The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. The beach was fantastic, clean, vast and perfect for relaxing or strolling

The hotel is good and many opportunities fot food and drinks. Amazing entertainment and great team around the pool all day. Very colorful parties and very entertaining live music and karaoke evenings around

The city itself is very alive and the hotel takes place in the very alive location in the city. But I felt really disappointed and out of place during my stay at this hotel sometimes

The beach is either public, or diamond. Territory, bars and restaurants diamond can not be used. Standard rooms in the main building have ensuite bathrooms

Love this hotel great place fantastic staff always ready to help. had the added attraction of wild boars in the evening just down from hotel. Thankfully the locals are looking after the wildlife after the horrible fires

It's nice hotel, rooms a little dated, will be nice a bit of decoration other than that good. Pool , sauna kids club are brilliant. Bars are OK, not all inclusive, the bar on second floor roof top are not included

The booking was hassle-free and staff were communicative about the forrest fires prior to coming. The food was great and cannot complain about the drinks! We definitely got our money's worth!

This is perhaps not like a 5* hotel in the UK. But then it's much cheaper than that. Food was nice, rooms are clean, kids had a fantastic time in the pool and loved the kids club. One star off for the reception staff

Towels and toiletries not changed, or if towels changed she never left sufficient replacement, so they had to be requested. Again readily resolved when asked

But we never really had trouble getting a sun lounger. The hotel collects towels and other items used to reserve beds if they are left our before 8am. I quite like this idea and every hotel should do this

Local bars around the corner, and a bus into town that returns at 3am if that is your thing. Food is a bit limited and not overly catered for western european diet. So if you are fussy on food, you may not like it

Recommendation to hotel is spot check the cleaners to ensure they are doing a good job. Overall, the room was fine and it was the cleaning that let it down. The resort is quite nicely set up, although quite small

The room itself did have some issues, safe not working, phone not working, curtain not hanging properly. When reported, they were fixed within 30 minutes. The cleaning of the room could definitely be improved

The entertainment staff are quite good, but as there are only a few of them they do have their work cut out. They do have daily activities, kids disco, bingo and different entertainment each night

This was an amazing experience! The hotel and rooms as well as the beach are all very clean. The staff is just amazing - they are all very kind and fulfill their duties with so much love

But in fact, everything is very close, the road is very comfortable along the promenade along the sea coast with excellent views and a lot of interesting things 🙂 The hotel itself is located in a pine forest with a gorgeous view of the sea 🥰 The coniferous aroma here is simply amazing🥰 Nearby is: a dolphinarium, a station with all kinds of water entertainment (it’s right on the hotel’s beach), a water...

And they have 2 tennis courts, when they don't even have a volleyball one. (plz switch 1 tennis court to a volleyball one). Besides that everything was perfect!

Only one thing was a bit frustrating, which is the sports' fields. The soccer field was very very far, it's outside the resort ever further than the highway

The staff is very friendly and they never stop smiling. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing. They help you out whenever needed and even beyond

Whenever you're at the lobby ask for Miss Ceylan and when you're at the restaurant ask for Mister Ramazan- they looked after us so well!

Food was great so much to eat and it changed everyday. With four pools and a private beach area you always could find a sun bed

I am leaving this 5 stars review for the friendly environment and one chef who specifically stays front of the dining area, She adores my son so much and I loved that. My son liked her very much, she is the cutest

our lady was fantastic thank you for looking after us. Spent a lot of time at the relax pool. Alex the bar man was the best kept the place pours a good beer. Food was excellent good choice every day

I've never been all-inclusive, but I didn't think it was my kind of holiday But blue bay, you have converted me. We stayed in apartment 3404, rooms clean and spacious beds really comfy Housekeeping

There is a pontoon pier and long beach section that is private to the hotel. We found this perfect to sit some evenings just listening to the sea. Evening entertainment was also very good

Like paradies...but ADULTS beach should have a bigge sign (sorry kiddos) and the Veggie food can be improved! Other than that great stay

It took some time to find our way around as it has so many nooks and crannies where you can sit and have a drink. Water sports are available right near the pontoon, and you can hire jet skis windsurfers etc

This is a wonderful hotel set in a beautiful backdrop of pine trees. The views over the bay are stunning. We spent a week here in early May and the sea is at a reasonable temperature to swim in

brilliant experience! There are also several shops in the hotel which offer sun cream, clothes, flip flops, and souvenirs. We bought our souvenirs here and the prices are very very good

Perfect peaceful location, beautiful setting, well kept blue flag beach pools around the hotel lovely. Good children's facilities Everything you need for a memorable holiday. Will definitely be returning.

