Our stay at this hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish! This adults-only hotel truly deserves the highest rating. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing — perfect for unwinding without any rush or noise.

The staff is exceptional: friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. The food is amazing! A wide variety, fresh ingredients, and everything prepared to perfection. Every meal was a pleasure in itself.

A special mention goes to the beach bar — fantastic vibe, excellent drinks, and a view you could admire for hours. It has that special something that makes you never want to leave.

The entire stay was perfect — relaxation, comfort, and a wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a classy, peaceful vacation. 🌅🍸

My stay here was great for all the time I was there. Amazing food, drinks, activities, different bars and snack bars, restaurants, parties at night. It was bliss BUT I was scammed by the shop selling bags and perfumes. I bought perfumes in the shop and when I wanted to leave one of the sellers wanted to gift me a magnet and he insisted I should leave the bags and perfumes at the check out counter as the other colleague will keep an eye. This was to give the other guy time to swap my good colognes with bad ones. When I got home I opened them and they were half filled, soo old bottles with coloured fluids in them. This was utterly disgusting. I really found this to be very wrong as I spent lots of pounds promoting the business. This might greatly affect the great hotel with great service. I had an option to buy out of the hotel but chose them and all I got was disappointment. BUYER BEWARE.

I'm from Estonia and recently traveled to Turkey for the first time. This was my very first time staying in a hotel, and I have to say the experience exceeded my expectations. The place is truly beautiful, the staff are extremely friendly, and the food is excellent.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, and everything was well organized throughout my stay.
Overall, I am very impressed and would gladly return in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turkey.

We arrived late evening and we were allocated our room, which we quickly realised that we had been allocated a disabled persons room. My husband immediately notified the person on reception, and he was advised that as it was late there was nothing could be done, and we were to contact reception after 10am the following morning. As we were both tired from over 10 hours of traveling we reluctantly agreed, however when we went to use the bathroom we noticed a strong smell of sewage, which was genuinely overpowering! We spent the night with the blanket over our face in an attempt to block out the smell. The following morning we contacted reception and this time the lady on reception very quickly moved us to another room, so not the ideal start to our holiday! The rest of the hotel went without any problems. The hotel main area is very clean and maintained, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming and do appear to want you to have a good holiday. The food in the main restaurant is ok, very typical of a hotel AI, however in my opinion the food at the outside bars is much better. Culturally there is a blended mix of German, Polish, Dutch and English people, and it was nice to meet and have lovely conversations. There was never an issue in getting a sun lounger, there were always plenty available, there were the usual ones who were up early to get their preferred sun lounger, but it wasn’t needed. Outside the hotel there are lots of ‘genuine fake’ shops to take your pick from. Overall a nice holiday, just a shame that we had an unpleasant experience when we arrived.

Just a quick review as busy will do a proper one later. Stayed 20 to 27 September great hotel really enjoyed our stay if i was going all inclusive in Turkey I would definitely book this hotel again. Will do a full review and mention all the great staff real credit to the hotel.

We arrived at 2am (classed as night 1) informed that our room wasn't ready! We have never experienced this before in other resorts. We ended up waiting for an hour before we could get to our room. 2 other couples arrived and went straight to their rooms. We were offered food and alcoho. However, all we wanted was to sleep. We weren't offered another room for the night, and I believe that this was an issue with other arrivals that week that their rooms weren't available. This is clearly an issue with this hotel. Guest relations compensated us the day before we left. However, we felt this was poor as we raised the issue with our rep that morning. However, the hotel itself is fantastic, very clean and well kept and the staff do this to a very high standard. The housekeeping in the rooms is excellent they really do take pride in their work. The rooms are so spacious with beautiful views. Really, comfy bed and large walk-in shower The food is plentiful and a lot of choice, really nice to try foods from other countries. Husyein in the buffet restaurant always made us feel so welcome, as did other staff. The drinks are fab and again plenty of choice. The pool bar was fab, and the burgers from the burger shack were excellent well worth the wait. Always found a sunbed, but I expect it is a lot busier at other times. The beach was a little disappointing as a very small area allocated to this hotel. Local shops a short walk away as well as a shop on site-a lovely guy in there who was helpful. We probably wouldn't visit again due to the initial check-in issue, which is a shame as it doesn't appear to be a one-off.

Restaurant staff very attentive, spa good, entertainment good Housekeeping very good my family and friends had a amazing holiday here. Please don't hesitate to holiday in this Hotel 5*

This hotel is lovely. Exceptional customer service throughout. One guy in particular stood out, Furkan who was mainly on the pool bar. Food, rooms, entertainment all excellent. You won’t be disappointed

Perfect hotel, lovely staff, amazing food and drink quality, perfect cleanliness, a lot of entertainment, three pools, good massages and spa and a private beach! 10/10 will visit again
