I generally have low expectations and just want to be comfortable and cool. I was really disappointed, compared to the hospitality and kindness of other places and people I encountered in my time in Türkiye. The staff (except for the lady who checked me in) were not very friendly or professional. The electricity in my room kept shorting, the room was falling apart and dirty (e.g. the shower doors were just left off its hinges and couldn’t close, so the bathroom flooded every time I showered), the hotel itself and the exterior was run down, unkept and crowded with bags of laundry and rubbish. The wifi didn’t work most of the time. The walls are paper thin and I could clearly hear my neighbour’s conversations throughout day and night. They seem to let people use the pool all night - screaming and splashing around loudly. Although a small price was paid - it was not worth a cent. It is in a good location, quiet and very close to the beach and to some good dining options but a fair walk from the city centre.

The rooms are normal, air conditioners, washing machine are a big plus, but the best thing is the location, the sea can be seen from the window, approx. 150m

You get what you pay for... almost. There is no modern TV, so no Netflix only Turkish programs.
The kitchen has barely any equipment. We had no glasses only 2 small cups. No pan, no scissors, no big knife...
The elevator didn't work one day.
The staff is kind but lazy. Breakfast is always random... pancakes, sausages, fries, coffee, jam, salad is sometimes just not there.... like every third day you get great lemonade. If there are no knives or cups nobody will get more, you will have to ask. The best i got one day is the photo.
The pool is fine, half the day it's completely in the shade from the building position. The restaurant is overpriced and with low grade food.
4/10. Wouldn't really recommend unless you're on a tight budget.

My recent stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. Despite calling ahead to ensure a fully equipped kitchen, it was far from what was promised. The kitchen lacked essential items like a kettle, cooking utensils, and proper cutlery. The staff tried to accommodate our requests but fell short, leaving us unable to cook proper meals.

Additionally, the noise at night was unbearable, as loud music played well past midnight. The breakfast service was equally disappointing, with depleted options and staff prioritizing themselves over guests. The coffee machine was broken and dirty, and the staff had no clue how to use it.

Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've had, and I highly recommend avoiding it.

The receptionist Natalia was very professional and friendly unfortunately she wasn’t there later on. I sincerely hope that she finds success elsewhere, as this hotel certainly does not deserve her talents.

First, the pros: a really nice modern interior, obviously quite a fresh renovation. Kitchen, washing machine, lots of cabinets. The fridge is large and clean, enough dishes and utensils for cooking, in principle. Microwaves were very lacking, but in Turkey they are few where for some reason. Breakfast - buffet, very modest, but it is quite possible to find something for yourself: cheeses, eggs, herbs, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, pastries. Coffee from a coffee machine, strong Turkish tea, iced lemonade. Very close to the beach - just a couple of minutes walk to the water. The beach is pebbly with showers and changing cabins. Public toilets a few hundred meters along the promenade. The street is pretty quiet. Nearby there are restaurants and shops with food and beach things. Bus stop, which is very close on the promenade - there goes only one number, about once every half an hour. Doesn't stop unless you stand with your arm up. Sees people at the bus stop, but goes by! It is comfortable in m-migros. But the bulk of the buses run along the streets that are higher from the sea. The nearest street is 5 minutes away, the main boulevard is 15 minutes uphill. Everything is not easy there either - drivers fill the buses according to unknown rules, they just take a couple of people from the bus stop, and the rest are refused)) although the buses are not full. Returning to the hotel by public transport is also not very convenient, especially with children, late at night, or in the rain. You have to walk a good kilometer. What surprised me at the hotel Not pleasant: There is a washing machine (everything is in Turkish, they couldn’t turn it on without Google), but there is NO dryer or even an elementary rope on the balcony. Always in the apartment there is a residue of powder from past guests, or at least one capsule for the first time, a lighter or matches (a gas stove without electric ignition), a kitchen towel even a tiny one, salt, damn it! There is NOTHING here. more precisely, everything was collected by the maid in a bag, and she took it after our check-in 🤦🏻‍♀️ Well, where do you need so much salt! Each tenant buys a kilogram (I couldn’t find less in the surrounding shops), each guest buys matches and ties a rope to the balcony. Well, why do you take it all out of the room every time?! These household trifles in a foreign city on vacation take a lot of time to search and spoil the mood. There were no glasses and corkscrews in the apartments. They asked for glasses at the bar, bought a corkscrew. Normal wine, by the way, is hard to find in Turkey. In migros only, in small shops only local - not very much. Fen. Was in the description. But he wasn't. Asked and waited 3 days. It was installed in the bathroom WITHOUT a plug, pieces of bare wires that go under the outlet ((not very safe. But it helps from thieves for sure))) Sockets are a separate song. There are a lot of them in the room, but two or three of them worked in the most inconvenient places. On the second evening of our stay, we came and found a huge puddle on the floor. And this is clearly not uncommon, because all the laminate in the living room and in the bedroom has huge gaps and is humpbacked. The receptionist spread his hands, wiped everything with toilet paper and p

