So I am not exactly sure of why some people have complaints of this hotel. The service was fab and always helpful with a smile. The food and drink again was great with a wide variety. The food trucks in the day were all great.
The entertainment was good too. The rooms we had were big, I need those beds back home here, so comfortable.
Not stated as part of their service but they have a couple of guys doing rounds on the pier and pool areas taking drink orders, nice touch!
Had the usual as we do on most hols where people book beds by the pool early doors with towels. However that didn't bother us, came down for 9am breakfast and outside and down to the pier/beach area with plenty of beds with the sea cooling breeze and crystal clear waters.
One to try if you fancy a special treat is the bungalows on the end of the pier. The views were spectacular and the service outstanding. They got you everything you wanted pretty much instantly.
Only downside, it was bloody hot in August but would defo go back after August or in May or June.

I wanted to stay her but by adding a child in it was €3000 more! Surely kids should be more than 2 adults using all inc, eating, drinking..
It looks great with choices but can't justify the price for a child that won't even eat an ice cream!

Guests have been bribed with a la carte food to change negative reviews this is major red flag to me ontop of our experience being what it has been the discovery of this is what has prompted this review im not happy at all as reading between the lines it is clear how much the hotel are taking the pss out of the guests in a few ways
There is absolutely not a chance in hell this is a 5 star hotel.
Very condensed small busy hotel. Nowhere to relax or get peace you can constantly hear the animation from the neighbouring hotels, shortage of sun beds every day. Boring hotel hardly anything going on through the day with no music anywhere but you have to listen to second hand music from the other hotels . The pool area is small and the sun only shines on half of it for the best part of the day. Staff are lovley food is good and there is great ideas with the food vans although when you get to half of them there's nobody there to serve you it is still good if you manage to get served . rooms are OK nothing special and also not the cleanest. The bars and bar staff are great . Pier area looks good on photos but is sadly mostly wasted area due to most of it costing an extra 300 a day to be in. We are currently 3 days into a weeks holiday and waiting to go home this is the first time in all of my holidays I've been on ive felt this way really dissapointing. Its not as if its a bad hotel just seriously miss sold as a 5 star we've stayed in 4 stays way way better than this in the antalya region specifically all I can guess is that its because its a part of the Hilton chain is the reason its a 5star an im pretty sure most would agree there's a lot to be done for this to reach a 5 star standard . Never again

This was a good hotel. However, it wasn't perfect.
Firstly upon arrival at 1am, they put our family of 4 in a double room. Reception tried to charge us 1100 euros to upgrade to a bigger room. I do not believe we were provided with the room we paid for.
They had to put two camp beds into it to provide sufficient beds for us to sleep in. As it was 1am and the kids were tired, we just went with it as we just wanted to go to sleep. Upon reflection and hearing other guests complaining about the same thing, I believe they are selling double rooms to families which are too small and not suitable then trying to upsell
My second complaint is that the service was patchy. Some of it was great such as never having to wait at the bar but the restaurants were a different story. Some days great but other days we were not offered a drink, had to go get knives and forks from other tables. The restaurant staff were working hard but there wasn't enough of them
My third complaint is the number of flies in the restaurant. When you are walking through the food area and see multiple flies on the food, it's off putting and disgusting.
However, there was lots of good and we had a good time.
The cleaners were good in the room, communal areas, pools, bars etc... The place was always spotless.
The pool area, daytime entertainment, slides were all brilliant.
The staff were friendly and very nice and would do anything for us
The food was all tasty and the food trucks at lunchtime were awesome.
The drinks and cocktails were all nice.,
The guys on the roller blades around the pool and pier were fantastic.
The pier, lifeguards and stony beach were lovely with crystal clear water.
The coffee shops were amazing as was the ice cream shop. Kids loved the ice cream and parents loved to coffee and cakes
Overall, I'd go back again but the hotel has some work to do on the first three points.

My family and I were really exited to come here. We liked everything at the first day and our vacation supposed to be perfect. BUT it’s our second day here today and all 4 of us and a little baby got food poisoning. All at once, we cannot even leave a room because the diarrhea is so bad.
Honestly I don’t even know what to eat here for the rest 7 days…
We needed to call a doctor instead of swimming in the sea and sunbathing.

Special mention to the staff - 10/10 hospitality!! They all deserve a payrise and would work like hell to make sure every guest had everything they needed exactly when they needed it.
Beach, pool, rooms, food.. everything was amazing, especially for the price.
Pool is large enough, has an extremely fast and fun flume!
Full large buffet with different themes, food vans at lunch, multiple bars, 2 coffee shops with high end coffee (the ice latte in the sun was amazing). A la Carte was amazing food and service, but only 1 other couple in the restaurant so a bit empty.
Evening entertainment was impressive with theatre-standard acts on every night. Bars with DJ for afters.
Great place to stay if you want sun, pool, beach, drinks, party atmosphere etc.

We stayed as a family of four for 4 nights during June 2024.
Overall: We really liked it and plan to stay again next year.
Here are my evaluations:
> Location: By the sea. Seaside has pebbles, no sand. Sea is great. Not too much waves. Great mountain and forest view on the background.
> Parking lot: Big enough. There is valet service.
> Hand made pizza cooked in wooden owen. Tasty!
> Turkish food (lahmacun, pide, köfte, dolma etc) as they should be.
> Live music (Jazz in the lobby, violin in the cellar etc) is lovely.
> In general food quality is top notch. High quality products. We are delighted.
> Water slides were fun for my 6 years old daughter
> Live shows were interesting.
> Drinks (domestic and import. All brands available and free of charge)
> Beach facilities and towel service were good.
> We stayed in a duplex family room. It was big enough and clean. Shower ran well.
> Reaction of front desk: Professional and quick.

Just wow, what an amazing hotel. The staff are an absolute dream team they couldn't do enough for you. The food was extensive and fresh, something for everyone. Definitely going back later in the year. Highly recommended 💯

Hotel is really nice, so nice that we didn’t leave on our 7day trip. Great food choice and quality, great staff that were really friendly. We have a baby and the high chairs throughout the hotel restaurant offering came with a bib, spoon, wet wipes and mat.. never seen that before, so helpful!! We also had photos taken by the hotel photographer and he made such an effort to capture some great moments, we didn’t bother with excursions but instead came away with wonderful memories!

It's all-inclusive, so it's great to be able to enjoy a variety of food and drinks. The food menu changes every day according to the concept, so it's never boring. I think the quality of the food is good enough. The guest room is also clean. I like that the bedding is soft and fluffy. Kemer Beach is a pebble beach, so you can enjoy swimming in the clear sea. Although it was a bit chilly in early October, the water temperature was just right for swimming.
