If you are looking for a beach holiday, this hotel delivers on that. The food was another big plus. Every meal was delicious, with plenty of choice for every taste

This hotel had some incredible features, but also a few drawbacks. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the ocean every morning was a dream

Overall, this hotel offers stunning views, a great beach and fantastic food, but the older rooms and long distance from the airport may be something to consider before booking

The hotel is good and many opportunities fot food and drinks. Amazing entertainment and great team around the pool all day. Very colorful parties and very entertaining live music and karaoke evenings around

The city itself is very alive and the hotel takes place in the very alive location in the city. But I felt really disappointed and out of place during my stay at this hotel sometimes

It seemed like they only catered to Russian and British guests, and everyone else was somewhat overlooked

There's nothing that I wouldn't have liked. The only negative - the transfer from the hotel to the sea and back

Love this hotel great place fantastic staff always ready to help. had the added attraction of wild boars in the evening just down from hotel. Thankfully the locals are looking after the wildlife after the horrible fires

It's nice hotel, rooms a little dated, will be nice a bit of decoration other than that good. Pool , sauna kids club are brilliant. Bars are OK, not all inclusive, the bar on second floor roof top are not included

The beach is either public, or diamond. Territory, bars and restaurants diamond can not be used. Standard rooms in the main building have ensuite bathrooms

Others are, local alcohol drinks included, like JD things like that you have to purchase. That's about it , overall good 👍 I think bar and food staff needs a bit training with language! Thanks and happy day's 😊

This is perhaps not like a 5* hotel in the UK. But then it's much cheaper than that. Food was nice, rooms are clean, kids had a fantastic time in the pool and loved the kids club. One star off for the reception staff

This was an amazing experience! The hotel and rooms as well as the beach are all very clean. The staff is just amazing - they are all very kind and fulfill their duties with so much love

And they have 2 tennis courts, when they don't even have a volleyball one. (plz switch 1 tennis court to a volleyball one). Besides that everything was perfect!

Only one thing was a bit frustrating, which is the sports' fields. The soccer field was very very far, it's outside the resort ever further than the highway

The staff is very friendly and they never stop smiling. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing. They help you out whenever needed and even beyond

We returned with great emotions, as we really liked the rest in this hotel. The staff is friendly and conscientious, always ready to help

Whenever you're at the lobby ask for Miss Ceylan and when you're at the restaurant ask for Mister Ramazan- they looked after us so well!

This hotel is immaculate! The staff were all amazing especially okcan in the restaurant and bulent from the spa who always went out of his way to have a chat, plenty of choice for food even for the fussy eaters, one of the best all inclusive hotels I've ever stayed in , and location is perfect for the beach, shops, and plenty of other restaurants if you'd like to eat out, and the spa at the hotel is...

I was on the hotel for 7 days! I like the yard, it has bars, a lot of pools! For five stars hotel It has minuses! The rooms are very small for 3 people

our lady was fantastic thank you for looking after us. Spent a lot of time at the relax pool. Alex the bar man was the best kept the place pours a good beer. Food was excellent good choice every day

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in! Stunning rooms, gorgeous pool, cleanliness was spot on, food was yummy and the STAFF?? I am leaving this 5 stars review for the friendly environment and one chef who specifically stays front of the dining area, She adores my son so much and I loved that. My son liked her very much, she is the cutest

I've never been all-inclusive, but I didn't think it was my kind of holiday But blue bay, you have converted me. We stayed in apartment 3404, rooms clean and spacious beds really comfy Housekeeping

This is a wonderful hotel set in a beautiful backdrop of pine trees. The views over the bay are stunning. We spent a week here in early May and the sea is at a reasonable temperature to swim in

Places on the beach and on the pier will be enough for everyone, even in the season. Eating a lot of different, great views of the Bay from the dining room. The staff is always normal and English speaking

Like paradies...but ADULTS beach should have a bigge sign (sorry kiddos) and the Veggie food can be improved! Other than that great stay

Brilliant older hotel, great friendly helpful staff, relaxed environment, clean spacious rooms, wide variety of good food freshly cooked catering for all tastes just go with open mind and try something new you will be surprised as we were and enjoyed every holiday at this hotel

There is a pontoon pier and long beach section that is private to the hotel. We found this perfect to sit some evenings just listening to the sea. Evening entertainment was also very good

There are two outside pools and we were always able to find a sun lounger in either full sun, shade or dappled shade from the trees

Food was lovely with plenty of choice. Food Court in grounds was fantastic with great food, plus ice cream place next to it

Beach close by and lots of seating if people didn’t reserve with towels (so annoying!) lots of food selections including for kids, each night has a different theme for the freshly cooked food

We had an amazing holiday here. So much choice! I lived off the Turkish meze. The swimming pools were very cold so we ended up swimming in the sea as that was much warmer

Has everything you need for an all inclusive. The pools were a little cold (end of September)

First time here an it’s wowed us, we’re struggling to find another hotel in other country’s that we will like as much as here!! Such a fabulous place! Safe for kids and families , children are safe to roam the resort, 24 hour bar , kids can get drinks an food Amy time, at nighttime they have sandwiches an soup which is amazing when checking in or out late at night! Cannot recommend this place highly...

