THE SIGN Şile Hotel & Spa

Zero stars. No Air Conditioning ,loud music and dj all night and morning. A lot of insects could not sleep 2 hours continuously. Just provided for a us a small shampoo bottle which is already dirty and sticky from the outside. Literally worst hotel ever went to. Paid exactly $300 for 2 night. Which was literally worth less money to pay for such a place. They have a nice view with zero services and again a lot of insects(ones that fly, and ones on ground) with dirty carpet and dirty small fridge which is not working properly.

I have stayed in this hotel three times and I loved it very much, but this visit was very annoying because the room was not clean and water leaked from the bathtub when showering and the room entry card sometimes did not open and upon each entry I stood in front of the door for 10 minutes until it opened and finally I was sleeping with My family, at two in the morning, the door to my room was opened by one of the employees while we were sleeping. I apologize that we were in the wrong room. We were very terrified. There is no security at all. I could not sleep after that.

An absolute disaster
I stayed at the sign sile on May 21st. Where do I begin. There were so many things wrong I am not sure they got anything right. From the moment I checked in, the AC was not working, the curtains can only either open or close, if they close you cannot open them again and vice versa. The beds I had booked two twin single beds and they ended up giving me a double bed which wasn't even a proper double bed it was two extra bed types put into one.


The wifi was abysmal to say the least despite me being GLUED to the router while using it. The soap bar had the thickness of a penny. The carpet covered floors were sticky so I had to wear the hotel slippers during my entire stay, this is not to mention the rude attitude of the entire staff. I complained about a spider and they told me to just kill it and go on with my day.



The pillows looked old and unclean as well, add that to the fridge not working. Did I mention the abysmal breakfast buffet with almost no variety or options. They had one type of cheese cut up in 9 different ways to give you the illusion of variety but there was none.



I am not sure what else to put in my review there may have been things that I missed but as you can read there is NOT a SINGLE positive I can remember. In my opinion I think it would be better to sleep in the backseat of your car with mobile data rather than waste your hard earned money on this hotel.

This was the worst experience ever, I stayed in the hotel for 2 days and I didn't shower because the TUB was so disgusting it looked infested with germs, not to mention after my first night. I wanted to go back to sleep after I had my breakfast only for them to start blasting MUSIC so loud by the pool that I could hear it in my room. I wasn't able to go back to bed, not to mention the rooms aren't clean, the pillows feel like they haven't been washed and the staff are horrible to deal with.

I would not recommend anyone to come here I don't think I will ever visit Turkey again because of this, truly a horrific experience.

I stayed during the winter period due to a company meeting. The location is very beautiful, yes, the sound of the waves in the sea, the air of the forest, etc. but they probably slaughtered hundreds of trees to build this hotel. Even knowing this is a reason to be cold... On the other hand, the hotel is extremely neglected, extremely old and has a huge hygiene problem. The carpets were stained, the furniture was breaking and falling apart. I don't know how long the room I stayed in had not been used. But I put my hand, which had made a spider web on the toilet paper in the toilet, and we shook hands with the spider. I screamed from the first minute. Afterwards, he became my roommate because I didn't kill him. I turned on the shower in the bathroom and I'm not exaggerating at all. I had to drain the water for exactly 50 minutes due to rust. The brown rust stopped flowing. I almost lost hope of seeing normal water. Afterwards, I went to the bathroom with normal water and I hope I still didn't get washed with any rust. The air conditioner of the room never heated. I called the attendant, he said it was weather, and he was able to fix it after half an hour of trying. The balcony door was stuck, he tried to open it for 10 minutes... In short, I think you have more or less an idea about the hotel. I first saw this hotel in the Early Bird TV series and liked it very much, but it was a disappointment. The breakfast was good, there were many things missing, but it was filling... my company covered it, I stayed for free. I myself would never pay money to this hotel...
