The room was clean however the fridge made a lot of noise throughout the night. We asked if there were any softer/ alternative pillows but there weren't. The air conditioning did cool well, however the thermostat didn't kick in so it got too cold and only a light sheet was provided. When we asked for a heavier bedding, they said they only provided that in the winter. (On our way out, we found a quilt in the cupboard - which they didn't seem to know about). Toilet paper was scarce. A small roll was provided but subsequent toilet paper had to be requested (despite paying for two nights upfront). We requested a roll which only came up after a second phone call and at 10-15 minutes later. Breakfast was basic although small water bottles were available at breakfast. Staff didn't seem to know about/ how to recommend tourist attractions etc. It seems like a place better suited for local businessmen than tourists or families.

First time in Bursa. This is a centrally located and very clean hotel. Ozan is a very kind hotel manager, always willing to help. Loved the room on the 6th floor with a balcony.

The first and the most important thing is very cleanly, and the behaviors of staff is very good also service is fantastic .
The reception staff especially one of them his name is Aziz is relating and every time when we called him or ordered any thing he answered very well.

The workers and the service were very good. I am so sad to say that our expensive Makeup and Perfumes got stolen. When we confronted the owner of the hotel with it, he denied it and blamed us for it. I advise you against the hotel!

The worst experience ever. Rude staff, extremely small rooms and poor service. I don't understand how such a place is top rated. RUN AWAY!!

Breakfast is not good. Not much variety at all. No coffee at breakfast!

Small room, average breakfast, but clean. They told us is ok to park in front the hotel in the public parking, but that parking is a paid one
