Did an all-inclusive 7 night stay. Rooms were decent. The air conditioning wasn't great but when I complained they offered to move me rooms so couldn't ask for more. Service and friendliness is impeccable! They couldn't do more for you. The food was decent, and the bar staff always sorted me out decent strength drinks. The gym, however, was a disappointment, I like to workout, but I didn't go there...

The best choice for Içmeler. The personnel is very kind and prompt even if sometimes doesn't understand the English language. Hotel Aqua is a very strong four in my opinion, although it seems a bit dated. It's very clean. A nice and clean hotel close to the sea. I was a little worried when I made the reservation, but when I was satisfied, I wanted to write to those who come. First of all, we were satisfied with the friendly staff and clean rooms. We enjoyed the sea and the food with my friend. Having its own beach is a great advantage and dinners are served by the pool in a nice atmosphere.

The staff are friendly and the hotel offer breakfast, lunch & dinner open buffet which is great. The room was incredibly small and semi clean. The evenings were a nightmare trying to sleep because of the noisy surrounding bars and their extremely loud music. Probably wouldn't stay here again if I were to come back to Marmaris.

The hotel has a great location, reception was very good, easy to check in and very helpful, the food delicious, cleaning room is good also,but the hotel has only one elevator, there is no parking, the room is too small and they don't put water daily only in welcome first day.

About 150m from the beach and noisy bars so it' much better if want to rest in the evening. Rooms modern and clean but rather small. The food is very good as for hotel standards.

Due to the parking problem, my wife spent half of her 1-day holiday looking for a place to leave the car. Hotel staff were nice but there was nothing they could do. It would have been a perfect holiday if there had been a staff member to carry the luggage and park the car.

My time in the apartment was quite good, like last year, there was super nice staff who take care of you. The air conditioning worked great in my room. The WiFi is bad as always and I am very dissatisfied when it comes to hygiene. Our room wasn't cleaned regularly and the bathroom wasn't really clean either.

Basic and a little old but nice and clean the staff will do anything for you a nice pool also .

Just returned from 14 nights here, we've thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The bar staff where all excellent, the waiters Kadir and Aussi looked after us well. Kadir especially went out of his way to sort out a bill discrepancy with mixed up drinks put on our bill. Not saying it was done intentionally but these things happen. Love this place. went there, great for kids, family. The swimming pool was hot and clean the food was great out door of hotel was POW right on point went to a water park, went on a big boat swam in the ocean and it took us on lots of different beaches. Went on a jeep for a tour had a giant water fight with everyone on the jeep and lots more. I LOVE THIS PlACE!!!!!???????????????????????

Lovely,clean and friendly Rooms cleaned daily. Boss man and staff are friendly and welcoming. I have suffer with anxiety when around new people but there was no need to worry as they are all making you feel like at home. I will most definitely be returning in the very near further.

Simple and quiet. Rooms are tidy and clean, not small. Every suit has kitchen with all necessary things. There is outside swimming pool and grossery shop right near hotel. Mind it, no elevator is available, only stairs. Parking place is roomy. Location is a bit far from the beach, advisable place to stay if you don't want to pay much for a room.

It is an old building but the rooms were very clean. The bathroom and the kitchen were renovated. The rooms and the balcony were spacious. There are 2 single armchairs and a 3-seat sofa in the room, apart from the bed. The price is also very reasonable. There is a kettle, plate, glass, etc. in the room. If you are going to cook, there is an electric stove, as I read in the comments, it cooks a little...
