Love this hotel great place fantastic staff always ready to help. had the added attraction of wild boars in the evening just down from hotel. Thankfully the locals are looking after the wildlife after the horrible fires

The booking was hassle-free and staff were communicative about the forrest fires prior to coming. The food was great and cannot complain about the drinks! We definitely got our money's worth!

Fantastic holiday we had. really enjoyed our stay. the staff went that extra mile to help with any problems. very clean and tidy. great entertainments. will be booking again .

It's nice hotel, rooms a little dated, will be nice a bit of decoration other than that good. Pool , sauna kids club are brilliant. Bars are OK, not all inclusive, the bar on second floor roof top are not included

Others are, local alcohol drinks included, like JD things like that you have to purchase. That's about it , overall good 👍 I think bar and food staff needs a bit training with language! Thanks and happy day's 😊

The food was good with a great selection for mains and desserts. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a shop on the bottom floor the guy in there is funny, chatty and friendly and very reasonable prices

The room was lovely with amazing views. Spacious and a lovely bathroom. Beds comfortable and good air con and safe in the room. Mini fridge that was toped up daily with water and soft drinks

Hotel is brilliant spotlessly clean! there Entertainment team are absolutely Amazing and totally make the holiday. Day time activities by the pool and evening shows are great

This was an amazing experience! The hotel and rooms as well as the beach are all very clean. The staff is just amazing - they are all very kind and fulfill their duties with so much love

And they have 2 tennis courts, when they don't even have a volleyball one. (plz switch 1 tennis court to a volleyball one). Besides that everything was perfect!

Only one thing was a bit frustrating, which is the sports' fields. The soccer field was very very far, it's outside the resort ever further than the highway

Whenever you're at the lobby ask for Miss Ceylan and when you're at the restaurant ask for Mister Ramazan- they looked after us so well!

Drinks are not served at the beach, and therefore, you can either carry some down from the hotel or pay a fiver for a bottle of beer from some very friendly Turkish men

The 4 pools were nice and had plenty of room, but beware of sunbed wars first thing in the mornings. The room was very basic and more akin to a premier inn

The food ( being English) was excellent Breakfast was the best of any hotels in Turkey that I have stayed at

We stayed here for 7 days, tip the staff and they can't do enough for you. Especially Emin, who treated us like royalty and made us feel special

The only issue is that you have to be down for no later than 7 to get a bed around the pool. Mainly because the sad idiots are out putting towels down at 3am. Overall an amazing place to stay

My partner and I had an amazing 10-day stay at this beautiful seafront hotel in Marmaris

Don’t get me wrong, there were a few servers who were genuinely great and attentive but the majority were extremely rude, passive and forgot basic jobs like putting down cutlery when we sat down, or even bringing us drinks - our drinks were forgotten about 3 times during our stay there and that was after we had to signal for someone to come over

Very good.

Manager provides excellent service and solves problems immediately. Spectrum of room quality varies but the upper tier ones are comfortable and have a great view. Would recommend for a calm, low-key vacation

Although our favourite pastime was spending time next to the ample sunbeds by the sea and pool, we also enjoined lovely hikes, movie nights on the beach and spa sessions

Constructive feedback - to have some cocktails included in the all inclusive package, to have umbrellas for shade on the jetty area & finally just to hose down the path by the beach daily as there can be a few ants & mess from the ducks (we loved the ducks though)

The location was excellent for both swimming and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beaches. The staff were incredibly friendly, contributing to a fantastic experience overall

Hotel is situated on beautiful secluded grounds, staff are the friendliest & most hospitable people ever! Clean rooms (our cleaner (Talia) ensured our room was serviced everyday with fresh towels etc

We noticed that the boss from outside, Ilias, has everything under control and everything is very well maintained and tidy. The chambermaid, Seher, is always friendly and does an excellent job and is always helpful

