The hotel is located in the heart of everything. The beach is right infront (even though the beach is a lot better 20 mins walk downwards). ELEGANCE HOTELS INTERNATIONAL is a great place to stay. You have got everything at your fingertips. As you step out of the hotel, the pool is there within a few metres, and as you walk towards the other side of the pool, you are on the beach. The Grand Bazaar is a few minutes ride in the bus. Three star hotel. It is what it is . Good location. Nice pool . Ender behind bar was a nice fella , Hassan the waiter was so funny. Breakfast very basic and limited. Lovely cafe bar across road , Great food .

3 stars at best. Promised room with 1 big bed, gave 2 small. Lobby/elevator are depressing and not air conditioned. Room Safe is an extra 4$/day. No private beach (only bad beach clubs are near). Barely warm shower. Sea view is obstructed. Bar street is >15 min walk.

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from the Beach Street and main road. The service offered in this hotel is definitely not worth the 4*

Very good hotel with fine rooms and a swimming pool. The staff are friendly and welcoming, but there is one drawback - the hotel opposite - from 10 PM to 1 am every day very loud screaming music, even with the Windows closed you can clearly hear the music and hard to sleep.

Nice and quiet place, but not without flaws. Sooooo slow service at the bar. The rooms are clean but the second line to the sea very close. 30 sec. Food variety. Clean the pool. Tagil there:)

There is a nice and smiling staff.. but the staff is insufficient. There are too many people in the hotel.. Staff should be reinforced to reduce the density, especially in the lobby bar..

A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff excellent food and very clean

Although my wife and I didn't stay at the hotel. We tried its cafe and it was amazing. Breakfast was huge with a lot of plates and we were shocked how cheap it was! The coffee is also really good and cheap price. The staff are super super friendly and welcoming. We felt warm!

Great hotel to stay in. The rooms are good, except the shower kept going hot and cold. The breakfast here is nice too, make sure to get in early for the pancakes. Pool area is nice and chill. Supermarket and convenience stores all near by. Great for pickups for excursions.

Very good value for money. The hotel had everything including a pool, a very nice spa, and a kids play area. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It wasn’t room with a sea view as I’ve preordered. Not all lights worked; cleaning stuff was usually based at my door; the sheets wasn’t clean. And the most awful thing was that reception guy wrote me by my personal number, that he took from my check in card!!!

We have come when the season is at a close. The hotel itself has everything you need. Rooms are clean and got all the basic essentials, tv, hairdryer, mini fridge etc. Cleaner has the quickest and efficient service going. Highly recommend getting a room with sea/pool view. Beautiful location, wonderful staff and very chilled vibes - a great opportunity to meet people from across the world. The perfect place to take a book, unwind and work on your tan - and really close to lots of lively bars and shows if you want something more upbeat on a night. Would return in a minute!

I cannot fault the staff, location and service in this hotel. The only negative thing i can say its the selection of drinks or the lack of selection, most of the premium drinks were chargable. I highly recommend this Hotel for the sea front and private beach, overall a great location as not in the middle of a noisy centre town.

Although I was there at the beginning of June, the hotel was full, it was very crowded at dinner, in the evening I could barely find a table and I was standing in line for food. The adult pool was too small for how many of us were staying. And on the beach there were earwigs and other insects in the sand that bit you.
