We're a family of 4 travelling through Turkiye for the last few months. As we make our way back to Istanbul, we stopped by Bursa for a 3 day stop.
The team at Grand Otel Malkoc were wonderful in every way. Very attentive and caring with all their clients, regardless of the time of day or night, always sharing good advice on what could be done where and when.
The rooms were warm, clean and well appointed, with plenty of hot water available.
The hotel is just on the edge of the old town so the location is very good to just walk around and see most things. The food options locally are also good too. Make sure you try the little kabab place on the corner, I highly recommend the Crispy Chicken Wings".
They had an excellent breakfast on offer every morning and the fact that they had on-site basement parking was a bonus (Just get them to help in parking). Don't park illegally or your car won't be there when you get back as the police just take it away in seconds with their fork truck.
The big question is always "Will I stay here again?" the short answer is a firm YES!!!

Simple, clean, and comfortable rooms. Bargain for the price you’re paying. Extremely generous, welcoming, and helpful staff. Great location in proximity to majority of the historical sites.

Good choice for pasding the city with very good price, no worries about parking, they their own parking, little problem at pick time (breakfast for example) using the lift takes time because there one lift only.

Very clean and tidy rooms. Very helpful and polite staff. Could communicate in English. Good buffet breakfast, and great location connected by Metro (underground) and Bus service. Very reasonable rates.

Simple, cheap but very nice hotel. Good location, people very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Rooms are clean and comfortable. WiFi worked very well.

It was the worst in my life I booked 3 rooms first they gave keys very late the whole night I needed 2 blankets but they said that they are finished and there was 1 pilow less still they were saying that they don't have it thank u for my worst experience I wish I can give - 1 rating

It was a very pleasant stay under budget. Clean, friendly staff, located at the heart of the city, parking outside, breakfast included for 350 TL for double bed.

We arrived at 11.00 pm at the hotel, we already pay for the room using otelz. But, there were misunderstanding about the payment. Hotel said they did not recieve the payment. So I showed them proove of the trabsaction, but they insisted that i have to pay first at the hotel. So, i recomend them to called the otelz customer service and i give them the number from otelz website. After that, otelz told them that we didn't have to pay anymore because the room already paid. After our long journey, sleepy children (because we are travelling with 2 children) , and almost 1 hour waiting, finally we entered our room. We extend 1 more night. My experience : the location were great, the breakfast good (standard kahvalti menu), there were elevator at the hotel, the room not spacious, manual key.
