Bar and pool areas messy, drinks and food everywhere. Spillages on stairs which haven’t been cleaned up, pool area massively slippy witnessed a few people falling over

The hotel was fab. Everything and everyone was catered for. Thank you to our waiter Recep Aygün for looking after us so well. We will defo be back.

Looked at reviews before we booked a couple of bad ones but I would not take any notice. The Hotel was brilliant, Rooms cleaned every day fresh towels. Fresh water bottles every day cleaners were lovely

Can I just start of by saying this hotel is the most family friendly and entertaining hotel I've stayed at. bare in mind there was 17+ of us

Fantastic experience at the Green Nature Diamond Hotel! The food was excellent and the service was second to none. Plenty of beds around the pools, there were two to choose from

I have been going to marmaris for many years and let me tell you I have no complaints

The manager is very happy and gets involved in every guest. Only one day he shouted at a towel boy because a guest had a glass drink around pool. Talk to your staff with respect the guest is in the wrong not him

Cocktails although nice are more like mocktails. The pool area is great but slightly on the smaller sides so it is difficult to get sunbeds around the pool unless you come out before 7am

As most people dont want to get involved in things. Although the pool games are always popular

The food is a high standard but it does get tiresome. Its the samething most days from breakfast-dinner. Need to bring themed nights and no doner kebabs. Which we were looking forward to the most so we ate out one night

Then its your usual acrobatics etc which are ok but once you have seen one you have seen them all. I do feel sorry for the hotel as the guests seem to be here more for chilling which makes entertainers jobs hard

The female is nice but for me she doesnt dress adequate for a staff member if you have to keep pulling dresses down etc your not dressed correctly. The entertainment on a night has some good nights and ok ones

Towels and toiletries not changed, or if towels changed she never left sufficient replacement, so they had to be requested. Again readily resolved when asked

But we never really had trouble getting a sun lounger. The hotel collects towels and other items used to reserve beds if they are left our before 8am. I quite like this idea and every hotel should do this

Recommendation to hotel is spot check the cleaners to ensure they are doing a good job. Overall, the room was fine and it was the cleaning that let it down. The resort is quite nicely set up, although quite small

The room itself did have some issues, safe not working, phone not working, curtain not hanging properly. When reported, they were fixed within 30 minutes. The cleaning of the room could definitely be improved

The entertainment staff are quite good, but as there are only a few of them they do have their work cut out. They do have daily activities, kids disco, bingo and different entertainment each night

All finished up by 11pm, meaning if you wanted an early night you are not kept up until the early hours as you can have in other resorts. Plenty of options for those who want a late drink

Beach close by and lots of seating if people didn’t reserve with towels (so annoying!) lots of food selections including for kids, each night has a different theme for the freshly cooked food

Just came back from a Turkey and had a wonderful time in the Grand Yazici Club Turban Thermal. Excellent facilities, lovely food and kind staff. A big shout out goes to Musa in the dining room - a real gentleman

We had a fabulous honeymoon, the staff couldn’t do enough for us! We had a room in Block B and it was really lovely, the outdoor thermal pool is there and that was lovely

We stayed in the hotel early May with my parents, husband and 2 children and had the most wonderful time! Been here several times and cannot fault the place, staff are very friendly and cannot help you enough, bar staff (Emir and Ozzy) were always on hand plus the forgotten diamond is the after hours sandwich bar operator (yahya chef) this guy is the most placid and polite guy I have ever come across considering he has to deal with drunken / rude people

From the checking in process with Ozlem, who also found my bag when I’d lost it, to being seen within 3 minutes to the room allocation which was brilliant inside the hotel so not too far to walk

One of the true highlights of our stay was the exceptional service, especially from Tanya at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing—so friendly, warm, and helpful every single day

Making sure we had everything we needed, Tanya went above and beyond. She greeted us with a smile every time we passed through the lobby and made our children feel welcome too, which meant a lot to us

This was one of the best family trips we’ve had, and a huge part of that was thanks to the warm atmosphere and people like Tanya who made us feel right at home. We will absolutely be returning!

In brief, if you've passed the 70s, come here, and it will surely be the best choice for you and your partner or friends! In any case, to evaluate a place for a one-week stay is not simple, and it is a great responsibility

The gym, however, was a disappointment, I like to workout, but I didn't go there for that, but it was very much a token gym so they could have a tick in the box. People's home gyms are better equipped

The personnel is very kind and prompt even if sometimes doesn't understand the English language. The 5 stars hotel is a Turkish valuation, unfortunately not in line with the European standards

But, it's very appreciated all the efforts the personnel does to let the holiday be at the top. The beach is too busy and a bit dirty, nothing compared with the fabulous turkish beaches

The position is very strategic, and this is the point up because it's situated among the beach front alley and the main streets full of pubs, garment stores, and jewellery shops

**☀️ Sunbed Wars – Good Luck!** The biggest downside? **Not enough sunbeds** for the number of guests. If you’re not up at dawn to claim a spot, you’ll be lounging on a towel

Great wee hotel! Here for a holiday with my partners family and was great! Lovley nightly entertainment for children and adults, plenty of space at the pools with lots of daily activities going on, lots of options at meal times (especially for people who are a bit fussy with food), the rooms were nice and clean with daily cleaning

Rooms were fairly clean you had your towels changed on regularly,but lack of basic stuff for instance if you forget tooth brush or tooth paste,shampoo -basic complementary products

Food is gorgeous and the hotel reps are just the best, they go above and beyond to make it a fun atmosphere, especially for the kids! The rooms are basic but all work fine and are spotless which is all you can really ask for at this sort of price range

This is a fabulous hotel overall. I agree with previous posts about certain families being very rowdy etc, but it doesn't really affect you, you just have to ignore it

If you have children, they will not be disappointed and will have a great time. We will definitely be back again!

