I think that it is unacceptable to have kitchen not working all the time at a 5 star restaurant.
I am disappointed. There is no ventilation in the dining room and it is covered with smoke.
Beach has Terrible and outdatesd equipment.
There were plenty of activities every day—like mini games, karaoke, disco, indoor and outdoor pools, a beach area, water slides, and even a mini disco and Kids Club for younger guests.
The housekeeping was excellent: they cleaned every day, changed the towels, cleaned the floors, and replaced the bed sheets regularly.
The food was also really nice. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included for those who booked the all-inclusive option—and every day, something new was added to the buffet, which kept it interesting. There was also a Lavazza café with free snacks and drinks like coffee, milkshakes, slushies, lemonades, and tasty desserts like éclairs. Always something new to try!
PS: Outside the hotel, there is a big supermarket wich had delicious food/drinks.
Definitely a fun place to stay!
