I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. Although the facilities and location were good, the biggest disappointment was the staff.

The service was far from what you would expect from a 5-star hotel — the staff were often unfriendly and unwilling to help. Communication was extremely difficult, even for basic requests. It felt like they had no interest in making guests feel welcome or comfortable.

For the price and the supposed standard of the hotel, I expected much better treatment. I would not recommend this place to travelers who value good service and a friendly atmosphere.

The hotel fulfilled our expectations. It looks pretty and preserved. It's spacious and the lobby is very big. Rooms are nice and clean. Food is diverse and you can always choose between various types of food. Pools are very nice but if you don't come early in the morning you will stay without sunbeds (same for the beach). The shore has rocks and you shouldn't go into the sea without swimming shoes. Free WIFI you have only in the lobby and this is something that they should change. You pay for a 5 star hotel and then you need to pay 12 euros for 7 days at the reception if you want their good internet, terrible. Another bad thing is that the stuff doesn't speak English except one or two workers at the reception. The hotel has a playground for kids and events all day long so it's not boring. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel rating should be changed from five stars to three stars at most. All the people working in the hotel do not speak English at all. The management is very bad and does not have a nice way of dealing with tourists. There is no Wi-Fi except in the lobby. Towels are only changed every three days. The food is not delicious and tasteless. The room cleaning is very bad. I do not recommend going to this hotel at all.

Excellent hotel! Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location—close to attractions and public transport. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

This hotel is absolutely ridiculous! The hot water has been nonexistent for three whole days, and all they do is make empty promises about fixing it. How can they even think about opening for the season without providing basic necessities like hot water and working slides? It's incredibly frustrating. I paid extra to switch rooms and leave a better review, but the lack of hot water and clean bedsheets is truly unacceptable. It's a complete waste of money and time.

We had a rest in October 2021. The hotel is great! The staff is polite, everyone is incredibly friendly and kind. The food is delicious and very varied, we even got to the A La Kart restaurant (I think that's what it's called) on a fish day, it was incredibly delicious! But I would like to say a special huge thank you to the animators of this hotel! Apo, Marcel and Alina! They are just handsome, cool music plays at the pool all day, morning exercises, water aerobics, and in the evening a children's disco, then an animation show and at the end, of course, an adult disco. All the guests are delighted with the host Apo, and my child generally fell in love with him and did not want to go home, because there is no such uncle named Apo at home! 😂 The room is clean, the bed linen was changed every day! In general, we really enjoyed our vacation there! I recommend it to everyone!

A cozy hotel, my husband and I arrived on May 19 for 8 days. At the reception, they put bracelets on us and we brought our things into a separate room, then we ran to the hammam (this is to get an even tan) and we were offered a massage in the hammam, it was unforgettable, then we went to the reception, a cozy room with air conditioning was waiting for us - for 8 days of rest, my husband and I liked everything: delicious food, a variety of salads, soups, cakes, fish, meat, several types of cheese, a warm sea, fruits and vegetables. The hammam has a free sauna, it's cool. The masseurs work with soul and are happy to each client. I want to express my gratitude for the attention from the client and those who work where they do the massage, these are the people they are in their place, big hello to everyone, especially to Alena who makes the schedule for the client

We came here for a week as a couple,and we were positively impressed.
We don't get why people are giving bad reviews on this hotel. Of course it's not perfect,but it's more than enough for a joyful holiday,and we'll never forget this vacation.
Very friendly personnel. Clean rooms,clean pools,very good food and loads of it.
Nice and communicative employees.
Ramzi,the hotel manager,is a very nice and friendly person,always asked us if everything is ok,and if we feel good.
The man responsible for animation,Rico,is also very friendly and kind,and he always gave me a positive vibe and good energy.
We will definitely come here again!

when we came to the room, there were stains on the bed and when we came to the turkish bath, they told us to go in as soon as we entered, because according to other people, and in restaurants or somewhere, people are treated badly and the cup was dirty and the toilet too when we said can you clean it they said no we can’t

No one speaks English, rooms are always dirty, manager turned off AC on purpose for people in restaurant to leave.
