I’ll start with the good points Bed is extremely comfy Bar is well stocked Maids are lovely, bottled water each day, shower is strong, rooms are clean, staff are friendly Food is plentiful Now on to the bad points The aircon is old and is more like a jail aircon than an actual system, when we arrived the balcony door was broken

The female is nice but for me she doesnt dress adequate for a staff member if you have to keep pulling dresses down etc your not dressed correctly. The entertainment on a night has some good nights and ok ones

The food is a high standard but it does get tiresome. Its the samething most days from breakfast-dinner. Need to bring themed nights and no doner kebabs. Which we were looking forward to the most so we ate out one night

The entertainment team are great the 2 lads are brilliant, get everyone involved. Jay Jay i believe his name stands out above them all, has a good laugh with the guests and is always professional

The manager is very happy and gets involved in every guest. Only one day he shouted at a towel boy because a guest had a glass drink around pool. Talk to your staff with respect the guest is in the wrong not him

The hotel need to control this better as people dont come out till 11-12 before they start using them. Booking system would be better with a timing system. If a person isnt on the bed for over 2 hours

We did receive a fruit basket and a bottle of red so was nice. The hotel is very modern and immaculate all the time. The staff are brilliant and great at their job. All pleasant and willing to help

Firstly, the reception staff speak very little English and it is hard to get them to understand anything, the room is very basic with no tea or coffee facilities, this is very disappointing as that should be a minimum i think, the room is very clean though so overall I think it is OK, there are no fans in the outside bar areas which would be a good addition as it is very very hot, evening entertainment...

Best place to chose on your vacation. Close to marmaris center and icelmer is just 10 mins away. The hotel is just besides the water body, there’s water activity service near by

This place has fantastic views. Plenty of food to choose from . Room is good clean and tidy. Staff are friendly.

Yes there are quite a few steps down to the water so possibly not great for less mobile people, but so easy for us to enjoy the pool and sea and other lounge areas

This was a fabulous place to stay. The people working at the hotel were lovely. Nothing was too much for them. The food was good. It is close to the sea. Staff were very helpful. I would come again

Near the sea, pier and pontoon available, good kitchen. Wi fi quality even at the beach catches. Good location and no animation, thank God. Hamam, sauna and fitness room is included in the price

The hotel is located in the heart of everything. The beach is right infront (even though the beach is a lot better 20 mins walk downwards). There is alot of good food places around and all the shopping stalls

We originally booked a room with balcony and when arrived we did not have this. The room itself was nice and modern but very small

Cleaning and maintenance staff try their best to stay out of the way of guests whilst still keeping the hotel in such clean and friendly environment our room cleaner hatice was such a lovely women who kept our room spotlessly clean with fresh towels, refreshments and toilet paper daily she was very friendly

Great wee hotel! Here for a holiday with my partners family and was great! Lovley nightly entertainment for children and adults, plenty of space at the pools with lots of daily activities going on, lots of options at meal times (especially for people who are a bit fussy with food), the rooms were nice and clean with daily cleaning

There's also an onsite supermarket, hairdressers, tattoo shop, and more. All staff were very friendly and happy to help with all questions, always with smiles on their faces

Julian Club Hotel is very good at what it does but being reasonably priced even into the high season this does necessarily bring in the crowds. Rooms - were clean, maids were lovely and competent

Had a wonderful holiday here. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Food and drink were plentiful and with a good variety. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully we will return one day

The people involved in a perfect organisation like a hotel are not easy enterprises. Finally I've really appreciated this hotel. Elder people are a warranty of a good stay, that's why I came here

Whoever is filleting the fish in this place needs a good talking to as every dish containing "fish" has some bones in it. Children are not very well catered for either as far as the food goes

The gym, however, was a disappointment, I like to workout, but I didn't go there for that, but it was very much a token gym so they could have a tick in the box. People's home gyms are better equipped

The personnel is very kind and prompt even if sometimes doesn't understand the English language. The 5 stars hotel is a Turkish valuation, unfortunately not in line with the European standards

Sooo, after reading reviews of this hotel I was a tad apprehensive when my wife told me she had booked Pineta Club for our sixth trip to Marmaris (we've been other places such as Morocco, Egypt,, Thailand etc so "been around" as it were) putting it mildly! Being well travelled, I'd say this hotel is great value for money with food, rooms and staff being pretty good

They are the best entertainment i have seen and would recommend. The entertainment makes up for the outdated rooms and there is a very large selection of food, which is also very good

For instance, one afternoon the restaurant put out Thai green curry as an option and it was very good

