Whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner, the culinary experience was first class. The rooms were a bit of a mixed bag though. While they had a certain wild charm, they weren’t new and this showed in some wear and tear

They were comfortable enough, but if you’re expecting modern amenities you may be a bit disappointed. One major downside was the distance from the hotel to the airport

Hotel is brilliant spotlessly clean! there Entertainment team are absolutely Amazing and totally make the holiday. Day time activities by the pool and evening shows are great

If you are looking for a beach holiday, this hotel delivers on that. The food was another big plus. Every meal was delicious, with plenty of choice for every taste

The hotel is good and many opportunities fot food and drinks. Amazing entertainment and great team around the pool all day. Very colorful parties and very entertaining live music and karaoke evenings around

The city itself is very alive and the hotel takes place in the very alive location in the city. But I felt really disappointed and out of place during my stay at this hotel sometimes

There's nothing that I wouldn't have liked. The only negative - the transfer from the hotel to the sea and back

Love this hotel great place fantastic staff always ready to help. had the added attraction of wild boars in the evening just down from hotel. Thankfully the locals are looking after the wildlife after the horrible fires

However when we went it was the first week of the season, just to get a bit of sun at the back end of winter. So maybe the entertainment at the hotel improves when the hotel is more at capacity in the summer months

It's nice hotel, rooms a little dated, will be nice a bit of decoration other than that good. Pool , sauna kids club are brilliant. Bars are OK, not all inclusive, the bar on second floor roof top are not included

The booking was hassle-free and staff were communicative about the forrest fires prior to coming. The food was great and cannot complain about the drinks! We definitely got our money's worth!

This was an amazing experience! The hotel and rooms as well as the beach are all very clean. The staff is just amazing - they are all very kind and fulfill their duties with so much love

And they have 2 tennis courts, when they don't even have a volleyball one. (plz switch 1 tennis court to a volleyball one). Besides that everything was perfect!

Only one thing was a bit frustrating, which is the sports' fields. The soccer field was very very far, it's outside the resort ever further than the highway

The staff is very friendly and they never stop smiling. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing. They help you out whenever needed and even beyond

We returned with great emotions, as we really liked the rest in this hotel. The staff is friendly and conscientious, always ready to help

Whenever you're at the lobby ask for Miss Ceylan and when you're at the restaurant ask for Mister Ramazan- they looked after us so well!

our lady was fantastic thank you for looking after us. Spent a lot of time at the relax pool. Alex the bar man was the best kept the place pours a good beer. Food was excellent good choice every day

I am leaving this 5 stars review for the friendly environment and one chef who specifically stays front of the dining area, She adores my son so much and I loved that. My son liked her very much, she is the cutest

I've never been all-inclusive, but I didn't think it was my kind of holiday But blue bay, you have converted me. We stayed in apartment 3404, rooms clean and spacious beds really comfy Housekeeping

We stayed there 7 days last week. I loved the environment, everyone seems friendly, specially the staffs

Great hotel and the staff were amazing. The room was a bit small and we got a two single beds and we can’t push them together as there was electrical outlets in between them

This is a wonderful hotel set in a beautiful backdrop of pine trees. The views over the bay are stunning. We spent a week here in early May and the sea is at a reasonable temperature to swim in

However, there are so many sea bays in Marmaris and they are one of the best in Turkey. Therefore, the sea in front of the hotel is also wonderful and worth seeing

Like paradies...but ADULTS beach should have a bigge sign (sorry kiddos) and the Veggie food can be improved! Other than that great stay

The food is very good, always a lot to choose from with a wide selection of deserts on offer as well. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful

There is a pontoon pier and long beach section that is private to the hotel. We found this perfect to sit some evenings just listening to the sea. Evening entertainment was also very good

Brilliant older hotel, great friendly helpful staff, relaxed environment, clean spacious rooms, wide variety of good food freshly cooked catering for all tastes just go with open mind and try something new you will be surprised as we were and enjoyed every holiday at this hotel

We had an amazing holiday here. So much choice! I lived off the Turkish meze. The swimming pools were very cold so we ended up swimming in the sea as that was much warmer

First time here an it’s wowed us, we’re struggling to find another hotel in other country’s that we will like as much as here!! Such a fabulous place! Safe for kids and families , children are safe to roam the resort, 24 hour bar , kids can get drinks an food Amy time, at nighttime they have sandwiches an soup which is amazing when checking in or out late at night! Cannot recommend this place highly...

