Hikmethan Mini-hotel

Very rude staff. They had no internet and I must of had wifi. after a few hours I said if the wifi not being repaired I should go. A man said he is the manager with no English send a taff to bring the luggage down without understanig that I am asking if the problem exist I must check-our. After 2 hours when I found a hotel in late evening when I went to collect my luggage from lobby I asked for refund because I were only 2 hrs in the room the man who was speaking broken English not only accusing me of not knowing English(I am Canadian) but also was very hostile and said he won´t refund money. Terrible customer service these men have no understanding that their country surviving on tourism. No one knows English to fix the problem. All good review comes from local tourists. The room I got was big and renovated but everything in bathroom was felthy and rusted. The reception had gone home at 5 and I had to deal with 2 men working in the restaurant. I hope the owner of hotel train these people with customer service.
