most dirty hotel in Marmaris. Reception can't say hello, unless they want money. dirty beds, balcony full of ants and cockroaches. our stay has never been so bad. rooms are dirty and old. everything broken, it was like a garbage shed. definitely not recommended to spend your money here. staff shuffles around the hallway as if they are tired of life, and all they do is change your bed with dirty sheets. Never again for us

Fidan was once a fine hotel, but not anymore. Rooms are dirty, furniture is broken and there is almost nothing in the kitchenette.
Be careful! Our daughter bumped into the glass in the balcony door and it broke into large sharp pieces. The hotel manager did not believe us when we told him what happened and we were charged EUR250 For the glass. There was dirty foot prints on the wall and the cutlery was greasy. They fixed a large hole in the door with 2 component padding, making the apartment stink and we were happy that we got relocated that day. Our limit for stupidity was now exceeded.
Oh I forgot (you forgot) the bill for 1 apple juice and 2 soda. But then you allso forgot to pay back our money for aircon 1 week!

I love Fidan with practically all my heart I stayed there for about two months last year the staff are amazing and funny cidir at the restaurant is practically one of the most friendly people I have ever met the food and drinks are literally so delicious the rooms are perfectly fine and a great living environment I really do recommend staying here they also do a Friday night Turkish night witch is extremely fun and worth the money

We booked this hotel through Love Holidays and stayed 6th to 10th September 2023 in room 310.
It was filthy.
Holes in towels, mould in the bathroom, shower kept falling down, bath was stained, toilet was filthy both bowl and seat. We had to buy our own toilet roll too. We had to ask for floor to be cleaned, bedding was shockingly stained as was the mattress. 2 coat hangers between 2 of us, a noisy fridge that desperately needed defrosting. Patio furniture was broken. No facility to make a drink. Had to go to reception twice to get clean towels and to top it all my expensive white linen trousers were stolen. Went to see the manager regarding this and he was a waste of time as he suggested I should have put them in the safe!!! Reception staff were rude.

Absolutely fantastic restaurantand bar, from the very first night we have been treated like royalty, but in a very homely way, it is so relaxed, prices are reasonable and the food is top notch (compliments to the chef) and service second to none, it did take me 3 nights to get the swordfish I wanted, but it became a running joke, and was well worth the wait. I can't speak highly enough about the friendly, hospitable way we have been treated.

The hotel is great in class, clean, the staff is nice and the manager is kind and a wonderful person who is understanding and always trying to help, the hotel is close to the beach, transportation and the city center.

No towel dryers and no shampoo shelves. And no even some soap. Wi-fi disconnecting all the time. Towels with holes. Dirty chairs outside. No air-cool control.

Nice place, very friendly owner, good location. I stayed in an apartment with kitchen which was equipped pretty well. The beach is a short walk from the hotel, about 15 min on foot to the centre, a few supermarkets at 5-10 min walking distance. They also have a restaurant. The place is not brand new but clean and comfortable.