Stayed here with my family for a week mid November and really enjoyed it. Staff really friendly and helpful. Our rooms were really nice, cleaning staff did a great job leaving plenty of fresh towels every day,plus water

Beach close by and lots of seating if people didn’t reserve with towels (so annoying!) lots of food selections including for kids, each night has a different theme for the freshly cooked food

First time here an it’s wowed us, we’re struggling to find another hotel in other country’s that we will like as much as here!! Such a fabulous place! Safe for kids and families , children are safe to roam the resort, 24 hour bar , kids can get drinks an food Amy time, at nighttime they have sandwiches an soup which is amazing when checking in or out late at night! Cannot recommend this place highly...

Love the Turkish people 🇹🇷 And my family are in love with this place ! 10/10 for everything! Also when we left the hotel to do excursions the security checked the details of drivers etc and made sure we were safe with who we were leaving with ❤️ Felt like a celebrity here they make you feel so well looked after !! Beach is on the other side of sidewalk (it's 5m from exit and you can take drinks from hotel bar right from the sidewalk and go on the beach) and sunbeds are free

Most of all I can’t stress how good the service is. One minor issue and I’m really clutching at straws is that the beds could be a little more comfortable. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again

The rooms are comfortable and clean with a decent size balcony and good air conditioning. Service is first class with very friendly staff and everyone is very welcoming

we always had to go to the beach as this was the only place you could find a sunbed which isn’t something so bad but sometimes we wanted to be by the pool but we didn’t get a chance, We would come down at 8:30 and there was no sunbeds left, I think the hotel should manage this better and fairer so guests can actually enjoy the pool and have a sunbed rather than seeing beds reserved with towels all...

The rooms are clean and the hotel is very clean too! The only downside (maybe not for everyone) if your not up early enough you will struggle to get a sunbed by the pool, by 8am the beds are full of towels but no one is sitting there and some days when we managed to get a bed there was towels left on the sun beds and they wasn’t claimed for hours or sometimes the whole day

Just finished an all inclusive week break for Easter holidays. The weather was absolutely bliss. Staff were always lovely, especially Hillia on the towels, coffee shop lady and bar guys, always smiling and ready to help

This pool area also held lunch which was nice to have a few days (burgers, chips, pasta etc). The bars were nice but didn't have much options when it came to cocktails as they only has Sex on the Beach and Pina Colada

I am very pleased with this small and cozy hotel! great service! I’ll give it 5 stars, but I wanted the dessert table in the kitchen to be more varied, I didn’t like it at all! I hope you’ll work on this issue! I want to especially thank the guys who entertained us with games of darts and volleyball, Alyina and Hamdi! It would be nice if the baby pool had a roof as it is in the middle of the sun. I can also highly recommend the massage, I had severe back pain and it helped me a lot. All our wishes were fulfilled and we will come back

We noticed that the boss from outside, Ilias, has everything under control and everything is very well maintained and tidy. The chambermaid, Seher, is always friendly and does an excellent job and is always helpful

The only issue I do have is then sun bed situation around the pool, even at 7 in a morning you was lucky to get a sunbed but on the plus side you did have the jetty and private area of the beach

Absolutely stunning hotel, the food is great and so many different options even for the fussiest of eaters like myself. The staff can not do enough for you and are very polite, you barley have to lift a finger

entertainment at night is good. The 24 hour bar is great even if you just want a coffee

The waiters are all fantastic Enes, Lily & Salih made our holiday so much more fun , the service was amazing although we were told by other guests if you tip the staff at the start of your holiday they'll look after you better and I will say, you can see the difference, If you pay all Inclusive for a 5* you should be getting what you paid for however, if you don't tip your drinks will be weaker/off...

I already can't wait to go back! The hotel itself is clean and very well decorated and looked after, the rooms are really spacious, free mini bar topped up daily with soft drinks and a few beers, the staff are what make the hotel, they are all so lovely! The manager couldn't have done anything more to accommodate

Putting that aside this didn't hinder our experience, we still had the best holiday, the entertainment was amazing every night it's something different and just incredible! We ate at the fish Al a carte restaurant and it was a great experience, service and food was faultless

Sun beds are available in the place and the pool towels can be replaced every Tuesday and Friday

Firstly, the reception staff speak very little English and it is hard to get them to understand anything, the room is very basic with no tea or coffee facilities, this is very disappointing as that should be a minimum i think, the room is very clean though so overall I think it is OK, there are no fans in the outside bar areas which would be a good addition as it is very very hot, evening entertainment...