There is everything you'd need a coffee place, a main bar, a beach bar, a massive stage for entertainment, 3 different restaurants on site and one main canteen, a snack bar and an ice-cream stop

I went with my family! It was amazing👍🏻🤗 The food omg it was great can’t complain at all 👍🏻 At the kids club the staffs were great and so thoughtful and caring

Mostly we visit a place once and never go back because we like to travel and explore new places all the time but this place sparked something up in us

The beach is not far as it is like a two-minute walk from the main pool. Amazing would definitely recommend

In brief, if you've passed the 70s, come here, and it will surely be the best choice for you and your partner or friends! In any case, to evaluate a place for a one-week stay is not simple, and it is a great responsibility

The gym, however, was a disappointment, I like to workout, but I didn't go there for that, but it was very much a token gym so they could have a tick in the box. People's home gyms are better equipped

The people involved in a perfect organisation like a hotel are not easy enterprises. Finally I've really appreciated this hotel. Elder people are a warranty of a good stay, that's why I came here

The personnel is very kind and prompt even if sometimes doesn't understand the English language. The 5 stars hotel is a Turkish valuation, unfortunately not in line with the European standards

But, it's very appreciated all the efforts the personnel does to let the holiday be at the top. The beach is too busy and a bit dirty, nothing compared with the fabulous turkish beaches

This was a fabulous place to stay. The people working at the hotel were lovely. Nothing was too much for them. The food was good. It is close to the sea. Staff were very helpful. I would come again

I traveled immediately after the opening of the borders (after the pandemic). The hotel is located next to the sea. The staff is friendly and responsive

Beach is on the other side of sidewalk (it's 5m from exit and you can take drinks from hotel bar right from the sidewalk and go on the beach) and sunbeds are free

It's an amazing place to spend a family vacation! Lots of high quality food varieties are presented daily. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Each evening presents an entertaining show to complete your day too

Most of all I can’t stress how good the service is. One minor issue and I’m really clutching at straws is that the beds could be a little more comfortable. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again

The rooms are comfortable and clean with a decent size balcony and good air conditioning. Service is first class with very friendly staff and everyone is very welcoming

Made a bunch of acquaintances, Irfan, the salesperson who always goes around chatting people up, Ozgean, the photographer, Emre, the bartender who lokes to start his morning with a dive in the sea, the beautifull, chatty part time waitress Zeynep, the trip advisor and salesman just outside the hotel, Teo, who has an amazing life story as well

Hotel is very elegant , homely, loads of things available, comfortable rooms. I think the best thing ever is the food , so much tasty

Waking up to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze was a daily delight. Overall, I highly recommend The Elegance Hotel for anyone seeking relaxation and excellent hospitality in Marmaris

It would be nice if the baby pool had a roof as it is in the middle of the sun. I can also highly recommend the massage, I had severe back pain and it helped me a lot. All our wishes were fulfilled and we will come back

We noticed that the boss from outside, Ilias, has everything under control and everything is very well maintained and tidy. The chambermaid, Seher, is always friendly and does an excellent job and is always helpful

Absolutely stunning hotel, the food is great and so many different options even for the fussiest of eaters like myself. The staff can not do enough for you and are very polite, you barley have to lift a finger

The only issue I do have is then sun bed situation around the pool, even at 7 in a morning you was lucky to get a sunbed but on the plus side you did have the jetty and private area of the beach

entertainment at night is good. The 24 hour bar is great even if you just want a coffee

The waiters are all fantastic Enes, Lily & Salih made our holiday so much more fun , the service was amazing although we were told by other guests if you tip the staff at the start of your holiday they'll look after you better and I will say, you can see the difference, If you pay all Inclusive for a 5* you should be getting what you paid for however, if you don't tip your drinks will be weaker/off...

