Bitez Risa Hotel

We were meant to be here for 10 days but stayed 2 nights as rooms and hotel not a 4 star in our eyes. The rooms were dated and need updating. The first room we were shown was down near the pool area and was a strong smell of damp. Food On offer in buffet wasn’t that great- chicken nuggets if you didn’t want salad items, which I must admit had plenty of options. The staff were not friendly in pool area or restaurant area. The young man at reception was friendly, the manager was friendly until we said we were moving out initially but then appeared to accept our choice. Shower room needs attention with grout and sealant needing cleaned as black in colour. Telephones in rooms didn’t work, just feel that hotel needs tlc with staff needing training in customer service

The hotel is average. The rooms are nice. The staff is very polite, but nobody speaks English, which is very strange for me. The food is awful. The only plus is that the hotel is located near the beach.

We have checked in around 20.45, and the recepcionist took almost 10 minutes to tell us the dinner finishes in 5 minutes. We went to eat something. Very poor food. I MEAN CHEAP. Only water to drink with dinner. We went back to reception. They gave us the room. The room has bad smell, we have to open the windows. Next day we had breakfast, also very turkish, we only could eat bread with cream cheese and a cup of coffee. We went to the beach. They have an arrangement with ambrosia hotel, so you can spend the days at ambrosia beach club. This was the best thing the hotel does. We went back to hotel for check out at 12.00, we intended to leave the room but I paid all inclusive, that means two meals and breakfast, so we wait for lunch. The hotel employees look us very bad for staying after checking out. I thought I would not let they stole my money I paid the room and 2 meals, and so that is just what I want. After that we went to the pool, because the day before as we check in in the night we could not spend time there, so we were at the pool and then came a gay that told us we have to leave the hotel because we have checked out. I didn't even spend more than 20 de hours in the hotel, and they were expulsing us. We werent even consuming at the bar, we were just having sun in the pool. This is not a 4star, maybe a 3 star going down. Look for another place, not worth the money.also wifi very poor.

Excellent rooms lovely staff but one of the poorest all inclusive hotels I have used could get anything to drink other than beer in a plastic thimble had to eat out 4 night of our 7 night stay music around the fantastic pool ridiculously loud
