Not worth the prices
It is an old overused hotel, rooms, furniture and towels.
I was shocked by the fact that the water colour went yellow on my check out day and wondering why?
When we checked in the corridor smelled like sewage
The breakfast buffet is 5/10 lots of old food and non ripe fruits (too sour)
I paid similar price recently and that has never was really a 5* hotel
This one is a glorified 3star hotel
I have to say that staff are brilliant

Fabulous hotel and facilities. The food is excellent and the staff are very helpful. This hotel was far the best in the area

I have been coming to this hotel for a number of years now while I have business with the nearby Ford factories. The staff are always great and provide excellent service. The Ruf Grill Kebap restaurant is also fantastic and where I always go for my evening meal. Ismail in particular is an excellent and attentive server and always a welcome site to see have on the staff.

We stayed for two weeks on a business trip and would be qualified for a detailed review-
Pros-
1. The sea and mountain view rooms are very scenic. It will make you wake up in the morning to catch sun rise
Cons-
1. Breakfast menu is same everyday
2. Wifi is simply pathetic. You can't work in your rooms
3. Some appliances and sockets don't work properly in room and no one bothers
4. Staff can be really attentive sometimes and sometimes they don't care.
Overall if the views weren't that scenic, I would have rates even lower

Best hotel with worst reception agent especially (( OGÜZ ))
Racist and arrogant and he’s looking at guests as sickening
Also (( sara )) also wasn’t helpful
And also electricity suddenly gone while one of us inside elevator.. imagine the scary memory!

Great place lovely setting beautiful building, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Close to numerous restaurants. Pricey and some work on service and the smaller details needed.

Rooms are OK. Breakfast is a terrible thing. The service personnel at breakfast is not able to do their job. The good time of this hotel is gone.

Very nice hotel , high class , gentle Staff, price quite high .

Location to cleaning everything is simply perfect. Also receptionists other staff and especially waiters are very well trained and very kind. The restaurant 'Ruf' has a delicious cuisine.
