What I didn’t get was a lack of bath robes (come on, it’s a 5* hotel) and cigarette smell everywhere, even though I stayed in a non-smoking room
The hotel never fails to impress me. The rooms are spacious, modern, and designed for comfort, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The reception team is exceptional—always polite, professional, and ready to assist. Special thanks to Okan, whose warm and lively smile adds a personal touch that makes every stay even more memorable.
The facilities are another highlight. The gym, pool, sauna, and Turkish bath are not only large but also uniquely designed to provide a luxurious experience. Whether you’re looking to relax or stay active, this hotel has you covered.
And the breakfast—absolutely divine! The spread is diverse, catering to all tastes, with fresh and delicious options that make mornings something to look forward to.
For anyone visiting Antalya, I wholeheartedly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton. It’s a place that truly elevates your travel experience. I can’t wait for my next stay!
We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The experience was beyond disappointing. First, the air conditioning was non-functional during our entire stay, making the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. When we raised the issue with the staff, they were indifferent and nonchalantly asked us to ‘open the windows’.
Worst of, the windows are useless at keeping out noise. Imagine having them opened as suggested by the ignorant staff. Being located next to a busy highway, we were subjected to constant traffic noise, honking, and even the frequent sounds of police sirens throughout the night. It felt like trying to sleep in the middle of the highway itself.
Overall, this hotel fails on basic comfort and service standards. Avoid it at all costs unless you enjoy sleepless nights.
