An unforgettable holiday in Giustiniano. Let's start with the pleasant things. Warm sea, sunny days. That's probably all. We lived in Teodoro, the building is located behind the main one, this was not a problem, since we went through the club, it was faster. The room had no view. In the restaurant in Teodora, there are always dirty cups, you know, they have traces of those who have already drunk from them. If you're lucky, take cardboard glasses. My husband wanted to dilute the tea with water from the kettle, but muddy water with some black pieces came out of the kettle. Check everything before use, especially if you have children. Regarding Wi-Fi, this is a separate topic. Free in the lobby only. If you want to use your laptop for work, then get ready, there is ONE outlet in the lobby. But most importantly, the air conditioning at the reception does not work. After asking to turn on the air conditioning, we were told that it was NOT WORKING!!!! It’s not surprising that only children sit at the reception; who can withstand such heat? The hotel management urgently needs to be put at the reception and let them steam and sweat like all the guests. The funny thing is that the air conditioning works in the main building, but only according to the schedule. You charge a lot of money for your vacation, for unjustified services. I CAN say with confidence, in Justiniano WE WILL NOT COME AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE OTHERS TO TAKE A DIFFERENT ROUTE TO THIS HOTEL,

The worst hotel I've ever been in! I got a family room that smelled of sewage, then it was changed but not up to my standard. The air conditioning in the room barely managed to cool it, I had imported alcohols included in the price and they weren't there. And the pool chairs were dirty old twisted with screws and broken umbrellas. I filed a complaint but the travel agency saw no problem, the hotel officially has 5 stars and in reality it is 3. The food is very good!!!

Upon arrival, the staff was very rude. Upon arrival at the teodore, renovations were going on at the entrance without warning, which was the reason for the long check-in to the rooms. For four people, we were given one room with a 2nd floor, the stairs were impressive, but we insisted on getting into another room, but there was a lot of dust in it. We arrived at 12pm and were seated at 5pm. Hairdryer and kettle did not work in the room. there was always a big puddle in the bathroom. The "Vip All Inclusive" did not even fill the mini-bar. Instead of juices, drinks, food, like in a sanatorium, from fruits there were only apples and oranges.
