Not the best of hotels even though there was alot of potential. No lighting in corridor and 3 lamps in bedroom. No iron in room. Paid to have an item ironed for a cost but item was returned to room unironed twice. Bath water was not draining properly also bath was not cleaned daily. I nearly slipped and banged my head due to soap scum. I mentioned this to hotel staff on day 1 but nothing got done about it. Most staff had no knowledge of surrounding areas. Hammam was basic even though great facility. I booked few days in advance but on the day they overbooked and wanted me to come back later which i refused. I was rushed and did not enjoy it one bit. The only good thing was the buffet breakfast, it was great, fresh everyday Overall, not worth the money i paid for this hotel.

Overall it was okay value for money but had too many problems to not write a review, nothing good to type as they are things that are the bare minimum. Pool terrace didn’t even open Spa was closed Wifi was shocking - had to use data Room floor was filthy not been hoovered / changed for years Air con was on life support Staff said they’d do stuff then not do it like an extra key card Door wouldn’t lock No ‘do not disturb’ sign so housekeeping just came in whenever gym needs a refurbishment

I was totally baffled by the some of the poor reviews left by previous guests. The hotel was amazing, large spacious room with two balconies, free water and coffee. The food was excellent for breakfast and evening meals The staff worked above and beyond. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

This hotel was clearly an upmarket establishment, but is now a sad shadow of its former self. It down at heel and shabby, which is highlighted by it's glittsy decor. Whilst the rooms were quite decent the building is surrounded by busy urban noisy city and a very busy and noisy main road runs just meters from the front door

The beds have bed bugs, we were given another room but the bugs were even more hungry there. A real dump. I never want to hear or see this place again. I pity anyone that stays due to an organised tour. Complain to the hotel and tour company like zi did.

Interesting hotel situated on a highway. Very old fashioned inside but I liked the retro look inside my hotel room. Bad internet access kept going off poor connection. I found the food on the buffet very nice though with a great selection and variety. Has an indoor pool but I didn't have time to swim I only stayed one night here on tour.

Total waste of money.

I was not able to change AC temperature and manager said it is not working now for the whole hotel.

The telephone in the room does not work so you have to go 5 floors down for every request.

They also don't provide early morning breakfast.

Hotel has big rooms, good food and it is close to tram station Meydan. From hotel to Antalya airport takes you 15 minutes

The room was dirty and lacked amenities. Everything had a foul smell and felt sticky. The air quality was terrible, with smog seeping in through the fan. The AC was also very weak and barely cooled the room.
