It's nice hotel, rooms a little dated, will be nice a bit of decoration other than that good. Pool , sauna kids club are brilliant. Bars are OK, not all inclusive, the bar on second floor roof top are not included

Others are, local alcohol drinks included, like JD things like that you have to purchase. That's about it , overall good 👍 I think bar and food staff needs a bit training with language! Thanks and happy day's 😊

Love this hotel great place fantastic staff always ready to help. had the added attraction of wild boars in the evening just down from hotel. Thankfully the locals are looking after the wildlife after the horrible fires

The booking was hassle-free and staff were communicative about the forrest fires prior to coming. The food was great and cannot complain about the drinks! We definitely got our money's worth!

The food was good with a great selection for mains and desserts. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a shop on the bottom floor the guy in there is funny, chatty and friendly and very reasonable prices

The room was lovely with amazing views. Spacious and a lovely bathroom. Beds comfortable and good air con and safe in the room. Mini fridge that was toped up daily with water and soft drinks

They are fantastic with the kids 😁 always managed to get a sunbed by the pool and there is 7 of us. Food is good always plenty of choice even for the fussy eaters

The beach is excellent, located on two tiers and all in greenery. On the beach there are toilets, showers, changing rooms

The hotel is located on the outskirts among the pines,very beautiful nature,clean warm sea. Hotel with good service and food. The hotel grounds are well maintained. It's all good.

It was a nice place, we had a lot of fun, clean rooms and nice staff but the food was not that good actually. And the room service was a bit poor than a five stars hotel.

It is about 20m away from the beech ecelent company and room service bar men very friendly overall great holiday i would give it 5 stars it is in the middle of everything and nigjt life is excellent go there again

Advertised as a 5 star, but this is a Turkish 5 star. If I had to rate it, it's probably more like an English 3 star plus. The food was really good with a snack bar that served pizza, hot dogs, burgers, wraps, etc

Michelle the rep is lovely, a great help. Many shops just on the front, as well as transport to the town £5. They take any money (I found this very useful). Would 100% go back and would definitely recommend

Drinks are not served at the beach, and therefore, you can either carry some down from the hotel or pay a fiver for a bottle of beer from some very friendly Turkish men

if you're at the sunloungers they say they'll bring your drink to you, even the lady who cleaned our room, she didn't speak english but she was so so lovely, we ended up giving her a hug in the end! the rooms are cleaned every day, the pool is perfect as you can stand up in the whole thing, there's drinks 24/7

Also Fateh and Isaac in the restaurant who were really kind and welcoming. The location right next to the beach was perfect. The food was good for an all inclusive resort

We stayed here for 7 days, tip the staff and they can't do enough for you. Especially Emin, who treated us like royalty and made us feel special

The only issue is that you have to be down for no later than 7 to get a bed around the pool. Mainly because the sad idiots are out putting towels down at 3am. Overall an amazing place to stay

This hotel is definitely not a 5* hotel, it’s about a 3 at best. The main problem was the service

Not what you expect in a 5* inclusive hotel. It seems as though management have no idea what they’re doing as clearly the servers are overworked, which causes overall service to suffer

The hammam and massage we had on the last day was excellent and a fair price - a lovely way to wind down and get clean before we headed home

Manager provides excellent service and solves problems immediately. Spectrum of room quality varies but the upper tier ones are comfortable and have a great view. Would recommend for a calm, low-key vacation

It would be nice if the baby pool had a roof as it is in the middle of the sun. I can also highly recommend the massage, I had severe back pain and it helped me a lot. All our wishes were fulfilled and we will come back

We were very satisfied again, it was the 3rd time we stayed at the hotel. We really like the improvements. The WiFi connection is much better than the last 2 years. There is now also a kettle with tea and coffee

Stayed here a few weeks ago for a week with my partner (young couple in their 20’s). The rooms are modern and clean, we had a sea view room which was excellent. The shower was amazing, a massive rainfall shower

Food is ok, not the greatest, but always something for everyone and always something on for dinner that I enjoyed. Snack bar was great, we had pizza everyday. Staff were excellent and very attentive

Pretty good value hotel, food was good and plenty of choice. We had a very pretty waitress who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Entertainment staff were extremely enthusiastic

Mini fridge is not a fridge and not stocked although tui said it was. all in all a good place to holiday. Would come again to be honest

There is entertainment every night but I wouldn't say this was a party hotel which was nice. So there weren't any very drunk groups around but there was always something happening for entertainment

We choose this as our hotel and destination for honeymoon. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 6am. We got to hotel super early and we didn’t wanna wait

One even saved my nephew from drowning 🥺😘If I could rate this location over 5 stars I would immediately and I look forward to being back in Marmaris very soon

I really like the Spa in this hotel. Always clean. Spacious indoor pool. Good sauna, Hammam and a steam room. Pretty good gym and a room for aerobic classes. In General, there is something to do.

We booked a few excursions (which we would also recommend, however this is beyond the scope of this review) and they were extremely helpful in showing us what the excursions were like and what the day's itinerary entailed

We had a great time at the TUI Blue Grand Azur. My partner and I found everything about the hotel to be immaculate, the staff were super friendly and everything is within walking distance

There is such a wide range of food for the buffet breakfasts, lunch and dinners. Especially dessert! Dedicated vegetarian and vegan sections are very welcome, but some more variety here would be good

When we arrived for the welcome meeting we were greeted by queue of moaning people and thought this doesn't look good

On returning to the room to make a much needed coffee after hours of travel we found the refreshment area very strange the only usable socket for the kettle was on the floor not at the refreshment area also no cups in the room good job we bring our own

Note to self bring a spoon next time as little wood stirrers where all that where available. The entertainment was not the best or last very long each evening but we made our own with lovely people we met on the resort

cold water is not available around the resort in fridges as we have been used to in previous holidays you have to ask if not on the bat points

Very very loud so if you have children that like there sleep you may want to think again. On a positive the staff couldn't have been anymore friendly, helpful and so polite. They couldn't do enough for us as a family

I wouldn't say this is a 4star hotel. It needs some serious tlc to the rooms. Very dated and rooms are quite small. This hotel is located next to what I think is a nightclub and music played until roughly 5

The entertainment staff expecially jack mario and Carlos were amazing. Food, there was always something to eat. Even my fussy big one found something every meal time. Unfortunately the pool needs some work

On the last day my son ended up in hospital after a fall down the pool water grills. Aparently these had been reported as dangerous the previous week by other people staying there

The staff are friendly and welcoming, but there is one drawback - the hotel opposite - from 10 PM to 1 am every day very loud screaming music, even with the Windows closed you can clearly hear the music and hard to sleep

Nice and quiet place, but not without flaws. Sooooo slow service at the bar. The rooms are clean but the second line to the sea very close. 30 sec. Food variety. Clean the pool. Tagil there:)
