Perfect view so much money but low service quality with mad faces 😡

One would expect basic courtesy and proper customer service from a place where we choose to spend our hard-earned money, but sadly, it was severely lacking here.

A glaring issue I encountered was their lack of clarity on policies regarding outside food orders. The rules seemed to change on a whim. On some occasions, they'd bring my food order to my room, while on others, I was left to deal with the delivery personnel directly outside the hotel premises, leading to unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. And there was one woman (I don't know who she is, maybe owner or partner of the hotel) she was staring me with madness since I ordered from outside and I would be bad example for other guests who are eating in their restaurant. It appeared that this inconsistency was a coercive tactic to get guests to order from their in-house restaurant, which unfortunately, didn't meet the mark either.

Talking about their restaurant, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it only validated my apprehensions. The quality of food was mediocre at best, with unimpressive flavors and meager portion sizes that didn't justify the prices charged.

In my experience, this hotel needs a serious reassessment of their customer service standards. Hospitality is all about creating a warm, welcoming, and accommodating environment for your guests. I regret to say this hotel failed on all those fronts during my stay.

I do not recommend this hotel. The food and drinks in the restaurant are not tasty. There seems to be a bar, but no alcohol. The hotel has no territory and you can’t walk there, stray dogs walk outside the hotel. The pools are very small. You can't go to the sea near the hotel. There is an unpleasant odor coming from the air conditioning system. There was no liquid hand soap or toothpaste in the bathroom. In addition, the hotel staff gave us problems with Booking.com. The only good thing about this hotel is the sea view. The price is very high, the level of comfort and service does not match the price. One night cost us 2200 TRY/125$. A very unpleasant trip.