We were very satisfied again, it was the 3rd time we stayed at the hotel. We really like the improvements. The WiFi connection is much better than the last 2 years. There is now also a kettle with tea and coffee

The entertainment that Hakan organized was again very varied. On the last day there were problems with the transfer, which the reception immediately sorted out with a replacement vehicle

No matter what we had a request, it was dealt with immediately. We were there with our 4-month-old daughter and everyone was very impressed with her. The hotel is very family-friendly

Big bonus was the private section at the beach, always loads of umbrellas/loungers available with a fridge full of water right behind it

Just spent 7 days here with my girlfriend and we loved it. Hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing and so friendly. Food and drinks where really good with a great choice for breakfast lunch and dinner

Yet they were so kind and found a solution for us, made room at the hotel and let us use every part of the hotel. Ömer at the reception is really a good person and he takes care of all of his guest

The service on this hotel is unmatched. Our booking agency, managed to book us in to a different hotel then elite world. So we did not have a room at elite world

Had a good relationship with a few of them. Maybe give a little back to them and they’ll treat you better? Some of these bad reviewers sound proper miserable. Sebo helped book us on a boat trip

It was my first time stay and experience at Orka Lotus Beach. from beginning to end the staff members are at your service to answer any questions and assist you with anything during your entire stay

We choose this as our hotel and destination for honeymoon. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 6am. We got to hotel super early and we didn’t wanna wait

One even saved my nephew from drowning 🥺😘If I could rate this location over 5 stars I would immediately and I look forward to being back in Marmaris very soon

The range of drinks were great and you could even stay on the beach with unlimited drinks at the beach bar

We had a great time at the TUI Blue Grand Azur. My partner and I found everything about the hotel to be immaculate, the staff were super friendly and everything is within walking distance

You get what you paid for for all inclusive. A lot of options for food and drinks (non-alcoholic as we don’t drink). Also love that they have activities throughout the day

The food on offer was tremendous, from the buffet-style food to the a la carte menu. The food on offer was varied, with something new to try every day

Personally I loved the meditation classes and stretch classes in the morning with Ceren. Such a lovely lady and a really nice way to start the day

When we arrived for the welcome meeting we were greeted by queue of moaning people and thought this doesn't look good

Lovely location, right on beach. Staff in restaurant and pool bar area are always chatting up single females. Not enough sunbeds around pool area. I would not class this has 4 star hotel, I have had better 3 star

On returning to the room to make a much needed coffee after hours of travel we found the refreshment area very strange the only usable socket for the kettle was on the floor not at the refreshment area also no cups in the room good job we bring our own

The pool area is nice and relaxed no sunbed wars also they have a beach area

A beautiful little hotel with so much to offer! In the perfect location with polite staff and lots of food to eat! The entertainment is incredible for such a small hotel; Jack brings life and soul to the hotel and gets everyone involved! Would deffo come back just for Jack alone

From 14 to 21 there is a bar with ice cream and cookies. The staff is friendly and tries their best to please guests. Cleaning every day, towels changed every day, they may forget to add gel and shampoo

It’s not a 4 star hotel it’s a bit shabby but all the staff are really nice and work really hard to keep the place running smoothly. Close to the beach and the food is pretty good for a buffet.

I have stayed 3 nights in here. Modern good quality roms, good enough food and drinks, nice beach and a pier with lots of comfy sunbeds and big umbrellas. Indoor and outdoor sitting areas are also well designed

Such a great place would give more stars if I could. The staff are so amazing and will do anything for you. The food is spot on so are the rooms. The 5 steps you have to take to get to the beach can be a bit much tho 🤣🤣.

