Laguna Beach Alya Resort & Spa

Lovely place to stay as you would expect from a 5star hotel. Rooms are nicely set up and there is a big shower.
The food is also good and plenty to choose from even for the most fussiest of eaters.
They have there own section on the beach which is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
The entertainment staff work hard and get you involved in the activities during the day and night. 👍🏻 highly recommended
The only thing I would say that Turkey is no longer the cheap option people think it is as most places when you go out want euros for external activities, food and shopping thus making it on par with most European countries.

Arrived after midnight staff was lovely, they showed us to our family room two single beds a a double bed, with sea views and a balcony amazing room, very pleased with the room and size. Room number was 1003
Large bathroom with shower fresh towels daily if you asked or put them out and cleaning staff would change did an amazing job, they we’re very friendly, pleasant. If you asked for anything extra water for fridge or bathroom accessories , they would leave you or give you them there and then to you, air con in room was a must through out the day and I would recommend having an extra key card for the room so you can leave this on when you are not in your room.
Pool bar staff was so helpful and checked on you throughout the evening to see if you need any more drinks ,etc, they often went beyond getting us chairs when none was available. Remembering you drinks order
Food was ok a bit representative at times but again staff was helpful and cleaned up around you ,no major issues or concerns
Pools was lovely and clean at all times. There was plenty of sun Loungers to go around, the main pool and children pool area was where the day time entertainment was , the entertainment staff wasn’t that great with us brits , and spoke to other gets more, this was not an issue for us as we had older teenagers,
Beech bar and area again very nice clan ice pleasant staff, the guy who took you too and from hotel to beech was great all ways helping the guests
I would recommend this hotel despite some people negotiate comments

Stayed here for a week in August. The only bad points for me were the Language Barrier, as most staff didn’t speak any English, and the food wasn’t the greatest. Other than that, beautiful place, animation team were brilliant especially through the day, the bar staff were 10/10, never a queue for drinks despite it being busy and they’d remember your usuals. Location isn’t as bad as other reviews say imo, still plenty of restaurants/bars/shops close by. Rooms and views were immaculate.

Not long got back from our holiday in Antalya staying at the laguna. We couldn't have been happier with hotel it has everything you need with lovely pool areas and very close to the beach. The hotel staff were great however two stood out as excellent to me one called Oguzhan who was very friendly working in the restaurant area. Was always welcoming people and had a smile on his face. Extremely approachable. The other lad worked in the Lobby bar and was called Ibrahim, he was quick to serve and made an effort to chat when he could. Both made our holiday experience even better than it was. Thank you

We stayed here from 20th May - 27th May for our honeymoon right after we got married, The hotel was ok they even changed our room after we complained we paid for a sea view and didn't get one initially, when we also told them it was our honeymoon they made an extra effort to dress our room up special, and this was all done with no animosity or issues we simply raised our issues and sorted them out which was nice of them.

The hotel has plenty of facilities and is kept really clean at all times, I don't remember seeing any mess or disorganisation at all, The rooms were always spotless, fresh towels each morning, Mini bar topped up with water for us, The pool area was always immaculate, restaurants tidy the whole hotel in general was very very clean.

There is also a lift down to the private beach, Which if would takes literally 2-3 minutes to get to, However there is also a private shuttle if you don't want to walk which is free and takes about 20 seconds to get to the beach in an old school land rover defender which was cool, the beach was also kept tidy and has it's own beech shack serving snacks, beer and soft drinks which tbh I was surprised at the quality they were all very tasty everything we tried and never went hungry.

I have scored 4 stars simply because I believe there service could have been a little better, a few times we went to the coffee bar and there were no staff, even when the hours worked stated 10:00-18:00 we ended up waiting for someone to show up, There were also times when we queued for snacks and then told they only had enough for the next 6 people so had to leave, but this was a rarity according to hotel stayers (Waffle bar) the evening entertainment was good, but needs a rework or some experience putting into it, the animation team do a great job but are also very young and we got the feeling they are just left to it.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and don't have really any complaints, But we have stayed in hotels in Turkey before with more options for food and the service was head and shoulders above the Laguna Beach.

Lovely Hotel spread over a number of floors, but don't worry there are plenty of lifts at this hotel. The hotel has it's own private beach area with a small beach hut that offers hot and cold drinks and also snacks, this is all included in the all inclusive deal. There is a little walk no more than 5 mins, or you can wait for the free shuttle which leaves every 10 mins and takes less than a minute to take you to the beach. that's to all the staff. The rooms are clean and quite large if you wish to compare. They are fresh. Painted in white with dashes of red in rooms meaning they all feel light and fresh. Multiple pools, children's splash pool, separate pool that services the water slides leaving another 2 pools to choose from. During our stay there was a themed Turkish night which consisted of Turkish themed food and also dancing by a Turkish dance group. The hotel is very clean. The staff continually cleaning the facilities and cleaning up after guests. There is the main buffet restaurant as well as an a la carte Turkish and Italian restaurant. We had a lovely stay here 7 nights. There's alot to keep you busy if you want to stay on site or there's various trips that are available through your rour operator or from the local travel shop a minutes walk from the hotel entrance. There's a disco on site,gym, spa, hairdressers, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. Lots of entertainment during the day and night for both children and adults. Overall we had a lovely holiday here, the weather made it the more enjoyable to what was already a lovely holiday.

Nice hotel with nice big rooms in a great location overlooking beautiful sunsets. Everything was perfect from the reception at the reception, friendly staff great variety of food. Organized transport to the beach, where there are no crowds on deckchairs and with helpful staff.
