This is the worse experience I have had , one of the most important things is to have a clean place to stay even for a short place, the smell of th3 place is horrible, there is no excuses to offer a dirty and unpleasent room. We called the Hotels.com to fix the problem and the tried to reach the owner for giving us the refund, and they didn't reply and didn't offer any solution from the front desk man, he didn't want simple to help, they don't care about clients neither their satisfaction.

Staff was very nice, Breakfast okay, always the same things but fresh.
Rooms were far from what pictures are showing. Mildew and fungus in the bathroom, no cabin so water from the shower is in whole bathroom. Bed was destroyed and made noises every time you move your hand or leg. Unpleasant smell in whole building and overall dirt: mirrors cabin, floor
Air conditioning works really well, also it’s quite silent.
It made us want to spend time outside of the hotel as much as possible. So it can be both a positive and negative aspect
For sure we will avoid this place in the future

Photos on the website are far from reality. We booked a suite room based on the photo in the website but ...they told us that this was not what we booked. We noticed now that there are no photos of the bathrooms in the rooms so we decided to upload some. Overall dirty room and sheets with rusty faucets in the bathroom. They should really take out the photos of the pool since the size is no match to a bird feeder. Walls are made of something that is not sound free. We were vey lucky to have a live event on the terrace but..wc was next to our suite room so we had to listen to everyone stepping down the stairs to go to the wc. No phone on the room and wifi quality very bad to say at least. Btw communication in English was not feasible.
On the plus side we decided to leave one day earlier from Kusadasi.

We stayed there for 2 nights, the room was nice and the staff were super polite and welcoming. There is a terrace up with very nice views to the bay where you can have some drinks. Breakfast was simple but good, we were full at the end every morning

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we knew we were in good hands. Zal and Erehan looked out for us for nearly 3 weeks. The breakfast was good, different to anything from home which was nice. The rooms are clean and the cleaners will do the room as per your request at reception. The bathroom needs an update but nothing you can’t deal with. The location is only 5-10 minute walked to the marina depending on how fast you can go down a hill. The staff are what makes this hotel stand out, always willing to go above and beyond and treating you like a family member. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will be certain to be back soon. Also a big thank you to Mehmet who was attentive to our every need.

3-star hotel.. The staff are very respectful and helpful.. I took a good room, but the bathroom needed maintenance.. The breakfast is very good.. The location, especially for young people or those who are able to walk, is excellent. Approximately ten minutes walk away from the coast and twenty minutes on foot to the city center.

Nice room with nice view! The only disappointment was the bathroom design that the toilet and shower are together, when you take shower, the toilet gets washed.

The 4 star is for the air conditioners that was on one temperature and cold. Very respectful employees and breakfast was the best. I felt like my home in there. Thank you!!!!!
