Location: 55 km from Antalya airport, in Kemer.
Consists of one 3-storey building.
The hotel has 196 rooms.
Total area: 6 000 m2.
Beach: own sand and shingle beach in 600 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. There is a Shuttle to the beach. The length of the beach – 50 m.
System "All inclusive" operates from 10:00-23:00, includes soft drinks and alcoholic drinks of local production. Charge: freshly squeezed juices, special coffees (Turkish, Irish, espresso), imported drinks, ice cream, drinks and bottled water, drinks and food on the beach.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. From the very moment we arrived, we were greeted by unfriendly staff, and this attitude persisted throughout our stay. The food in the restaurant was inedible, and the smell made the dining experience even worse. The pool was unhygienic, with no chlorine, and guests were even swimming in their underwear – when we complained to the staff, they didn’t care and did nothing about it.
In the lobby, tea was served in cheap plastic cups, which only added to the overall unprofessional atmosphere. The staff seemed irritated and aggressive toward guests throughout the day. After six days at the hotel, we all became ill and suffered from food poisoning, completely ruining our holiday.
If you're planning to enjoy the beach, this is the wrong place for you. The beach is the dirtiest and most unusable I've ever seen. The hotel advertises beach service with drinks and snacks, but that’s simply not true. What you'll find are two broken showerheads, a cheap water dispenser with plastic cups, and nothing more. The beach was another level of disaster entirely.
I cannot understand how anyone could leave a positive review for this hotel. Either those reviews are paid for, or the people writing them have never experienced a proper holiday. I am deeply dissatisfied and cannot say anything positive about this hotel. A truly terrible experience.

I am writing this review in the hope that it will be noticed and the situation will change.
I am currently staying at Viking Star Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
But does everything here really deserve five stars? NO
I chose this hotel because it has a gym, as I need to exercise daily due to my health condition. However, it’s impossible to work out in the gym because the air conditioner is not working. Exercising in the gym is unbearable, breathing becomes difficult, and I almost fainted!
In addition to the broken air conditioner, all the staff at the reception, including the manager, make empty promises and lie, which is the most unpleasant part. If they had been honest, it wouldn’t have been so upsetting. They act surprised and claim that everything has been fixed. But in reality, nothing has been fixed!
The manager was very nice and promised to have it repaired by the evening (which was not!! Eventually) and in the meantime, he suggested I visit the gym at another hotel, which I had to walk 15 minutes to under the scorching sun, only to find out that the situation at the second hotel was exactly the same.
It’s very disappointing to be deceived by the staff, the top representatives of the hotel!!
I hope the situation will be resolved so that I can soften this unpleasant review with praise for their company.

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for 7 days. The size of the rooms was good, the cleaning was complete every day. The food, desserts, and drinks were excellent. The location was very good, to the shops, the beach, the city and... The access was excellent. The employees were very polite and well-behaved. They had entertainment programs every night. Overall, this hotel is more suitable for couples. If the cleaning of the elevator and the lobby environment is taken care of, it will be much better. Thank you

Room size okay, house keeping very good. Very loud during the night, you here neighbours snoring, kids screaming and everyone else's toilet flushing. Food was good, staff are rude and need training. Not a hotel for English or German speaking people. Staff only speaks Russian. Entertainment was bad and lounge not big enough for guest.
We would give hotel 2-3 stars at the most, definitely not a 5 star hotel.

I recently stayed at this all-inclusive hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The food was delicious and varied, catering to all tastes with fresh ingredients and excellent presentation. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. The amenities, from the pool to the fitness center, were top-notch and kept me entertained throughout my stay. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Great service, warm and cozy when it comes to making it a friendly place to stay.
But this is not a five star hotel, the food are not the greatest and the SPA is old and not the freshes.
But for the price, I will say the Valle is close to great.

We've been coming back to Viking Star for years now, and it never disappoints! The staff always greet us like family. Wide variety of food options, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Can't wait for our next visit!

1. Our stay at Viking Star was very nice! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the food delicious, and the pool area was stunning. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were a perfect way to unwind after an active day.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2024, it was our second time at this hotel, we previously stayed 8/9 years ago. This is not a 5* hotel! I have stayed in 3* hotels that are better, I would generously give it 4 stars.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the staff are all helpful. I cant comment on their language skills as I can get by on holiday in Turkish, and my wife is fluent. The indoor pool, hamam and spa were very good and well run and looked after.
Food was not good, some days it was awful! I don't think any of it was freshly made, not even the soups. Very disappointing. There weren't many guests at the hotel when we stayed, so that may have played a part in the food available but I still expected better from a supposedly 5* hotel. We have stayed at other 5* hotels in Kemer in January / February and they have been much better standard.
