Reviews
I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. We were forced to stay here due to a flight cancellation, and the front desk staff made an already stressful situation worse. They were rude, disrespectful, and completely dishonest about the pricing.
Upon arrival, we were quoted one price per night, but the next day, they raised the rate without any explanation or prior notice. When we questioned the change, the staff became defensive and unhelpful, refusing to honor the original rate. Their behavior was unprofessional and left us feeling taken advantage of.
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you're looking for a place to stay, avoid this one at all costs.
Also restaurant was 99% improved, with a lot of fresh variety every day, everything is included in this hotel, also coffee, water and soft drinks the whole day.
Pool are nice, good spot to rest, I liked the improvement with new machines in the gym, but the air conditioning must be changed as it doesn’t support the hot weather in Antalya, you can’t breath inside.
Things to improve: Cleaning, they clean very bad the rooms, if they pass in the morning if you are slepping the don’t return to see if you need clean later on.
Walls: looks like paper, you can hear everything.
Rooms - the room was clean and decently furnished. I had the impression that Turkish building code must be very different to what I am used to in that overall build quality is very low, one of the most striking manifestation of which is the almost complete lack of sound proofing. Expect to hear all your neighbors' conversations, all corridor talks, anyone flushing or taking a shower on any floor above you. Also, if there happens to be a party outdoor, you can expect to hear everything even with closed windows. Poor build quality is obvious across the board. The room had air conditioning, but when I turned it on it almost blew no air and made a funny noise, so I checked the filters and they were completely clogged with dirt which I cleaned in 3 minutes and that fixed the problem. Maintenance should pay attention to this. The beds were comfortable.
Service - this is where I have little to complaint about. Staff are very friendly and always helpful. Breakfasts & dinners are buffet style with plenty of choices, many of which are freshly cooked. I really enjoyed the salad options, there was a bit of a short selection of fruits. I enjoyed all meals. One thing I would note is that the red wine in the bar was one of the worst I've tasted, probably not worth paying the bit steep price for it.
Location - it's about 7-8 minutes walk from the beach, but the walk there is really disappointing through a dirty back road. Also, directly in front of and behind the hotel there is what looks like lands of skip, litter and thicket, very unappealing and sometime smelly and I'm surprised the hotel doesn't pay more attention to their surroundings, even if the land is not owned by them. It takes approx. 15-20 minutes by taxi to get to the waterfall and about 45 minutes (in good traffic) to get to Antalya old town, so it's definitely not easy access. There is a bus line which I believe takes approx. 1 hour.
Quirks - just like everywhere in Turkey, the hotel has their own army of cats, all of them seem to be happy and healthy, and they free roam the property. Bear this in mind if you are not a cat person (I am :)). Outside the hotel there are packs of very large dogs, but all of the seemed docile
In summary, if you wish a quiet holiday with no worries on your mind it's definitely the hotel for you
I have met with the duty manager who seemed to be very keen and welling to listen to the remarks I have shared with him and he promised that all notes will be taken into consideration.
Our airlines arranged three rooms in this hotel for us after we had an issue with our flight; we spend around 24 hours there
The staff was friendly but the rooms were in need of proper maintenance and housekeeping. The food was plain but with a lot of variety.
Bathroom in one of the rooms was extremely small and one could barely move in it. In the same room the mini refrigerator door couldn’t be fully opened due to the poor design of the room and a big dead spider was in one of the corners of this room.
The hotel depends mainly airlines bookings and as per the situation it has now, it won’t be my first choice for a stay.
It is 30-40 min drive from Antalya Airport
There is a service facility, but we went with our own vehicle and felt much more comfortable.
I am writing my review completely impartially.
1 Meals are really plentiful and there is no variety of red meat, usually turkey and chicken, but there are many alternatives that make up for this deficiency, you will definitely not go hungry
2 It's clean enough anyway, since the hotel is new, the cosmetics are in good condition, the air conditioner is working
3 Staff are really trying to help and do their job in the best possible way. Thank you to the gentleman whose name I can't remember in the lobby bar, he is very kind.
4 The biggest problem is unfortunately Iranian tourists 😐 still I didn't want to break 1 point because of customer potential but really rude and relaxed people don't listen to loud music and don't disturb the environment don't pay attention to warnings
Still, if they say, would you come again, I would definitely come in terms of its friendly staff, as it is a price performance hotel. Best regards 🙏