Great friendly staff, very clean hotel, private beach and pool area. Shop, spa, barbers and hair dressers all in the hotel. Great area with lots local and bus stop outside to get in and out of the centres

Wow! We had never been to Turkey and Marmaris is fab. This hotel is split into two and I would recommend the Emre Beach with a sea view. We went as a couple yet would take out children happily

I would definitely stay at this hotel again, so very clean throughout, waiters are excellent, they engage with there customers , staff are so helpful and polite, the food is amazing , hats off to the chefs, we were all inclusive and normally go out in the evening for food, but we had no need to , the food was amazing and so many choices

There are many shops nearby which we didn't really go to but we saw many people did. Marmaris city centre is about 3. 5km walking distance away and has a lovely castle and museum I recommend visiting

They work hard all day long to serve you and to make your holiday the best they can make it. The food was excellent so much to choose from almost to the point of not knowing what to have 1st

There was a great variety with the food, and different meals every day as well as themed meals from different countries! There were also so many activities and evening entertainment each night

There were usually sunbeds available by the pool or beach which was good too. In terms of rooms we stayed in the Emre Annex hotel across the road and the rooms were great and cleaned by the lovely maids beautifully

A big plus for me was the beach, there are sun loungers, umbrellas, the beach is clean, you can see that they are well cleaned

The soup was every day delicious! Pool at hotel super cold as it only gets few hours of sun. Hotel has it's own private beach with very comfortable sofas, only 2 min walk from hotel

At first, I did not like that the elevator was located between floors and the stroller had to be left downstairs in the hall, but then it turned out that it was very convenient

Yve got to be up early to put towels on sunbeds. Lager comes in small glass/plastic beaker. The spirits are like drinking razor blades. They only do about 5 cocktails that are very basic. Strange breakfast concoctions

Absolutely love this hotel, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful, it's very clean and family friendly, the beach is a stones throw away and also all of the activities you wish to do

I would not say this is a 4 star hotel 3 star at most ,no night time entertainment, rooms really need a touch up and the food is not that good,it is really close to the beach so that's a plus ,but there is better hotels around it

The waitresses work tirelessly to ensure you’re looked after. The chef is always topping food up & the manager of the restaurant runs it well. Food is available throughout the day. Excellent bar staff who work long days

Hotel works really well with tour operators to provide smooth shuttles / transfers to / from airport. Honestly, it was a brilliant experience & I’m already missing the place - I cannot recommend it enough

The beach however was only a minutes walk away where there a plenty of bars with sun loungers to enjoy

Hair all over the shower tiles, splash marks all over bathroom mirror and a toilet roll with quarter of a roll left. Towels also had stains on them

Cleaners came to clean the room about 5 times during our stay and didn’t do a good job at all, as hair remained on the tiles and smears all over the mirrors

Bedroom blanket felt like a damp towel, not comfortable at all. Room also had a really bad drain smell that wouldn’t disappear

On the territory of the hotel itself, everything is very stylish and modern, the rooms are in excellent repair! Cleaning was done daily, towels changed every day too. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming

Would be perfect if there were enough sunbeds for everyone. The fact there were so few, meant having to leave the hotel area or sitting at a table and chairs which wasn't ideal

Gym facilities were good and open at reasonable hours so that I could get my pump on in the morning. Wasn’t great though that we were not provided with free water and that it was only for the “all-inclusive” patrons

We did stay out in the evenings but I was able to lay in bed napping till mid day without any problems We both had an amazing time, the hotel itself does look and feel luxurious

We did try some off menu items that were very good too You can be laying on the beach thats yards from the restaurant area and the amazing staff will come take drink orders and bring them too you

Breakfast was nice and different every day: eggplants, pepper, eggs, sausages (good and tasty), potatoes, water melon, a lot of vegetables , cheese. The bed was white and clean with firm mattress and cosy pillow

On the ground flour there is a bar, very loud till 2 am, but it’s not the blame of a hotel. If you want silence you should choose another location of your vacation

Clean, new, good water power in the bathroom. Amazing view, we lived on 5th flour, 501 room

We haven't stayed in the hotel but downstairs is one of the best Chinese we have every had. Friendly staff, very polite and welcoming. Recommend 100%
