My family and I were really exited to come here. We liked everything at the first day and our vacation supposed to be perfect. BUT it’s our second day here today and all 4 of us and a little baby got food poisoning. All at once, we cannot even leave a room because the diarrhea is so bad.
Honestly I don’t even know what to eat here for the rest 7 days…
We needed to call a doctor instead of swimming in the sea and sunbathing.

Special mention to the staff - 10/10 hospitality!! They all deserve a payrise and would work like hell to make sure every guest had everything they needed exactly when they needed it.
Beach, pool, rooms, food.. everything was amazing, especially for the price.
Pool is large enough, has an extremely fast and fun flume!
Full large buffet with different themes, food vans at lunch, multiple bars, 2 coffee shops with high end coffee (the ice latte in the sun was amazing). A la Carte was amazing food and service, but only 1 other couple in the restaurant so a bit empty.
Evening entertainment was impressive with theatre-standard acts on every night. Bars with DJ for afters.
Great place to stay if you want sun, pool, beach, drinks, party atmosphere etc.

We stayed as a family of four for 4 nights during June 2024.
Overall: We really liked it and plan to stay again next year.
Here are my evaluations:
> Location: By the sea. Seaside has pebbles, no sand. Sea is great. Not too much waves. Great mountain and forest view on the background.
> Parking lot: Big enough. There is valet service.
> Hand made pizza cooked in wooden owen. Tasty!
> Turkish food (lahmacun, pide, köfte, dolma etc) as they should be.
> Live music (Jazz in the lobby, violin in the cellar etc) is lovely.
> In general food quality is top notch. High quality products. We are delighted.
> Water slides were fun for my 6 years old daughter
> Live shows were interesting.
> Drinks (domestic and import. All brands available and free of charge)
> Beach facilities and towel service were good.
> We stayed in a duplex family room. It was big enough and clean. Shower ran well.
> Reaction of front desk: Professional and quick.
> Pool: very shallow. Not for swimming
> Service at the dining area. Servers are doing their best. The number of servers could be more.

Just wow, what an amazing hotel. The staff are an absolute dream team they couldn't do enough for you. The food was extensive and fresh, something for everyone. Definitely going back later in the year. Highly recommended 💯

Hotel is really nice, so nice that we didn’t leave on our 7day trip. Great food choice and quality, great staff that were really friendly. We have a baby and the high chairs throughout the hotel restaurant offering came with a bib, spoon, wet wipes and mat.. never seen that before, so helpful!! We also had photos taken by the hotel photographer and he made such an effort to capture some great moments, we didn’t bother with excursions but instead came away with wonderful memories!

It's all-inclusive, so it's great to be able to enjoy a variety of food and drinks. The food menu changes every day according to the concept, so it's never boring. I think the quality of the food is good enough. The guest room is also clean. I like that the bedding is soft and fluffy. Kemer Beach is a pebble beach, so you can enjoy swimming in the clear sea. Although it was a bit chilly in early October, the water temperature was just right for swimming.

Very very good food. Well planned buiding - modern / urban style. Clean rooms and facilities. Applauds to Urban dance show. Small lovely kids club suitable for 4-6 y.o. Staff tries to speak English. Spa procedures are good, but spa itself really needs renovation. Music is very very loud in the evenings, so I would recommend to take mountains view rooms if staying with the kids. Would definitelly recommned for couples. I would come back to this hotel.

We had to leave early in the morning so we paid our room service bill (345 liras, 12 euros) the day before. Upon check out they couldn’t find the payment, and told our taxi not to leave with us as we didn’t pay the bill according to them.
It gave us a very bad feeling and experience leaving the hotel (or actually not leaving, as they didn’t let us leave). That there is a fault in your system with payments shouldn’t be the problem of the guests. Check your cameras next time instead so you could have seen we’ve paid the day before (which we told you to do).
Furthermore:
- The music is SUPER loud every night. We live in the city so we’re used to noises, however every night there was a very loud bass making us feel like we were in the middle of a techno party.
- Late night snack; not fresh and left overs of the day.
- All the beach beds are very close to each other, you can’t move your bed.
- Food trucks are very nice.
- Staff in the restaurants are really friendly, but are forced to work extremely hard.
So no, never for us again.

I highly do NOT recommend this hotel due to a simple reason: having a reservation doesn't mean that you'll be actually accommodated in this hotel.
We booked the hotel for September 2023 in May 2022. Price was quite good, 90 euros per night.
The day we were heading to the airport I received an email that my booking was canceled. Since our friends were staying at the hotel too and were already there, I asked to know, what was happening.
The hotel claimed they had received reservation from Hilton system only that day and since they were overbooked, they couldn't accommodate us. But they could give us a family deluxe room for both families. Staff told us they were doing us a favor.
We had to live all in one room - 4 adults and 2 kids - for one week. Personally me and my girlfriend were living in a small room without a window.
I studied reviews on Google Maps, Tripadvisor etc. and found out that it's normal practice for this hotel. They sell more rooms than they have and then lie to the clients, for whom they don't have capacity.
Hilton support haven't helped at all. They only credited me some points. How those points would help me, if we didn't have a place to live?
Also, cleaning lady broke down our mercury thermometer and hasn't warned anyone. Luckily, I quickly noticed that. By the way, the hotel didn't compensate this.
Corridors are dark in the hotel. Personnel, except some of them, are impolite or even rude.
No one even apologized for all these issues. Disgusting attitude!
