Food. Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, night snack. Light snacks throughout the day at certain times: gozleme, pancakes, ice cream (mini club), jacket, fruit, sandwiches, waffles, biscuits, toast, hamburgers, fried potatoes, salads. When meeting guests, offer treats, Turkish delight and lemonade with fresh mint leaves from special glasses. Drinks included in the price: alcoholic and non-alcoholic local drinks and some imported drinks. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far. The food was fantastic, the service is excellent, everything in the room is new. The territory is big and well-maintained. The atmosphere is pleasant. I can’t even think of any drawbacks. I would like to come back definitely.

This was our fifth stay at Akka Alinda Hotel, but unfortunately, we have to say that the experience this time did not live up to our previous visits. The overall quality of service has noticeably declined. It seems that Russian-speaking tourists are prioritized, as there are very few staff members who speak and understand English. This was particularly problematic in the kids’ mini club, where none of the staff spoke English well enough for us to feel comfortable leaving our children in their care. The cleanliness of the rooms has also gone down slightly. On a positive note, the food remains tasty, and a couple of members from the entertainment team were very friendly and engaging. The hotel grounds, including gardens and shared areas, are clean and well-maintained. Service at the coffee bar has consistently been friendly and pleasant. However, in other bars, we noticed that only those who push ahead and order alcohol are served quickly, while children can stand in line for up to 10 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging them. This kind of service is very disappointing and unfair. Another issue is smoking around the pool area. Given the large number of children present, there should be clearly designated smoking areas, and the poolside should ideally be a smoke-free zone. We would like to highlight the excellent service at the hotel’s information desk — the staff there are polite and helpful. The team handling the luggage also deserves praise for their efficiency and professionalism. We chose this hotel again based on the positive experiences of previous years, but unfortunately, this time it did not leave the same good impression. We hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve the level of service to restore what once made Akka Alinda our favorite vacation destination.

The sea was wonderful, food and beverage services were very good. The heated water park was fun. The room and its view were excellent, the cleanliness was at 5 star level. We had a nice time at the pier and the coffee shop.

Cozy rooms with a delightful view of both the sea and the mountains. The food variety was good and kept us interested. Wide variety of activities, including Turkish lessons and hiking on the nearby mountain. Lovely cats found throughout the hotel grounds: very friendly, big fans of the ham from restaurant.

We had a rest in November, the sea is wonderful, the weather is excellent, during the day 24-28, in the evening 16-20 ° C. The beach is small pebbles, super to dive from the pier, there are no problems with sun loungers, in the bars everything your heart desires (both alcohol and food). The food is tasty, varied, almost around the clock. The room stock requires updating, there was practically no animation. From entertainment: a water park, a swimming pool on the territory without heating, cold. The gym is a C, table tennis (one table), cycling and hiking. It is better to rent a car outside the hotel., as well as a transfer to the airport. I recommend it for lovers of a quiet holiday and good alcohol.

We had very good rest and vacation in Akka Alinda Hotel in Kiris, we spend 11 days with friends and family in this wonderful Hotel. Here was very rich and varied lunches and dinners, tasty breakfasts and food in general. Clener and big rooms and good WiFi. I also definitely recommended to visit the hamam bath and ritual at the hotel, definitely take course of massages from Ali (he also calls himself Alibaba and work at Hotel Spa:)), if you like a strong professional massage with relaxing elements and stones, then definitely only from Ali! thank you Akka Alinda, we will come back!
