very bad. He took us to a restaurant even though we said we wanted to go somewhere else, and in the restaurant the people began serving us food that we had not ordered, then asked us to pay for it and also pay for the food the taxi man ate.

We said not to pay for the taxi man but we were forced to pay for the free food. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

One of the most worst hotel I have ever stayed in Antalya ( konyaalti).
The manager (Mr Ilyas) was being rude with if we tried to call to the reception they did not answer and instead gave us excuses.
Then when we came across a problem of Washrooms wc water pipe was not working when we complained about it they gave lame excuses and after 2 days of our complain the hotel owner came and fixed the problem.
Overall this hotel is not recommended.

One of the most pathetic experiences. The hotel manager Mr.Ilyas was rude misbehaved with us. He took our passports and didn’t returned it despite asking him several times. Due to this we left our passports in antalya and had to pay heavey amount to get them back on cappadocia.

The room were small .Everything seems a bit old.Bfast is just ok .You don’t enjoy bfast.Just eat.Only thing is the price and location as it is close to beach.Bathrooms were so small ,old and washrooms accessories are really cheap.Building is old.I wouldn’t stay here again

Disgusting hotel and disgusting staff! This is the worst hotel we encountered on our big trip to Turkey. We booked a hotel room for 2 days. Upon check-in, we paid $106 in cash. We booked through Booking (but paid in cash at the hotel) We got a room on the 2nd floor. At first glance, everything seemed quite acceptable, since we didn’t need much, bed, shower and cleanliness. But the minibar, also known as the refrigerator, was completely stocked with paid drinks, we didn’t plan to use anything, but that’s not the main thing. After I opened the refrigerator, I could not close it, the door was broken. When my husband tried to close it, the door remained in his hands, it simply fell off. The refrigerator itself did not work, purely technically it worked, but did not cool. They called the master, he looked, fixed the door and said that tomorrow he would come and check again. The door to the balcony was broken, it did not close and neither did the window. They could have entered us through the balcony door from the next room, this is not acceptable. We left all our things in the room and went to explore the surrounding area and the sea, and decided to think about how to proceed. We didn’t really like the location of the hotel either, the embankment was dirty and the sea was gray. In order not to spoil our vacation, we decided to take a car and go to another city. In Booking you could cancel the hotel until 18-00, which is what we did. When we returned to the hotel and said that we wanted to move out, with a request to return our money (at least for the second day), we were told that the manager had left and the money would not be returned to us. We packed our things and left for another city, because... We didn’t want to stay in this hotel. When we returned a week later and tried to resolve the issue with the managers, he began to say in a raised tone that we were not his guests, but guests of the booking office. He said that he had paid a commission to the booking company and would not return the money to us, that we were crazy and that he did not intend to talk to us anymore. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Always check the number before paying for it!! Our further journey through Turkey was not overshadowed by anything. We lived in different cities and wonderful hotels, at a price even cheaper than this one.
