Breakfast plenty of options. Recommended the omelette.
Location walkable to the centre for choice of restaurants.
On top of that, despite repeated requests, our room was not cleaned for over 24 hours. For the amount we have paid, the least you expect is basic hospitality and cleanliness. Instead, we were met with arrogance, indifference, and a complete lack of service.
This hotel fails in every aspect of guest care – from hospitality to cleanliness. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. Antalya has many beautiful hotels with warm staff and real service, but sadly, this Ramada is not one of them.
Absolutely fantastic hotel not the biggest not the brightest not the most glamorous!
The food is lovely .
Rooms are fabulous got a free upgrade 3806 excellent cleaned daily fresh towels .
Staff was amazing from the moment we arrived!
Pool and around the pool spotless staff cleaning non stop .
Grate slides for the children lifeguard s are on the pool which is grate .
All in all grate value for money and would definitely return.
To make matters worse, after charging us for the “required upgrade” to a deluxe sea view room, they informed us that no such room was available for the first two nights. We only received the room we paid for on the third day.
The poor treatment didn’t end there:
• When I asked for a place to feed our children while resolving the check-in issue, the front desk told us we couldn’t eat in the lobby and instead suggested we feed them outside in a dark patio—because we “weren’t paid guests” yet.
• Requests for basic amenities were met with unhelpful responses: we were told they had run out of extra blankets, and water was limited to two small bottles per day for a family of four.
• Even after we upgraded, the bathroom in our new room smelled terrible. When we reported it, the staff simply said, “The smell will go away.”
Ramada also charges for every little thing—€3 for a plate, €3 for cutlery, €3 for a glass. You’re not allowed to bring or eat your own food anywhere on the property, not even at the unused free tables in the lobby.
Throughout our stay, the front desk staff was consistently rude and seemed annoyed to help guests, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere.
To be fair, there were a couple of positives: the swimming pool was nice, and the hotel offers unique access to the ocean (not a beach, but an interesting feature).
Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives. The combination of hidden fees, false advertising, and unprofessional staff made this a place we will never return to—and I strongly urge other travelers to reconsider before booking here.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Plaza Antalya. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
A special mention and 5 stars go to the Customer Relations gentleman (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name), who went above and beyond to help me through a really upsetting experience with a local dentist. He was kind, professional, and a real asset to the hotel—thank you so much!
While the hotel may not quite match a UK 5-star standard, it offered great value for money. The public areas were spotless, and our room was clean and well-maintained.
Food was a big highlight. Everything was fresh, and there was a wide variety of dishes each day—plenty of meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan options, along with a huge salad bar. I’m quite fussy with food, but honestly couldn’t fault it. Yes, it can feel a little repetitive, but that’s typical of many all-inclusive stays. We dined out a few evenings but were still impressed overall.
Now, on to the all-inclusive drinks—this was a bit of a letdown. Branded drinks weren’t included, which felt disappointing and again, not quite 5-star. The cocktails were overly sweet and artificial-tasting, and sugar-free mixer options were limited to just Coke Zero, making the drink selection too sugary for my taste. That said, bottled water was always available on request, which was appreciated 🥰.
My biggest gripe was the spa pricing—unfortunately, it was just far too expensive for what it was, which meant I didn't visit as often as I would have liked.
The pool area was beautiful, although the sun loungers were cheap and uncomfortable, with some in need of replacement. However, the decked platforms that lead directly into the sea were a standout feature—perfect for a swim out to the pontoons.
Entertainment during the day was a bit lacklustre, and the evening shows were a mixed bag—some enjoyable, others forgettable. But the hotel’s location is brilliant—just a 10-minute walk to the buzzing Old Town, which we absolutely loved. There are also plenty of shops nearby if you’re in the mood for a browse.
Overall, I really liked this hotel. It’s not perfect, but it delivers great value, warm hospitality, and a memorable holiday experience. Would definitely return!
The reception staff at check-in were not very welcoming, which gave a poor first impression.
We booked a side sea view room and were placed on the 3rd floor, but only a small part of the sea was visible. On the plus side, we got to experience more of the local life—don’t forget to wave at Uncle Ahmet! If you do choose this hotel, definitely request a higher floor to enjoy a better sea view and a bit more privacy.
Some of the food was tasty, but the variety was limited and became repetitive after a few days. The ice cream was unfortunately very poor.
