The hotel restaurant is a great hidden gem. Delicious and very affordable dining compared to so many out there. The atmosphere is also very and enjoyable. We enjoyed a late night dinner, almost like a private dining experience.

The property was beautiful. In the morning you can see balloons flying. It’s very near to the city centre and has good amount of restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Located in the center of town, it's easy to access shopping etc.
I was traveling alone, so the card lock gave me peace of mind with security. It was nice to see so many cats. The room was clean and the bathroom had a jet bath!

It's pretty cool to stay in a cave house. The hotel environment is nice and the location is good, you can walk to Goreme downtown.
What’s a pity is that the hair dryer will overheat and cut off the power after 50 seconds. It can’t be used even before a boy’s short hair is dried. It takes a long time for it to recover. The other two bedrooms have no air conditioning and are a bit stuffy.
For breakfast, there are many types of cheese to eat, but not so many vegetable and meat choices.

The location was great and it was a really nice hotel.
The room was clean and there was nothing particularly bothersome about it. We could see hot air balloons from the balcony in the morning!
We were able to book tours at the hotel. It depends on the tour, but you can even make reservations on the day!

Staying in a cave suite was a valuable experience. Breakfast and dinner were also delicious, and it became a good memory of my trip to Cappadocia!

Beautiful hotel with traditional Turkish furniture, ambience, foods, with Kapadokya's amazing landscapes as the background. Excellent service from staffs, especially mr. Mustafa in the restaurant. Recomended hotel for family vacation in Kapadokya.

We chose it for its location, it is in a really good location but the service was poor. The seats in the room were discolored from dirt. I hope they spend some money and change it.

Great central location. Fast check-in, polite and pleasant staff. Cleaning is good. Breakfast and dinner included: the food deserves all the praise - they cook really well. The room is large, but the heating is weak: you need to turn on the air conditioner to the heating mode.

These guys went above and beyond for us.
Rooms were beautiful, clean and warm in the middle of winter.
On our 2nd morning, we went off to do a hot air balloon tour, we were scheduled to come back at 10 am, which meant we would miss breakfast. We asked if we could have breakfast after 10am and they said that was fine. We got back to the hotel at 11.10am, the hotel staff had then organised a table of breakfast for group of 7. Which we really appreciate.
Would definitely recommend to anyone 👌