Food is Turkish, so no English full breakfast lol however I like eating Turkish food was always something I liked. Drinks also Turboug beer, gin, vodka, raki, wine, cola, Fanta, lemonade, water, squash

And what a great introduction this was: Marmaris is an incredible place with so much on offer, but what made the best moments was actually spending our time in such a good hotel with the beat possible location and all the facilities is got to offer, including a private pontoon and beech right by the hotel

Quite rare that you find a hotel that strikes the perfect balance of everything! So well priced, lots of food options and the entertainment staff are just like friends

The cleanliness was of a very good standard. Plenty of sunbeds available round the huge pool & a lovely beach a minutes walk away

If you don't manage to grab a bed there are plenty of seating areas in the sun and shade, and a shaded area with bean bags etc. Drinks wise, despite what you may be told by a travel agent, there is one bar

There are multiple points to grab a coffee. But realistically the pool bar functions as the main one. The bar staff here are great and cocktails are included in the all inclusive

As I mentioned there are lots of bars open to get your entertainment fix if the hotel offering doesn't do it for you. Food wise is probably the weakest part of this hotel

I have suggested that the hotel remove towels from unused beds. The same can be said with the beach. in both cases get down early (before 9am) to secure a decent spot

This is something we complained about because (and this isn't the hotels fault) people are inconsiderate. People put towels on beds and disappear for most of the day

This is one of the best hotels we've been to, the location the facilities are stunning. A big thankyou to Melissa at the quiet pool, she made our stay even better. Missed her on her day off, lol

The hotel is on a hill so it was quite a steep walk to our rooms but the hotel offer to run you back to your rooms in a buggy. We found the food to be good over all

We thought the hotel location was good being only a short taxi ride to marmaris but in a secluded bay with no other hotels near by

WHAT IS WORTH NOTING FROM THE GOOD: - the staff! The staff is wonderful. Especially the restaurant and reception staff. The staff is wonderful 😍🔥 - the gym And the hotel is next to the sea

The location of this hotel is beautiful. But after 9:00pm expect loud music until midnight from the bars next door. Seaview rooms have truly beautiful view, and the best showers I've even seen.

After the first night of stay, I asked to change the room, they changed it, but I did not achieve complete silence (( The beach is unique: with red sand, I looked for others in the area

The room had everything you need. I really liked the coffee and hot chocolate)). All the pluses are offset by one minus: very loud music in the nearby bars does not stop until 1 am

Clearly when the pool guy arrived at work. The all inclusive drinks were nice enough. We didn’t have any complaints. And the food, there is such a variety you will always find something to eat

I wouldn’t even say it was entertaining anyway. Infact It was rather quite poor. So we were out most nights unless we wanted an early, quiet evening then we stayed at the hotel. Maybe twice in the 10 day stay

Small issue when we arrived with one of our rooms which could have been handled a lot better by a particular female on reception who was very rude and dismissive to the point of having to take the issue up with management, it was then fortunately resolved but not without unnecessary effort

May be worth noting that we were 2 families on one booking and expected to be in close proximity to one another so may be email ahead if you're in a similar situation

We had to get up around 4am to ensure we had sunbeds but this seems to be the case in most similar resorts now

You have the main drag to the front of the hotel for all shops and restaurants with a good 30 to 40 minute walk to the main Marmaris port are where the grand bazaar is

Excellent hotel, great location, fantastic staff! From the time we arrived we were made to feel special by every staff member we encountered, in a personal friendly way, everyone was cheerful and clearly enjoyed their jobs

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The best part of this hotel is its location, which is right by the beach! Waking up to the stunning view and having the beach just a few steps away was truly amazing

Pool sun loungers are for the early risers as there are only around x25 but people did tend to reserve early and stay there all day whether they were there or not but, there was plenty of sun loungers on the beach so all was good and the sea was lovely and clean

All floors are service by 2 lifts and there is a hairdressers and a small. well stocked shop for pretty much anything you need and good prices

) sausages, beans , cornflakes, juice and milk dispensers along side a tea and coffe dispenser and veggies and pancakes are also available. The rooms are very good for a 4 star hotel

It was really quiet upstairs which meant a lot to me as it meant I could chill and relax after long days exploring. It’s also off the main road so a bit quieter for that too

Three star hotel. It is what it is . Good location. Nice pool . Ender behind bar was a nice fella , Hassan the waiter was so funny. Breakfast very basic and limited. Lovely cafe bar across road , Great food .

The staff are friendly and welcoming, but there is one drawback - the hotel opposite - from 10 PM to 1 am every day very loud screaming music, even with the Windows closed you can clearly hear the music and hard to sleep
