Two friends and I wanted somewhere cheap and close to shops/market for a short weekend break.
So on arrival reception was easy to find, helpful staff showed us to our room after checking us in, very informative of dining times. Main Room had 1 double bed and the other room had two singles and wardrobes. Air con was in the main room which also had a mini kitchen worktop area and a fridge( ham and cheese rolls as late arrival and a big bottle of water), tv and hairdryer also included in room . Bathroom was adequate, toilet sink and shower. Room was clean on arrival and also cleaned again the next day while we were out shopping.
Breakfast buffet- cooked breakfast, omelette (freshly made), some cereals and the usual holiday buffet cheeses, bread, fruit etc. food was all hot and enjoyable.
Lunch buffet rice, pasta, pizza, desserts, curry, fish, chicken etc again all hot and enjoyable- the mash is amazing.
Dinner- we ate out by choice as was exploring the area so cannot comment or feedback.
Drinks included were local drinks only but we weren’t here to drink, we did take our own cans and airport duty free bottles anyway. Staff in restaurant come and ask which drink you would like and bring it to you while you eat so that’s really nice.
Pool x2 clean, enough loungers around both pools.
Didn’t use spa facilities as only here for short shopping trip.
Reception called us a taxi when we wanted to venture further afield.
Market was walking distance about 10 mins (lots of bargains for ‘Turkey real’ items)
I would book again and recommend.
Don’t be put off by all the bad reviews on Facebook but don’t expect the earth,
We don’t go on holiday to sit in the room 24/7 anyway, clean bed to rest our heads and a shower to wash in, we didn’t need more.
Staff all friendly and helpful and no as 3 young(ish) adult women, we weren’t pestered or made to feel uncomfortable in any way.
The food is really better than the reviews, especially if you eat Turkish cuisine and not the-very-well-cooked English food.

Walking distance to the old town and the beach (or small bus 3x a day). Nearby there is a nice and cheap Turkish-Kyrgyz shop where you can buy water and other things.
Absolute top! The greatest satisfaction. Willing and friendly people. Friendly staff. No problem ♥️ great food, fun, amazing and wonderful people around the hotel. We loved it, we will definitely be back! ♥️ Words can't describe how great we had it. 😊
The entertainment staff were the best part, they put so much effort into getting to know the guests and kept the guests entertained all day.
Was a little disappointed with the food, there weren't many vegetarian options available and was sometimes warm and not hot.
