Located: 70 km from airport Izmir, 2 km from Kusadasi.
Consists of one 6-storey building.

Beach: private sandy beach, first coastline. Umbrellas, chairs, towels – extra charge, mattresses – free. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade.
On the hotel territory: 1 restaurant, 1 bar, 1 outdoor pool, medical service, safe Deposit box at reception (extra charge) and wireless Internet in the lobby (free)

Apart from the location of the hotel, I could not recommend anything else. I agree that the price is what attracted us, but I can't accept the things that are related to the hotel itself and its organization. My car was damaged in the hotel parking lot twice, I didn't get any notification of what happened even though the area is covered by cameras, the reception doesn't want to communicate, but that's why the maids are excellent. Second, the rooms are old but well maintained, the location of the hotel is great, but be prepared that you won't be able to sleep at night because of the noise coming from the beach after midnight. The restaurant tries to work as well as possible with the number of guests it has, but it often happens that dishes and plates of food disappear, so everything is solved faster and better, Food itself is ok. All in all, it's not the hotel we've been to before, and if I'd known it would turn out like this, I certainly wouldn't have stayed with them. It's good for a night or two and nothing more.

Rooms were dirty smell coming from toilet shower not up to standard lots of things not working in the rooms air conditioning hairdryer electric sockets TV not much better restaurant area very cold food was cold a rooftop restaurant is not suitable for this time of year in the corridor there was a strong stench coming from the carpet a lot of people complained about it apart from the hotel we enjoyed our holiday

Aging but clean hotel. Breakfast and evening dinner geared towards Europeans. Many Germans here but no fights over sunloungers which are free on the beach

Friendly staff, clean functioning rooms with a balcony and beach view. The location is perfect and Breakfast is great too. I would definitely stay again. Thanks to all the staff and keep up the good work 👍

Location is perfect, staff of the hotel is friendly but services at the restaurant is not good unfortunately

The location is perfect, direkt at the beach. The rooms are clean and big enough, but they must be renovated ASAP! Everything is here, old and used, and the laminate floor must be changed. Walls are very thin, so you hear everything from the rooms next to, the same with the balcony door, the rooms are very noisy! There is only one light spot in the corridor, and this is it, and a strange blue light at the bed!! Bathroom well during shower the whole floor is flooded because there is small glass protection and not door or even a cabin.

Hotel is good for the price and the food is good to. Friendly staff and the beach is right in front of the hotel and lots of bars and restaurants close by

Basic Turkish 3 star that makes up for dated facilities with friendly staff and a wonderful location on Ladies Beach. First room was World's smallest but spoke with reception and arranged a move without too much bother! Enjoyed rooftopbreakfat looking out over area and rooftop pool also!

Very outdated hotel but the location to the beach is perfect. Lovely small pool on the roof.
Would stay here again but definitely ask for a large room as the 1st room allocated was too small.

A very nice hotel where people are super friendly, polite and always willing to help. Having experience in staying in different places in Kusadasi, I’d recommend this hotel as a number one for those who want to have a good vacation at a good price. Special thanks to staff!