Love the Turkish people 🇹🇷 And my family are in love with this place ! 10/10 for everything! Also when we left the hotel to do excursions the security checked the details of drivers etc and made sure we were safe with who we were leaving with ❤️ Felt like a celebrity here they make you feel so well looked after !! The position is very strategic, and this is the point up because it's situated among the beach front alley and the main streets full of pubs, garment stores, and jewellery shops

Had a wonderful holiday here. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Food and drink were plentiful and with a good variety. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully we will return one day

But, it's very appreciated all the efforts the personnel does to let the holiday be at the top. The beach is too busy and a bit dirty, nothing compared with the fabulous turkish beaches

The gym, however, was a disappointment, I like to workout, but I didn't go there for that, but it was very much a token gym so they could have a tick in the box. People's home gyms are better equipped

The personnel is very kind and prompt even if sometimes doesn't understand the English language. The 5 stars hotel is a Turkish valuation, unfortunately not in line with the European standards

Had a massage and traditional Turkish bath, which was great! Recommended staying there

This was a fabulous place to stay. The people working at the hotel were lovely. Nothing was too much for them. The food was good. It is close to the sea. Staff were very helpful. I would come again

Beach is on the other side of sidewalk (it's 5m from exit and you can take drinks from hotel bar right from the sidewalk and go on the beach) and sunbeds are free

We really enjoyed spending time at the pool area and got to enjoy some excellent evening entertainment. I had an issue with a flight cancellation and the staff tried their best to help me

Very good food, all the time you have something to eat, drink. Great and nice personel, helpful and doing great job. Everything was cleaned quickly and smoothly

Great views are to be had from the seating areas around the hotel with a great view of the sea. There's a gym , sauna and steam room. t The private beach area is great to Overall a really good hotel

It's an amazing place to spend a family vacation! Lots of high quality food varieties are presented daily. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Each evening presents an entertaining show to complete your day too

Most of all I can’t stress how good the service is. One minor issue and I’m really clutching at straws is that the beds could be a little more comfortable. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again

The rooms are comfortable and clean with a decent size balcony and good air conditioning. Service is first class with very friendly staff and everyone is very welcoming

Location is very good and everything is on your doorstep. The food and drinks selection here is first class , it's varied, well presented and tasty. The pool areas are good and the water is warm

It would be nice if the baby pool had a roof as it is in the middle of the sun. I can also highly recommend the massage, I had severe back pain and it helped me a lot. All our wishes were fulfilled and we will come back

I am very pleased with this small and cozy hotel! great service! I’ll give it 5 stars, but I wanted the dessert table in the kitchen to be more varied, I didn’t like it at all! I hope you’ll work on this issue! I want to especially thank the guys who entertained us with games of darts and volleyball, Alyina and Hamdi! We noticed that the boss from outside, Ilias, has everything under control and everything is very well maintained and tidy. The chambermaid, Seher, is always friendly and does an excellent job and is always helpful

We were very satisfied again, it was the 3rd time we stayed at the hotel. We really like the improvements. The WiFi connection is much better than the last 2 years. There is now also a kettle with tea and coffee

The only issue I do have is then sun bed situation around the pool, even at 7 in a morning you was lucky to get a sunbed but on the plus side you did have the jetty and private area of the beach

The only issue is that you have to be down for no later than 7 to get a bed around the pool. Mainly because the sad idiots are out putting towels down at 3am. Overall an amazing place to stay

Absolutely stunning hotel, the food is great and so many different options even for the fussiest of eaters like myself. The staff can not do enough for you and are very polite, you barley have to lift a finger

We stayed here for 7 days, tip the staff and they can't do enough for you. Especially Emin, who treated us like royalty and made us feel special

entertainment at night is good. The 24 hour bar is great even if you just want a coffee

The waiters are all fantastic Enes, Lily & Salih made our holiday so much more fun , the service was amazing although we were told by other guests if you tip the staff at the start of your holiday they'll look after you better and I will say, you can see the difference, If you pay all Inclusive for a 5* you should be getting what you paid for however, if you don't tip your drinks will be weaker/off...

It was very nice Holliday,Aegean Sea,the water on the Aegean Sea was very warm and near Hotel,Swimmingpool was very good, the food was very great, rooms also, and Massage, Hammam was very good i enjoyed it very much

There is no sandy beach, but rather a beautiful, spacious paved area running the length of the resort with sunbeds and sunshades, and a wooden jetty with unprotected sunbeds for the brave! The hotel itself is beautifully constructed with carved wooden ceilings, covered terraces and spaces for outdoor dining and lounge areas - and a pool area

Sun beds are available in the place and the pool towels can be replaced every Tuesday and Friday

Firstly, the reception staff speak very little English and it is hard to get them to understand anything, the room is very basic with no tea or coffee facilities, this is very disappointing as that should be a minimum i think, the room is very clean though so overall I think it is OK, there are no fans in the outside bar areas which would be a good addition as it is very very hot, evening entertainment...

