We stayed a night at the hotel and went to their New Year Eve's party. The staff and the service was superb in the restaurant, lobby, reservation and reception. Our waiter was Emrullah:) We both felt that they did their best to make visitors happy. The music, the food, presentation was well thought for a diverse crowd.
The rooms looked a bit dated, but a problem with the water was quickly fixed.
Location is brilliant, minutes from the old city and shops.
Will visit again.

Great hotel - very grand entrance, rooms were spacious and well maintained. The room maintenance + majority of staff were very helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
Breakfast was a little limited compared to other hotels at similar ratings, but where its served is an amazing location viewing the ocean.
Abdullah was really helpful, went above and beyond to get our travel plans sorted, personally escorted us to the marina and gave us a great history lesson on the way.
Location was a good distance from the old city, a short walk, only issue is the immediate vicinity looks a little run down with graffiti - but not a safety issue.
Overall a great stay, would highly recommend.

The hotel is located on an excellent location, the restaurant has a stunning view, staff are friendly and very helpful. We booked for 7 nights with only breakfast. A sea side room view doesn’t look special but the room is big enough for two and comfortable. The breakfast is very choice able, the turkish bath and spa was impressive. I gave the 4 stars because first check in, we found out the urine stain on the toilet and hand wash gel on the floor of the bathroom. The safe box wasn’t be ready to use. Luckily they solved the problem quickly.

The hotel is perfectly located just a few minutes' walk from the bazaars and great restaurants in the old town. It also has a very nice outdoor pool and direct access to the sea. The room is okay - a bit outdated. The faucet squeaks and is difficult to turn on, the trash can is missing the lid. The breakfast buffet is extensive. The only complaints are the coffee and the juices, which taste more like an effervescent tablet than organic juice. I would have expected something much better for a hotel in this price range. All in all a very nice hotel - ideal if you want to treat yourself to something special.

Honestly the only negative i have to say about this place is drinks and service are more expensive than the local area. We stayed there a couple of night to end our vacation, and wow, i can't wait to go back. We took the breakfast option but aside from the drinks and food not included in the package, everything else is including the AMAZING VIEWS AND SEA ACCESS. Very wonderful place, food, staff and location. Parking is included if you rent a car. We had s car with us and the valet looked after everything.

I have never seen a Ramada like this. Very modern beautiful atrium. The rooms are spacious with a very nice bathroom. It has a balcony where you can see a sliver of the sea.

I’d like to start off by saying this hotel is in a great location and has beautiful views, however.. I feel as though the staff were a little bit rude and made us feel unwelcome. Not all of them, but some/most. I also felt upset that we couldn’t get a room change to sea view, even though it was our anniversary and we politely asked, but others got there’s upgrades without even asking? I understand if it was impossible to change our room, but it wasn’t.
Another thing is, our bathroom door did not close at all, so your technical man come in and pulled out his pocket knife and proceeded to cut the wood off the frame, leaving a big pile of it on the floor, without cleaning. He said he would get house keeping , but no one showed up and I ended up with splinters in my feet. This was very disheartening.

My stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Antalya back in 2016/2017 was mostly positive, particularly because of the event I attended, which gave me the opportunity to connect with some great people who were also staying at the hotel. The welcoming atmosphere and interactions added to the overall pleasant experience.
However, I did encounter an issue with the cleanliness of the jacuzzi in my room at the time. Unfortunately, it was not well-maintained, and I was unable to use it. Waking up to see it in such a condition was a bit disappointing. I believe that addressing such details can significantly enhance the guest experience.
I’m sharing this feedback now in the hope that the hotel has continued to improve and thrive, ensuring that every guest enjoys a consistently high-quality stay.

Quite disappointing. There was an anniversary celebration, and the hotel prepared a cider and sweets, which was very nice of them. The meals are okay but not exceptional, with limited variety. There are better places with all-inclusive concepts. I didn’t like the Ramada at this point. The beach is interesting but crowded near the sea access, making it difficult to enter the water comfortably. The biggest disappointment is that the alcohol in the all-inclusive menu is only local, which is not of great quality at all! Additionally, the service is not great; everything is fine at the reception, but that's where the good service ends. The lobby bar is awful, with no staff speaking English or knowing how to prepare cocktails—they act like they are doing you a favor (Sept 2, 16:00 - super bad experience). Overall, I regret staying here for 2 nights. One night, just to be closer to the airport before departure, would have been more than enough.

A decent sized room, location means views of the sea are to the side, but you can still see across the town and to the atlas mountains, the dining area is a standard canteen style facility with a very wide range of choice.
The team by the sea decking were always helpful. The hotel is maybe a 10 to 15 minute walk from town depending upon the route taken. Overall enjoyed our visit.