I already can't wait to go back! The hotel itself is clean and very well decorated and looked after, the rooms are really spacious, free mini bar topped up daily with soft drinks and a few beers, the staff are what make the hotel, they are all so lovely! The manager couldn't have done anything more to accommodate

Putting that aside this didn't hinder our experience, we still had the best holiday, the entertainment was amazing every night it's something different and just incredible! We ate at the fish Al a carte restaurant and it was a great experience, service and food was faultless

It was very nice Holliday,Aegean Sea,the water on the Aegean Sea was very warm and near Hotel,Swimmingpool was very good, the food was very great, rooms also, and Massage, Hammam was very good i enjoyed it very much

You could hire an electric vehicle to road around the place. Food is fabulous and offer variety of options in bread. The hotel has a doctor visit every day for consultation and host gym and Turkish bath as well

Firstly, the reception staff speak very little English and it is hard to get them to understand anything, the room is very basic with no tea or coffee facilities, this is very disappointing as that should be a minimum i think, the room is very clean though so overall I think it is OK, there are no fans in the outside bar areas which would be a good addition as it is very very hot, evening entertainment...

Best place to chose on your vacation. Close to marmaris center and icelmer is just 10 mins away. The hotel is just besides the water body, there’s water activity service near by

There is dinner service for late check ins with the menu including soup, salads, bread and butter till 1 am in the food court

Sun beds are available in the place and the pool towels can be replaced every Tuesday and Friday

The hotel is in a good location close to the beach, bars and shops and we never had any issue with noise from the lively bars nearby. There is a lovely canal behind the hotel and it's great at night when it is all lit up

Besides, who wants to party on bar street Marmaris. In my opinion, Sephora is not worse than located next to five-star hotels, but the cost is much lower. The hotel is recommendable for a relaxing family holiday

I went to this hotel back in June with my family and I must say I was extremely impressed with how kind and well mannered the staff is especially when you ask for help or something there really kind

Very nice view of the sea starting from the second floors. Extremely bad suites are ##109-509, these are corner located. We had very bad plumbing and very poor ventilation

The rooms were good ,cleaned regularly and new towels regularly. The only issue we found was the air-conditioning pumping out heat on the balcony but nothing major

We had small chats and giggles daily and we felt so welcome 😃 We stayed at the pool most days and the last shout out goes out to our special friends Mario ❤️ and Emir❤️What a great pair of lads who go the extra mile in there jobs! They were great with the children staying there ( and kept my husband child entertained all week 😃)polite, friendly , funny and tried to involve everyone

The rooms were not only impeccably clean and spacious, but also boasted breathtaking views of the azure sea embraced by majestic mountains and a sandy beach

Came home 20 Sept after 10 wonderful days at Marti. I am surprised at some of the reviews I found it to be set in a beautiful position by the sea

There was plenty of choice in food if you are willing to try new things… why only want typical English food when you are in Turkey

The pool area, gardens and private beach were well maintained and ideal to relax and soak up the sun. Reception staff were helpful, bar staff efficient and friendly

To be fair the entertainment wasn’t to my taste but other holiday makers enjoyed it

We said we would judge for yourselfs and we had small miner bits like not enough coat hangers and they were rectified immediately. The beach is great soft sand calm water sunbeds if you get there early enough

Manager provides excellent service and solves problems immediately. Spectrum of room quality varies but the upper tier ones are comfortable and have a great view. Would recommend for a calm, low-key vacation

Constructive feedback - to have some cocktails included in the all inclusive package, to have umbrellas for shade on the jetty area & finally just to hose down the path by the beach daily as there can be a few ants & mess from the ducks (we loved the ducks though)

