Inexpensive hotels in Marmaris

We spent our wedding night here room very clean shower was excellent had the jets. Only problem was breakfast was cold

3rd stay at the Alkan, great hotel in a brilliant location, friendly helpful staff.

Pool area okay but there where quite a few sunbed grabbers staying, Area of town the hotel is in was a bit busy for me , a lot of fake clothing shops and bars catering for the English , i preferred the town centre,

It has a lift and Good size pool with a small area for children only fault is the rooms at the front get traffic noise apart from that very close to any shop you need ,clothes,food,supermarket 👍

Stayed for 9 nights from the 31/8 , staff very pleasant, room okay , breakfast reasonable , i enjoyed the evening meals at the hotel

Great value for money, apartments are clean and facilities are good with a swimming pool. Also, the attached bar and restaurant is excellent and the staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful

The rooms are lovely and clean. Short walk to the beach. The restaurant attached is a definite must. Try the plank steak it's to die for!

Can't fault it we have been there a good few times friendly nice and clean when in marmaris we stay there check it out

Stayed here for 2week in 2009 really cheap and the family that's runs the Hotel you really couldnt wish for a better family even the chef took us out on the night on the town one day I'm coming back to this place I'm thank full the last time I stayed here was with my nan and family this was my first holiday away with my nan this place holds some great memmerys for me of my beatifull nan that I'll keep...

Very accomodating staff who were very helpful and flexible with our travel plans. Good location that isn’t far from town centre but nice and quiet. Pool in great condition and the building is neat and tidy

Having been to many Turkish low price hotels, this one was a very great quality hotel given the price

My room was very spacious and clean, air conditioning and decent size fridge. Hotel is a bit out from the centre but only a short taxi ride into town

Breakfast stated Turkish and English but unfortunately there was only Turkish fare on offer

And if you are in to tattoos or thinking of getting your first, there is a well established tattoo studio on site, who makes you feel very comfortable and is very gentle, as a person with many tattoos she is the best I have found

I love this place great accommodation, great staff, cocktails spirits effes, pool and a wonderful relaxing environment. A great place to enjoy your holiday.

A very well run family business. every one was so accommodating, they could not do enough to make you feel at home. there is so much to do from relaxing by the pool, to all the fun entertainment at night

You cant find a cheaper place in marmaris like this one. 5 minute walks from the public beach and near the city center. Great value for the money you give

Only couple of things: -doors to rooms not so noise and smoke proof, so there is noise and cigarette smoke from corridor

Brilliant hotel and staff and animation team. Rooms were cleaned daily and clean towels everyday too. Food and also service good. Will be going back soon.

lovely hotel rooms are well equipped sofa bed in living room satalite tv dining table everything you need for a holiday kitchenette bedroom a decent size plenty hanging space & drawers staff are friendly bar/restaurant looks onto the pool food was reasonably priced 241 drinks ??loads of shops & restaurants close by bus stop only couple mins walk away from hotel

Couldn't fault the place the rooms are clean, the market inside the hotel is always open. Will definitely stay here again in the years to come

Great place to stay, the staff have always been courteous and friendly always being chatty and even reserving us a table for the England game

You could easily take The taxi or dolmus. Dolmus was very cheap, only 10 lira per person. Taxi was also cheap, somewhere between 70 and 100 lira

We would really recommend a stay at banu botel if you Dont have a big budget but still want a pleasant stay

Beautiful clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to accommodate your every need. Lovely choices of food and drinks. Well situated hotel, a stone throw away from the seafront beach

Already returning here In 6 weeks

Ferhat made us feel very at home. He helped us with every question we had. He always helped us with a smile. The food was fine, it was exactly what you expect from a 3-star hotel. There where new dishes every day

The hotel is clean, the rooms are modern fresh and a good size. The food is better than the previous hotel I stayed in and I always found something I liked to eat. Although the breakfast could be improved

and it was just around the corner from migros so quite handy for shopping but away from the sellers harassing you. You'll see some wild life up this way if you're quiet at night. and it's not too far from Icemeler

We stayed here and it was a good but basic base to go and enjoy all the excursions in marmaris and surrounding area. I don't like the resort too much but the hotel was off the main strip and away from the harbour

Try and pay your bar bills as you go though as i saw too many people argue with the staff at the end of the holiday as no one really knew what money they had spent

All fundamentals were functioning, taps, lambs, air conditioner, tv, flush unit were running. Towels were not dirty as mentioned in the previous posts. Price is average when we consider our date of accomodation

It is located in the city centre, so that you won't need to take a taxi or your car. Parking lot is a huge problem. Cleaning level is moderate, i can't say it was very dirty

Compared to summer time, price looks not bad. All in all, would i stay again? I suppose the answer will be yes, but as long as the prices do not fly to the moon

The hotel is very near to the beach, good location. The rooms are a bit old, but thats no issue, because we were anyway all day out.

If your expectations are very high, i don't recommend you choose this hotel

It will take about 7 minutes for you to walk till the main road and maybe 10 more min till marina, so 15-20 minutes is not that much, if you like to take a walk like me it's perfect

And about 12 minutes just till the beach. The surrounding area is quiet with a few small shops and a few hairdressers. Minibuses are passing nearby so if you do not want to walk you can quickly get anywhere this way

Every time the bathroom got flooded after shower and there was no bath mat provided either. There was no duvet or proper bedding either, instead we were given a small towel like blanket

First of all if you looked at the map and you think that this hotel is so much far away from the beach and the center of the city it is not that much

Also take your shower stuff because here you will find just a soap. The owners are so smiling and nice couple, they talk english very well so they will help you with anything if you are a foreigner

Best hotel I have been when in turkey food was grate staff was lovely hope to go back 1 day when am bit better izzy n Angela n family was grate mate a friend who I talk to one facebook still 3 year later

I've been there 2 times and going back for a month in August. It's friendly staff are great . The apartments are basic but clean and very roomy. Foods good and cheap .

i went to club ceylan this year and me and my family loved it and we wont to go back next year the rooms were amazing and the staff were even better so i rate it a 5 star

We had a great time te staff made us feel welcome and rooms and food was fantastic

Stayed a few times, the hotel is clean. But needs a "facelift". Nice staff. Not easy to find a sunbed in the sun, if your not up before 5 in the morning. People put towels down in the middle off the night.

But the other staff that gets you drinks like odd job swarez mehmet all them workers are amazing very nice guy work very hard about 15 hours aday for basicaly les that £10 and then have to sleep under the swimming pool but it was an average place to stay I enjoyed it apart from the higher staff who wouldent care 1 but if U came again just want your money and everything was over priced at this hotel...

I just spent the last 10 days there It was ok but extremely hot and U comftable in the rooms and the air conditioning in only in the liveing room (stupid) and very expensive the rooms where tidy and the staff there good apart from the owner who wouldent even turn round to a acknowledge U and his son the fat guy with curly hair he was so horrible and lazy he even told me that only one or my arms or...

What can I say? The rooms are basic as is the decor which you would expect for the price you pay, the staff are so very friendly and can't do enough for you but equally not overbearing, the food is very reasonably priced and is excellent quality, the pool is superb we literally couldn't have asked for more and would love to come back, Thank you guys for an amazing holiday ?

One of the best hotels about the staff are very good apart from the receptionist always giving the eye lol the main man is a legend nows how to look after his place very helpful deffo go back here again thanks guys
