Concordia Celes Beach Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

when we came to the room, there were stains on the bed and when we came to the turkish bath, they told us to go in as soon as we entered, because according to other people, and in restaurants or somewhere, people are treated badly and the cup was dirty and the toilet too when we said can you clean it they said no we can’t

No one speaks English, rooms are always dirty, manager turned off AC on purpose for people in restaurant to leave.

Overall the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Avoid at all costs

The terrible Hotel in my life What you call yourself a five-star wich 5* u have not 3* its not normal the room has not worked climate and i have reservations others room they give me an other room, And worse, u have reservations ultra all inclusive and u pay the internet(Wi-fi) 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
I don’t understand what they think about next and next year’s ?? Did u will haven’t had any turist?? Like this not your image its down 👎👎 u can’t work with people like this we give money and we have nothing for this money 😏😏

Where do I start? From beginning to end, the entire experience was awful.
Rude/racist staff who barely speak little or no English. Hotel is full of Russian guests, very moody and unfriendly. Some are blatantly racist, for example when we were in the pool a Russian lady was beckoning us to move away from her and giving our family dirty looks. These people clearly have nowhere else to go as the rest of the world do not want them (quite rightly so...)

Hotel does not provide an iron or iron board. When I took some dresses to reception and paid on 2 occasions, they tell me they don't have any change and will give it to me later. The first time it was only around €5 so I didn't chase it. But he did it again, owing me €30 so I went back the next day and asked for my change. After a lot of huffing and puffing he gave back €25.

We were a group of 18 guests and every room had similar issues.
Poor room service, blocked sinks, faulty air conditioning systems, sewage from drains, mini fridge only had a few cheap cartons of juices. Tasted awful.
Staff in the canteen do not speak any English and food is absolutely rubbish. Very rude and unfriendly. Appear racist and giving VIP service to the Russian customers.
Though we paid for all inclusive we hardly used the canteen due to the poor selection of food available. We had to pay for shuttle buses to take us some 50-60km to eat McDonald's or Burger King costing us an extra £90 (POUNDS) return fare each time. Never again coming to this Racist country!!! Definitely not recommending any family or friends! An awful experience all round. This was our children's first ever holiday, totally ruined by these uneducated scums who live and work here.

We paid for ultra all inclusive, but we had to pay extra for internet (the most basic service). The rooms were not clean. We had to wake up at 5am to "reserve" the pool beds, because there were not enough, and they would get occupied immediately. The food offered is really not friendly for people with dairy allergies. I had a 1-year old child and had to go every day to ask for a soup for her and wait 20 min to get it ready.

The hotel staff doesn't speak english,Wi fi you need to pay per room and only one gadget can connect. it's not child friendly there's not much activity for the kids to do... Their pool is too small. The food is the same everyday. All in all bad hotel to stay in.