The location was excellent for both swimming and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beaches. The staff were incredibly friendly, contributing to a fantastic experience overall

Hotel is situated on beautiful secluded grounds, staff are the friendliest & most hospitable people ever! Clean rooms (our cleaner (Talia) ensured our room was serviced everyday with fresh towels etc

600TL approx to Marmaris centre in a taxi or 300TL for the water taxi, nothing much nearby so it’s best to book the half board or all inclusive if option for food

The food is fresh & cooked to perfection with such a variety of options for all dietary requirements and the menu changes daily

The reason i hesitated to give it 5 stars was because of small issues we had, for example the bathroom door was mad out of frosted glass and not a solid door as we saw in the pictures or because of the bizarre cleaning schedule that would wake me up at around 5 AM because of the noise of the machine they were using to scrub the walk ways

Great location with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, several pubs and souvenir shops opposite, 30 minutes' walk to the center (or 5 minutes by local bus)

What we really enjoyed was the excellent and varied food, the open bar that you would be able to take a free drink ( alcoholic or nonalcoholic) up until midnight and the private beach

During the stay my experience was pleasant, the staff was helpful and kind and the room that I received was huge ( you could fit another family in there without any issues)

I was unsure between giving it 4 starts or 5 stars, in my mind it should be 4

We got one bottle as one of the bosses got myself but had to pay for my own after that very un onhappy we should have been told that some drinks were unavailable no excuse that they are closing down at end off month

Drinks sevice was excellent, especially the vast range of freshly made cocktails. Had a perfect stay, and my wife insists the Turkish pamper was well worth the money

Just stayed at the hotel for a week, food was good for a buffet all inclusive. Pool is a good size and plenty of sunbeds. Location is superb, close to the main pubs and only 60p to get into the harbour.

First solo trip and I was very anxious about it but everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Staff were very polite and if asked would always help. Rooms were neat and tidy, all the essentials needed

Went all inclusive - but as usual got boring after a few days. No evening entertainment, the hotel is very peaceful ( adults only) but as there is a bad opposite music can be heard

The food on the whole was lovely… breakfast was same every day but afternoon snacks always tasty. Great pool and sunbeds although a little tired, were pretty comfy

The location of this hotel is beautiful. But after 9:00pm expect loud music until midnight from the bars next door. Seaview rooms have truly beautiful view, and the best showers I've even seen.

It's a Motel not exactly a Resort per se. it's located in a very small town north of Downtown Marmaris. Finding parking can be difficult. The property itself is compact. Loud music throughout the street till 4am

Stayed here a few weeks ago for a week with my partner (young couple in their 20’s). The rooms are modern and clean, we had a sea view room which was excellent. The shower was amazing, a massive rainfall shower

Food is ok, not the greatest, but always something for everyone and always something on for dinner that I enjoyed. Snack bar was great, we had pizza everyday. Staff were excellent and very attentive

Had a good relationship with a few of them. Maybe give a little back to them and they’ll treat you better? Some of these bad reviewers sound proper miserable. Sebo helped book us on a boat trip

The variety of dishes could be increased, more meat could be used or they could be tastier. The desserts were very nice but I think the breakfast and main dishes should be reviewed

We have come when the season is at a close. The hotel itself has everything you need. Rooms are clean and got all the basic essentials, tv, hairdryer, mini fridge etc. Cleaner has the quickest and efficient service going

We liked the hotel so much! I highly recommend this Hotel for the sea front and private beach, overall a great location as not in the middle of a noisy centre town

You are a 50minute walk from the main area of marmaris, plenty to see and do. Most things were shut down when we arrived, which is to be expected when coming at the end of season. Overall lovely stay very peaceful

Went in the second week of November, the final week before it closed for the season. Food was above-average to good for Turkey, but odds are you'll be eating out anyway

Highly recommend getting a room with sea/pool view. Hotel has its own beach area with sunbeds