The hotel is in a good location close to the beach, bars and shops and we never had any issue with noise from the lively bars nearby. There is a lovely canal behind the hotel and it's great at night when it is all lit up

Besides, who wants to party on bar street Marmaris. In my opinion, Sephora is not worse than located next to five-star hotels, but the cost is much lower. The hotel is recommendable for a relaxing family holiday

I went to this hotel back in June with my family and I must say I was extremely impressed with how kind and well mannered the staff is especially when you ask for help or something there really kind

We had small chats and giggles daily and we felt so welcome 😃 We stayed at the pool most days and the last shout out goes out to our special friends Mario ❤️ and Emir❤️What a great pair of lads who go the extra mile in there jobs! They were great with the children staying there ( and kept my husband child entertained all week 😃)polite, friendly , funny and tried to involve everyone

( quite rude) this obviously isn't a fault of the hotel, just that some nationalities have no manners! I have saved the best bit untill last! The staff! They were all so lovely! Hard working, friendly, polite and nothing too much trouble

The only issue we found was that ( we are very laid back) some other guests were in such a hurry to get food they often barged in front of us

The pool area, gardens and private beach were well maintained and ideal to relax and soak up the sun. Reception staff were helpful, bar staff efficient and friendly

To be fair the entertainment wasn’t to my taste but other holiday makers enjoyed it

On returning to the room to make a much needed coffee after hours of travel we found the refreshment area very strange the only usable socket for the kettle was on the floor not at the refreshment area also no cups in the room good job we bring our own

Note to self bring a spoon next time as little wood stirrers where all that where available. The entertainment was not the best or last very long each evening but we made our own with lovely people we met on the resort

The snack bar if your vegetarian is a no go, on our 1st day the menu showed pizza burgers waffles etc you could only have a meat based meal the pizza & waffles where unavailable all week

cold water is not available around the resort in fridges as we have been used to in previous holidays you have to ask if not on the bat points

Apparently if you pay off the the lead pool guy he can reserve some beds but he was hardly around. We will not be back because of this

Location was great, supermarket nearby and a short walk to the main stretch of shops, bars, restaurants and beach! Evening entertainment was based for younger children so if you're a couple or have older children this place is probably not for you

Absolutely great place to stay. Selection of food is unbelievable even though a little cold but there is a microwave at hand. Staff are mostly polite and obliging. We would have no problems staying here again

The pool area and pool staff were great although we never had sunbeds poolside for the whole duration!! This is disgusting

We figured it must be the staff cleaning or re-arranging the furniture, but due to zero soundproofing they may aswell of been in our room. We didn't get one good night sleep

Reserving sunbeds is a failure, it is true that there is a private beach, but if you come after breakfast, no sunbed is free, that is, he is "reserved" with a towel, and for many hours there is no one there, the same is true at the pool, although the hotel asks guests not to reserve sunbeds before 8 a

The reason i hesitated to give it 5 stars was because of small issues we had, for example the bathroom door was mad out of frosted glass and not a solid door as we saw in the pictures or because of the bizarre cleaning schedule that would wake me up at around 5 AM because of the noise of the machine they were using to scrub the walk ways

What we really enjoyed was the excellent and varied food, the open bar that you would be able to take a free drink ( alcoholic or nonalcoholic) up until midnight and the private beach

Great location with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, several pubs and souvenir shops opposite, 30 minutes' walk to the center (or 5 minutes by local bus)

During the stay my experience was pleasant, the staff was helpful and kind and the room that I received was huge ( you could fit another family in there without any issues)

I was unsure between giving it 4 starts or 5 stars, in my mind it should be 4

Just stayed at the hotel for a week, food was good for a buffet all inclusive. Pool is a good size and plenty of sunbeds. Location is superb, close to the main pubs and only 60p to get into the harbour.

The food on the whole was lovely… breakfast was same every day but afternoon snacks always tasty. Great pool and sunbeds although a little tired, were pretty comfy

First solo trip and I was very anxious about it but everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Staff were very polite and if asked would always help. Rooms were neat and tidy, all the essentials needed

Went all inclusive - but as usual got boring after a few days. No evening entertainment, the hotel is very peaceful ( adults only) but as there is a bad opposite music can be heard

Stayed here a few weeks ago for a week with my partner (young couple in their 20’s). The rooms are modern and clean, we had a sea view room which was excellent. The shower was amazing, a massive rainfall shower

Big bonus was the private section at the beach, always loads of umbrellas/loungers available with a fridge full of water right behind it

Beach was very small and questionably clean. Staff doesnt speak English fluently. Despite all these things, i have to give the staff credit. They went above and beyond to accommodate vegetarian options

The location of this hotel is beautiful. But after 9:00pm expect loud music until midnight from the bars next door. Seaview rooms have truly beautiful view, and the best showers I've even seen.

Food is ok, not the greatest, but always something for everyone and always something on for dinner that I enjoyed. Snack bar was great, we had pizza everyday. Staff were excellent and very attentive
