This hotel is perfect! Staff are 5 star - Food was incredible...Rooms immaculate. Spa was unreal! Hopefully returning soon.... every holiday will now compare to this! My only negative - please do some Entertainment in English.....

If you spoke German you were ok, but British, English speaking was greeted with distaste from many of the staff. The male receptionist who was on duty the night we arrived was the worst. Also when I took ill on the evening before we were due to return home and had to go to the hotel medical facility, the nurse and doctor only spoke Turkish or German and had to use Google translate to inform my husband that the visit would cost €140, this was before they even asked what was wrong!!! Then having to stay an extra night due to being hospitalised, charged €330 for the night and had our wifi blocked at 9am the extra day and still had to check out at 12pm even though we weren't being picked up until 7pm. No empathy or compassion shown to myself or my husband and basically left to fend for ourselves, again it was the same male receptionist who was on when we tried to get things sorted. I had even emailed the hotel, translated it into Turkish and still not heard a thing from them. Also showed the receptionist it on my phone to read and he still didn't want to help or show he understood. So if your British and don't speak any German, stay away from this hotel!!

I had an amazing stay at the Seaden Quality Hotel! The food was absolutely delicious with so much variety — every meal felt like a treat. The hotel itself is spotless and well looked after, which really made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The entertainment was also fantastic — fun, engaging, and something to look forward to each day. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday! Thanks to animator Dogan!!

We stayed here for 1 week from 31st July. I was concerned reading some of the reviews about how the hotel accommodated guests from the UK. I needn't have bothered, we had a brilliant time. We checked in the early hours of morning and was greeted by the receptionist who knew my name, which I thought was a nice personalised touch and also a glass of sparkling wine even better 😆. We were celebrating our Daughters 16th birthday and I had arranged beforehand to have dinner at the Italian Alcarte restaurant. Guest relations went out of their way to ensure my daughter birthday was celebrated, Thank you very much appreciated . We stayed in 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom room. The size, decor and amenities of the room were 5 star. Our housekeeper was the best. She went out of her way to ensure our room was serviced quickly and accommodated our requests. We came back to different towel designs daily including a birthday cake when it was my daughters birthday. I will say the location of these room are on the 2nd floor sandwiched between reception 3rd floor/ lobby bar and 1st floor outside bar seating area. For someone who is sensitive to noise, we did hear the seating furniture being dragged on the floor periodically but it didn't impact our enjoyment of the room. We enjoyed the extensive food options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I treated myself and my daughter to spa treatments. Involving Turkish bath and 1.5hr full body massage. I would highly recommend. The staff do a sterling job, yes they will greet you in German but once you start speaking English they will speak in English. Unless you want to engage in a lengthy conversation with the staff they speak enough English to be able to service your needs. I didn't feel limited in anyway. Shout out to Zekeriya, Fatima, Tuncay, Àlperen (the barman on skates) who made our stay at the Seaden memorable. The lovely Büsra from the Entertainment. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Seaden and would definitely come back and stay again.

We definitely did not expect such a high level of service. Everything was exceptional. Ultra All Inclusive formula is something that we could used to… :) I highly recommend to everyone, especialy those who are visiting Turkey for the first time and do not know what to expect (like us).

We went here in June. We love Turkey and have been to side twice before. We are going back to Turkey in September but would not stay at this hotel again. There are not enough sunbeds for all the guests around the pool. We saw towel wars every single day. You could sit on a bed for an hour, then go up to breakfast and "The Staff" will pick up your towels and bags and move them. This was happening all the time. The hotel has very little English guests probably 5%. The staff all speak German and very little English. The A la Carte restaurants have only 1 sitting per night at 7.30, they were generally empty, we tried 2 but would advise anyone not to bother. We ate out in Side twice even though we were all Inclusive, we felt the need to eat out for a much better dining experience. The staff were friendly ( those that could understand us) the hotel was clean. The hotel was incredibly hot with inadequate Air Con. We have never experienced this in Turkey even in August. Our room, on the top floor was boiling hot. We discovered that the air con was set at 20 and guests could not lower it. The Reception and bar areas were all very hot.

Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Early March 2024, off-season, but the hotel was 70 percent full, 99% of the guests were Germans, a very decent crowd. Arrived at 7 am, checked in immediately, invited to breakfast. The food was super, a variety for every taste, everything was high quality, cooked deliciously. Its own separate pastry shop with desserts and Turkish ice cream, there is a separate bar, and also a cool lobby bar. The service is beyond praise, the waiters are not just servants, bring-and-bring, they are quite positive guys who can also joke, I welcome this! The receptionists are also great and professional, the bartenders make excellent cocktails, like in a good bar. Of the minuses, this is the almost complete lack of territory, as well as a bad entry into the sea. I don’t know if there is a pier in the summer, it was dismantled for the winter season. But nearby there is an excellent promenade for walks in the old town. The place is also ideal for running and walking along the shore, you can easily run barefoot, there are no stones, excellent dense sand. I recommend the hotel, maybe I'll come again sometime!

A good hotel for the off-season. Excellent food, very nice and caring staff. The hotel is warm. The bar by the promenade is open in February (if there is no rain). The location at the end of the first promenade is very convenient for walks both to Antik and back. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and friendly. The walls between the rooms are thin - good audibility, but we were lucky with our neighbors.
