Recently, we spent a weekend at the Sheraton Bursa hotel, and it was exactly what we needed for the autumn season! From the start, we were impressed by the cozy atmosphere and the friendly staff.
The room was spacious, with stunning views of the city. We especially loved the presence of a hot tub in the bathroom—it was the perfect way to relax and warm up after exploring the city. After our spa treatments, we were served tea with honey, which was a delightful end to the day.
We also enjoyed excellent service at the restaurant and quick room service. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the attractions, and we are already planning to return! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Bursa Hotel. This was not my first time staying here, but my third, and each time I feel like it’s my home. The service is excellent, and I feel welcomed at any hour. The entire team is friendly, helpful, and ready to assist.

Im currently staying at this hotel and It is one of the best hotels, Maybe it's the best one ever in Bursa, they kindly upgraded our stay from Aloft to sherton as they had noticed that we're honeymooners. All staff are really kind and very helpful all day night.

We recently stayed for one night at the Sheraton in Bursa and had an exceptional experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were excellent, and our server, Mustafa Can, was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed.
The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views of the city. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and other facilities, which were top-notch and added to the overall comfort of our stay.
Overall, we highly recommend the Sheraton in Bursa for its excellent service, beautiful rooms, and outstanding amenities.

Sheraton Bursa Hotel does not value its guests and it’s not service oriented. Genuine complaints and concerns are brushed off and dismissed immediately when brought to attention and its employees at the Shine Spa and Gym are extremely rude and disrespectful towards loyal clients. Very unprofessional attitude, would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Very disappointed with my stay at the hotel. Although my booking clearly states that my 7-yrs old child can stay with us at no additional charges, the hotel team said they can only offer a baby crib and the extra bed will cost 25 euro per night. Very unprofessional, no respect to their obligations nor to Customers Satisfaction.

We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Bursa for 2 days. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, the minibar in the room was fully stocked, there were plenty of complimentary amenities, everything was well thought out, the location was excellent, there was parking available, and the restaurants were of high quality. The only downside was that the breakfast was a bit pricey