We really enjoyed spending time at the pool area and got to enjoy some excellent evening entertainment. I had an issue with a flight cancellation and the staff tried their best to help me

Beach is on the other side of sidewalk (it's 5m from exit and you can take drinks from hotel bar right from the sidewalk and go on the beach) and sunbeds are free

I reported this to the cleaner and reception staff but they did not accept liability and was faced with a very rude woman with an attitude problem who was the line manager, advising that it was our problem even though they were locked away in our room

The experience was really nice at the hotel. Its very spacious with three pools and a lot of greenery. The entertainment team was amazing with a lot of energy and fun interactive activities

Just like most other all inclusive hotels in Marmaris. Location is close to shops, beach, chemists and restraunts. The hotel is large and has many rooms, but they work hard looking after it

They are the best entertainment i have seen and would recommend. The entertainment makes up for the outdated rooms and there is a very large selection of food, which is also very good

Our stay at Elegance was truly wonderful — relaxing, comfortable, and full of warm hospitality. The hotel is elegant, spotless, and perfectly located right by the sea

It was my first visit at Casa De Maris Hotel and I was absolutely delighted with the service, standards and the hotel itself. I booked the holiday as my birthday trip and I didn't get disappointed at all

Some traditional Turkish dishes, some European options, all presented exceptionally well and modern. Flavours were spot on, ingredients fresh, not heavily salted which means the ingredients stood out

Sun beds are available in the place and the pool towels can be replaced every Tuesday and Friday

4 nights in June 2025, exceeded my expectations on my first visit to Turkey. It was not too busy as still in term time, plenty of very comfortable sun loungers by pool and by the sea

Yes there are quite a few steps down to the water so possibly not great for less mobile people, but so easy for us to enjoy the pool and sea and other lounge areas

You can easily walk to Iclemere in about 20 mins along a safe coastal paved path, or hire bikes/electric bikes etc

Firstly, the reception staff speak very little English and it is hard to get them to understand anything, the room is very basic with no tea or coffee facilities, this is very disappointing as that should be a minimum i think, the room is very clean though so overall I think it is OK, there are no fans in the outside bar areas which would be a good addition as it is very very hot, evening entertainment...

I have suggested that the hotel remove towels from unused beds. The same can be said with the beach. in both cases get down early (before 9am) to secure a decent spot

The cleanliness was of a very good standard. Plenty of sunbeds available round the huge pool & a lovely beach a minutes walk away

Although the rooms are a little dated they were very clean. Our bedding was changed every other day and towels every day. Food was very good and restaurant was immaculate

There are multiple points to grab a coffee. But realistically the pool bar functions as the main one. The bar staff here are great and cocktails are included in the all inclusive

This is something we complained about because (and this isn't the hotels fault) people are inconsiderate. People put towels on beds and disappear for most of the day

The hotel itself has a nice pool, but be warned there is no shallow end. Be warned you need to get down early if you want to secure a sun bed

Everything was great! The location is amazing and full of greenery. Food is nice and varies enough. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, air conditioning works fine

Stayed here a few weeks ago for a week with my partner (young couple in their 20’s). The rooms are modern and clean, we had a sea view room which was excellent. The shower was amazing, a massive rainfall shower

After the first night of stay, I asked to change the room, they changed it, but I did not achieve complete silence (( The beach is unique: with red sand, I looked for others in the area

The room had everything you need. I really liked the coffee and hot chocolate)). All the pluses are offset by one minus: very loud music in the nearby bars does not stop until 1 am

This hotel was quite a bit further out than we realised, but not too big of an issue as it’s a nice enough walk along to the main area. And there’s shops and restaurants not too far from the hotel either

Pasa beach has been very welcoming and a lovely place to stay for me and my partner, the entertainment team have been so friendly and very good at what they do! They all work really hard to get everyone involved in the fun days here

Had a really good experience the first time I came I had to come a month later, the staff are really nice and the entertainment team are very friendly and always get you involved in the activities

We had to get up around 4am to ensure we had sunbeds but this seems to be the case in most similar resorts now

Small issue when we arrived with one of our rooms which could have been handled a lot better by a particular female on reception who was very rude and dismissive to the point of having to take the issue up with management, it was then fortunately resolved but not without unnecessary effort

Just stayed as a family for a week here and had high expectations after reading all of the reviews beforehand

Some pool activities would have been great for kids, where we stayed last year they had little races in the pool, foam party, spot the ball competitions etc overall a lovely holiday but our daughter preferred our last hotel simply for the daytime entertainment but she did enjoy the pool and water slide

Ideal if you enjoy ping-pong, archery, pool table and water aerobics but for an 8yr old girl none of these were suitable but my nephews 11 and 14 would have enjoyed it. The play area was too young for her too