Rested with my husband from 06.092022 to 29.09. 2022. Satisfied. The hotel is good! The rooms are like apartments, there is everything you need for a long stay, clean, plumbing, air conditioning, kitchen equipment, a washing machine in good condition (everyone was used). Good wi-fi. Good location of the hotel. Proximity to the airport - 25 minutes by taxi. The hotel is located on a quiet street. To the sea 100 meters. The beach is municipal, clean, pebbly, the sea is clear. Near the hotel there are grocery stores, restaurants.. I read the previous reviews - I was surprised by the negative. The facts stated in them have not been confirmed. Perhaps written by competitors? The hotel is perfect for couples, kids, parents, grandparents! Very attentive and friendly staff. It is a pleasure to stay in this hotel. I would like to note the administrator Siyaru. Thank you, beautiful Siyara, for your attention and help that you rendered to us. We wish the hotel success in delivering pleasure to guests. Thanks to EVERYONE, ALL the hotel staff for the rest!

I’ll start here… - stain on bedsheets found upon arrival.. accused by cleaner named Tatiana that we might have made the stain… - we’d just arrived! - Blanket was single person size for 2 people. - No bedsheet securely put on - Breakfast incredibly mundane - Understaffed so slow service in cleaning etc - A few staff with really bad attitude, huffing and puffing when asked for help - Falsely accused for our children making noise at night when they've been asleep and nowhere near balcony. - Lack of equipment in rooms eg no clothes drying rack, no ignition on cooker so have to use matchsticks (unsafe around kids), no microwave, no oven dishes, no cleaning essentials. - First day: Room needed for 1 adult 1 child and 1 baby given on 8th floor but have to climb stairs from 7th floor with pushchair. Why reserve this room for us knowing I have a baby? The lady moved us to lower level room after but was really exhausting and waste of time and energy - Staff asking for tip when we just arrived after a very long journey. And when told no, attitude was poor - Weak bathroom taps - Broken tiles and hanging rail in bathroom - Cooker hobs broken and not child safe at all. - No drinking glasses. - No chopping board - Broken A/C in one room so started to leak. My elderly mother nearly slipped - Lift is tiny. - - Stain on bed and accused of using bed when we just arrived - No baksheesh means zero customers services - no towels changed daily - false advertisement - no daily cleaning - false advertisement - cutleries - Pros - The breakfast girl was very lovely and helpful. - A/C - Big fridge. - Washing machine very handy - Melis tried to accommodate our needs but I believe management need to hire more staff.

Doesn't look like the pictures. Dirty apartment not clean at all when we arrived and not cleaned once in the week. Hair in the bed and in the bathroom. Bathroom and toilet not cleaned once. Plug sockets loose and crooked walls full of stains keep it up.,. Beds rock hard. Swimming pool and surroundings dirty. Breakfast good but not great. Staff in restaurant gentleman nice but at reception ??? Yes they don't speak English so communication was difficult. Location close to the beach but very dirty around the hotel. No, definitely not recommended.
