First of all, I would like to thank Mr. .Hossein for helping us a lot
The reception staff were fluent in English and they answered all the guests calmly
and politely.
The rooms were clean and cleaned every day. The mini bar was charged daily.
All hotel employees were polite and friendly.
The food is very diverse and complete and anyone could enjoy it. Excellent breakfast, good lunch and complete dinner. We could have a snack in several places in the hotel.
Day and night entertainments were varied and good.
There were bars in several places of the hotel, and in the main bar in the lobby, the variety of drinks was almost good. The bartenders were not very professional (for example, they didn't know that there should be crushed ice in the glass for the martini russo)
In general, you will experience a five-star hotel with excellent facilities.

The sea is warm and so beautiful. The beach is beautiful also.
Right, but not fully cooked.. The whole chicken was not grilled.. Your variety of international food was only pizza and potatoes. 90% of the food was Turkish. Didn't you have any international food?
You had so little power that we had to wait the whole time for the tables to be cleaned.
You did not have services for uall hotel
