Greenwood Suites Resort

In general, we liked the hotel, the rooms are quite adequate and useful and you feel like you are at home, it is very good to have a washing machine. The employees are very nice and helpful. The food was very good, thanks to the chef, especially the soups were delicious. The children did not come out of the aquapark. Thank you for the happy cup.

First trip to Turkey and it’s been pretty good. The hotel is nice and clean, the room was an excellent size and comfortable. It can be a little rough around the edges like loose towel rack etc but that’s not picking tbh. The pools are lovely and a good size (140cm deep). There’s a quieter pool by the lobby and the pools by the water park is where it gets lively. The staff are amazing and cant do enough to help you. I enjoyed the food, sometimes there was stuff I liked and other times I resorted to my back up but that’s par for the course at all inclusive. It was all cooked well and there was plenty of choice. The beer is quite nice too. The only disappointment isn’t something the hotel can really do anything about and I think it will just take time but if you leave the hotel L, the surrounding area is a bit of a mess. There’s some very beautiful buildings but the streets are fairly dirty. I get the feeling in 10 or 15 years this area will be a very happening place, it’s just not quite there yet compared to some other established destinations. It’s just an observation and I’m probably being a bit of a snob.

All in all I’ve really enjoyed turkey, meeting the people and cooking in the sun which was really really really hot lol. I can’t wait to come back and see this place develop.

Great holiday. Staff helpful. Brilliant resort for kids because of the water park and swimming pools. The food was repetitive but decent and something was available to eat everyday. Rooms lovely, clean and had everything you needed. Ac worked really well too. Not much around the hotel except shops but as I said the kids were happy enough in the hotel. I would return for the hotel but not the area itself as there is not much to do in walking distance other than shop.

First time visiting Turkey and the weather was amazing.
The hotel service was very attentive and staff were very helpful with me and my families needs.
The main restaurant/snack bar food was very delicious and had a wide range of food/snacks available serving everybody needs.
We also enjoyed the late night food at Gilbert patisserie.
The facilities available were great from the water park to the spa.
The entertainment during the day and night time periods were also fun to watch.
Rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were always very kind and helpful if we needed anything.
Local shops were good to visit for little souvenirs.
Two receptions in particular were very helpful and kind. Thank you to Turkan and Hamdi
Overall as my first trip here at turkey and this hotel it was a very good experience.

Just come back from a fantastic one week holiday from here. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Completely catered to families with young children and teens. Waterslides are fantastic as are the spa facilities and pools. Food is lovely. Being slightly earlier in the year it was quite quiet which suited us as felt more personal and no ques. Bar staff, waiters, chefs, reception, shop workers, spa workers all so lovely and friendly and welcoming. However, Julie from entertainment was amazing. So energetic and friendly who got everyone together for good fun times whether that was in aqua aerobics or evening quiz, bingo etc. would definitely go back 💜

Great, affordable resort. Don't listen to other reviews as it seems they actively listen to feedback / never had a problem at all. There's a wide variety of food at the buffet, the staff are nice, funny and polite. The only downside seems to be other guest's rudeness. All I can say is if you treat them with respect, you'll have a great time!

By the greatest of coincidences, we were welcomed as the hotel's first guests of the season.
The whole team did their best to make us feel comfortable and at ease. We were upgraded to a very large suite with an equipped kitchen (oven, large fridge), washing machine etc...
Very big pleasant surprise regarding one of the outdoor swimming pools which was heated.
The gym needs good maintenance and expanded hours, it's a real shame to be kicked out at 7 p.m.
The SPA was a real pleasure, thanks to the masseuses and the team.

We would like to thank all the managers, from the front desk to the restaurant, the guest relation and particularly Julia, the animation team for their warm welcome. We will come back with pleasure

I like the Pools and the waterslides, the food is good and the Personal is very friendly, you can go by shuttle to the beach in 5 minutes all in one it is a very good hotel :D

Absolutely brilliant hotel, everything you need...buffet gets a bit samesy but then don't all All Inclusives!
