Matters escalated to the point where a manager had to intervene after a particularly rude and abrasive receptionist (female, short red/orange hair) shouted over me rather than letting me explain
This was an unpleasant start to what should have been a relaxing holiday. Reception staff are the first people guests encounter, and some courtesy and listening skills would go a long way
When a travel agent provides specific requests—such as ensuring a single woman has a room next to her sister and brother-in-law—there is usually a valid reason for doing so
If the front of house staff were as courteous and had the language skills of the staff who attend the pools and restaurants things would improve greatly
The front-of-house staff were abrupt, dismissive, and unwilling to listen
Sadly, these requests appeared to have been ignored or not even read

Absolutely excellent resort - service, food and rooms were up to the standard I expected at this resort. Staff often went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable and were always happy to help when asked

The museum is 700 meters away, which is very convenient. You can walk to the old town along the beach, the location is very good
The room was very comfortable and the location was great! The hotel is right by the sea, and there is an elevator across the road to the beach. It was raining when we checked in, and we rented two for 20 euros
Wonderful hotel. Awesome food. Very nice. Pleasant staff. Especially ANNA. Private beach. Lots of sun loungers. Lots of food and drinks.

- Our room was basic but clean and spacious enough with air conditioning, a huge bed, fridge, hair dryer and plenty of plugs (we are from the UK so brought our own adapters as these weren't provided)
On one occasion we approached the bar for a drink and the bartender walked off and didn't return so after 15 minutes of waiting we gave up. We spent most of our time away from the hotel so this didn't bother us too much
If you don't enjoy the pool, I'd recommend the Barcelona Beach Club which is just across the main road, where you just have to pay 250L for a bed for the day, you can order as much food/drink as you like and the staff are wonderful
Pros - The hotel itself was very up-to-date with modern decor in the lobby/bar (even an Instagram photo opportunity at the entrance if that's your thing) and 2 lifts to rooms
- The room was reset every day except 2 where we'd slept in past 10am (I'm not sure this is the time they stop cleaning but it seemed to be the pattern)
- They share a relatively small pool with the hotel next door (The Luna Hotel) and again this was extremely quiet so we had no struggle for sunbeds

They are configured for 5 GHz, from here everything flies near the elevators, and in the room it still pulls somehow near the door to the room and the toilet - i. in the closest points to the router
I would gladly revisit this hotel and enthusiastically recommend it to others. The restaurant offers a diverse menu and convenient room service until 11:00 pm
The location is excellent, for a number of reasons, I needed this location. In terms of price, it was the most suitable among those available nearby
In general, everything is fine for its category, but the price tag is slightly overpriced. The most HUGE MINUS is the WiFi in the room. Routers are on each floor somewhere in the area of ​​the elevators
I dont know how this place is only rated 3 stars. The view from my balcony was beautiful. The staff were always helpful and polite and the attached restaurant was top notch, great food at great prices
The breakfast was also lovely, a nice variety. Really enjoyed my stay here while getting dental work done, will be booking a family holiday in Antalya next year and wouldnt stay anywhere else

We went to this hotel because it was In a good location when my wife Debbie was going to have her teeth done. The rooms are spacious, basic but very clean. The whole hotel we couldn't fault
The staff are so friendly, and will go out of their way. The breakfast has a wide variety of items? No sausage, bacon or stuff like that but Continental and quite a bit of choice
It's in a great location with lots of restaurants close by. They do have a bar that serves alcoholic drinks and soft drinks and are reasonably priced Thanks so much
My bags were looked after safely. The manager made me feel very welcome, and came for a chat too which was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be returning with my family 🥰 Thank you 🙏🏻
Just spent 6 days thanks to all the staff from day one made to feel like home thanks to oz and rest of staff would highly recommend great hotel
We arrived and was greeted with smiles and a person who spoke very good English. The rooms was much bigger then expected. 2 twin beds a little sitting area, tea and coffee area. And the most amazing rainfall shower ever

The rooms are really nice and clean! The pool site nice and it is right across the beach :) at the beach club, we even got a discount. near to the hotel, there is parking available
Perfect location. Fine cafe downstairs. Rooms are clean and well maintained daily. Bath is perfect. Breakfast could be served for a longer period and some some maintenance to the rooms would be better.

The toilet was horrible. It remained wet all the time. Most probably had a leak somewhere. Such faults aren't acceptable by any means. Hopefully the hotel will take care of it as soon as possible. Thanks
It was very very basic but it was very very cheap. It suited us for a one night stay as we arrived onto antalya on a late flight. Basically it was just somewhere to sleep for a few hours and shower
