Neopol Hotel

From the moment I arrived, the experience at this hotel was awful. The staff were completely unhelpful, and there were random men constantly coming into the hotel and sitting around, which made the place feel unsafe.
The manager was extremely rude and dismissive. My watch was stolen from my room, and I later found out that another guest’s watch had also been taken. When I reported this to management, they showed no concern whatsoever. The manager refused to listen, was verbally aggressive, and spoke to me in an incredibly disrespectful manner.
The cleaner repeatedly entered my room without reason and went through my personal belongings. They even took photos of used towels — which is completely unreasonable, as towels naturally get dirty and are meant to be washed.
Overall, the staff were sneaky, unprofessional, and provided no support or assistance during my stay. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel for your own safety and peace of mind.

This is a 2-star hotel at best—avoid staying here! The room was basic, the linens didn’t seem fresh, and only one AC unit worked. There was no hot water in winter, and the bathroom was in a deplorable state—mouldy, poorly maintained, flooding with every shower due to a missing door, and even the shower water tasted salty. The dimly lit corridors were a trip hazard. We arrived late at night, unaware of the hotel's terrible condition, and checked out in disgust the next morning, cutting short of our stay. Despite requesting a refund, the management has not responded. This hotel falsely advertises itself as 4-star—it’s a complete scam!

Don't let the pictures fool you, looks beautiful at night when the lights are on....but, the rooms are dirty, old and mouldy bathrooms, fixtures are about to fall off the walls, not very close to the main district of Kusadasi shops, the only good thing about this place was it's outdoor pool and views of the city.

Definitely one of the most disgusting and bad experiences in my entire life! This hotel was a total disaster. The food tasted like nothing. On my first day I ordered a cheeseburger, however there was no cheese in it, you barely saw the meat, because it was so little and the fries were cold as ice and hard like a rock. The other point is the hygiene. There was none. As we first entered the room, we were shocked. The floor was not clean, the beds lines were not changed and there were some nail rests in the bathroom. It was definitely the worse hotel I’ve ever been to. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
