Great location. Close to the Grand Bazaar and there's a taxi stand and bus stop nearby.

Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Spacious room. The shower pressure is excellent.

The walls are a little thin, you can hear people next door.

All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel in Bursa.

Kayhan City Hotel was the perfect place to stay four nights in Bursa. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with excellent water pressure. Our room was spacious and had a private balcony with a great view. There was a safe in the room, and shampoo, etc. Breakfast was abundant and varied, though I agree with other reviews that the coffee will not satisfy American guests. The staff were all so courteous and helpful. Great location, walkable to most attractions and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the old town of Bursa, walking distance to Grand mosque and the downtown area. Hotel is very clean and rooms are cozy

Hotel is definitely worth it. Major tourist attraction on walking distance plenty of food options around
Though we didn't avail the hotel breakfast only due to we want to try local cuisine around the area
But their breakfast is recommended

The hotel is near to city centre. Easy to reach by public transport and also a taxi station in front of the hotel can easily access everywhere you like. Also lots of famous restaurants around with affordable price.
The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Bearing in mind, this is not the first city and most of the people only speak Turkish. This hotel will have at least 1 English speaking receptionist helping around and also helping us to check price and book taxi for us.
The room is average bigger than Istanbul, water pressure is high and we enjoyed the shower.
The hotel manager Levin and his team are friendly and also good knowledge about introducing the town and surrounding area. Thumbs up👍
The minus point is breakfast selection could be improved. I prefer the breakfast with continental style or let least an omelette available. They provided good selection of Turkish breakfast but I prefer at least few hot American breakfast dishes.

We’re impressed with the level of service of this little gem in center of Bursa. Staff is very accommodating, they parked our car in basement parking area and brought our luggage in, all with a smile. Our room was lovely and spotless. It’s near lots of restaurants and sights.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