There is no sandy beach, but rather a beautiful, spacious paved area running the length of the resort with sunbeds and sunshades, and a wooden jetty with unprotected sunbeds for the brave! The hotel itself is beautifully constructed with carved wooden ceilings, covered terraces and spaces for outdoor dining and lounge areas - and a pool area

It was very nice Holliday,Aegean Sea,the water on the Aegean Sea was very warm and near Hotel,Swimmingpool was very good, the food was very great, rooms also, and Massage, Hammam was very good i enjoyed it very much

The hotel is in a good location close to the beach, bars and shops and we never had any issue with noise from the lively bars nearby. There is a lovely canal behind the hotel and it's great at night when it is all lit up

The rooms were good ,cleaned regularly and new towels regularly. The only issue we found was the air-conditioning pumping out heat on the balcony but nothing major

Besides, who wants to party on bar street Marmaris. In my opinion, Sephora is not worse than located next to five-star hotels, but the cost is much lower. The hotel is recommendable for a relaxing family holiday

I went to this hotel back in June with my family and I must say I was extremely impressed with how kind and well mannered the staff is especially when you ask for help or something there really kind

We had small chats and giggles daily and we felt so welcome 😃 We stayed at the pool most days and the last shout out goes out to our special friends Mario ❤️ and Emir❤️What a great pair of lads who go the extra mile in there jobs! They were great with the children staying there ( and kept my husband child entertained all week 😃)polite, friendly , funny and tried to involve everyone

( quite rude) this obviously isn't a fault of the hotel, just that some nationalities have no manners! I have saved the best bit untill last! The staff! They were all so lovely! Hard working, friendly, polite and nothing too much trouble

The pool area and pool staff were great although we never had sunbeds poolside for the whole duration!! This is disgusting

Location was great, supermarket nearby and a short walk to the main stretch of shops, bars, restaurants and beach! Evening entertainment was based for younger children so if you're a couple or have older children this place is probably not for you

Absolutely great place to stay. Selection of food is unbelievable even though a little cold but there is a microwave at hand. Staff are mostly polite and obliging. We would have no problems staying here again

Rooms were good sizes and very well maintained. Staff throughout were helpful and efficient. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the food on offer was very good (in Particular the desserts)

We figured it must be the staff cleaning or re-arranging the furniture, but due to zero soundproofing they may aswell of been in our room. We didn't get one good night sleep

We are now in oktober and the staff are maybe getting tired. Not much smiling and service is just alright at best. Animation team are really not that good but the animation team last year was brilliant

Constructive feedback - to have some cocktails included in the all inclusive package, to have umbrellas for shade on the jetty area & finally just to hose down the path by the beach daily as there can be a few ants & mess from the ducks (we loved the ducks though)

Hotel is situated on beautiful secluded grounds, staff are the friendliest & most hospitable people ever! Clean rooms (our cleaner (Talia) ensured our room was serviced everyday with fresh towels etc

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, blue and green in one. The barkeepers (especially Furkan Bey) made amazing drinks. The best we’ve ever had!! The hotel is super clean and stylish

Reserving sunbeds is a failure, it is true that there is a private beach, but if you come after breakfast, no sunbed is free, that is, he is "reserved" with a towel, and for many hours there is no one there, the same is true at the pool, although the hotel asks guests not to reserve sunbeds before 8 a

The reason i hesitated to give it 5 stars was because of small issues we had, for example the bathroom door was mad out of frosted glass and not a solid door as we saw in the pictures or because of the bizarre cleaning schedule that would wake me up at around 5 AM because of the noise of the machine they were using to scrub the walk ways

What we really enjoyed was the excellent and varied food, the open bar that you would be able to take a free drink ( alcoholic or nonalcoholic) up until midnight and the private beach

There is also a hotel restaurant by the beach, I didn't have the opportunity to try the food there, but I heard it was good. The rooms were clean, cleaned every day by very nice cleaning ladies

Beach was very small and questionably clean. Staff doesnt speak English fluently. Despite all these things, i have to give the staff credit. They went above and beyond to accommodate vegetarian options

Stayed here a few weeks ago for a week with my partner (young couple in their 20’s). The rooms are modern and clean, we had a sea view room which was excellent. The shower was amazing, a massive rainfall shower

Only 2 minutes away from the beach and 45 minutes walk to the Marmaris centre that is really worth visiting with charming little alleys, beautiful castle and beautiful views. The hotel itself is nice and clean

The rooms are being tidied everyday and the cleaning ladies are very nice. So delicious as well! All the salads and fried / oven baked vegetables! So yummy! All of the staff are super friendly

Exceeded our expectations with the food. Having stayed at other hotels near end of season the food is usually poor as hotels are using up what they have in store before closing for the winter

Arrived home from 6 days stay at this hotel, feeling relaxed. The hotel was very quiet as it's the end of season, perfect location directly on the beach and near bars/ restaurants and shops

The only thing I would say for this team overall is to treat all customers the same. If you want to have a chat with a guest because you have already, then great but have those chats with all your customers

There was a young female waitress in the restaurant who is particularly observant and treated all her guests with the same high standard of care. This young lady will go far in hospitality given the chance

Myself and my partner thought the choice and quality was quite impressive for an all inclusive point of view and we have eaten in many places. Staff are all very accommodating, polite and attentive

Whenever we ate any "finger foods," this waitress always noticed and provided wet wipes. Not a single other waiter paid this level of attention, all be it they were still all lovely
