Hotel By Karaaslan Inn

With such a 4 star hotel wifi is not working.
Rooms are clean and location is amazing.
The only problem I had was wifi as in such a 4 star hotel wifi speed should be not like 1 star hotel.

Am actually here in Turkey from Belfast trying to sort out my teeth I was given this hotel well let me tell you I got of a very long flight that served no hot meals when I arrived to this hotel the smoke nearly killed me I’ve just recovered from asthma & using no inhalers..The man spoke to me in a manner I would not speak to a dog “he looked at me & said Name I said excuse me then I went up to the 5th floor had to run up and down until 3,10 trying to sort things out ..my kettle didn’t sit right the socket was out from the wall there was no water in the kettle no bottled water in room ..I went down again he filled my kettle with water then I went back up 5th floor my Internet didn’t work the man was so rude God I wanted to just walk out…. I then went for a shower omg the water was freezing I jumped out it ..the bed clothes where not fresh I went done again told him…he had no interest 5,55am I got to sleep l went down for breakfast well here wee go again…there was a set Menu if you would call it that… I had an egg scrambled one egg to with cheese in it in which I told him I don’t eat cheese nor bread I was only allowed one cup black coffee & he told me there would a charge for another one he even tried to charge me for the free coffee that’s in you’re room ,I had enough I went back to my room very tired I checked out he charged me 1,700 lira for what..I had to go sit on the beach figure out what next I was alone my Internet didn’t work but I got here by Gods grace & protection I arrived to a beautiful clean hotel I took sick I had food poisoning any wonder when I saw the chef come out rub his hands threw his hair the place was pure dirt it takes a lot for me to write a review but the only reason why am leaving a review is that I will help save someone from heartache & who might not be as strong as I am ….PLEASE STAY AWAY…there is not one thing I could say about this dump only it shouldn’t not be on a map or put down as a hotel something isn’t right how anyone passes this for inspection…. TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED. THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW …My dentist made a mistake in picking this hotel & if anyone questions why but that’s totally forgiven lesson learnt for them also ..wee both suffered …do you’re homework before coming to Turkey! I will be going on all Social media leaving this review trust pilot also…I HAVE DONE NO CRIME I HAVE SHARED MY EXPERIENCES BUT YOUR’E REPLY IS MORE LIKE A THREAT TO ME YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY ….I don’t tell lies am an honest person
