Small, cosy budget hotel for family beach holidays. The bright rooms provide all desirable amenities and a beautiful beach, in the picturesque lagoon is within walking distance.
Location: in the centre of Oludeniz, 13 km from Fethiye, 60 km from the airport g. Dalaman.
Consists of several 2-storey buildings.
The hotel has 60 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach is 250 m from the hotel (2-coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Sun beds, umbrellas - for a fee. The beach is 2 km away.

Staff absolutely brilliant and only reason I stayed as long as I did . It's dated in need of repair/refurbishment. Foods same most days and slim variety. Biggest issue is smoking ,I don't smoke an

Location fantastic
Staff are rude lost my keycard as my bag got stolen on a boat trip explained this to the manager and he said not my problem and charged me for a new key.
Rooms dirty no kettle etc which is disappointing
Food is terrible same crap every night kids food chicken nuggets chips and dry pasta no sauce
Breakfast is the worst you would ever have a lot different to what is advertised I mean who puts broccoli with breakfast?
We have gone out most nights to eat which on the strip the food is lovely but paying all inclusive and having to go out is costing to much.
I will return to another hotel though as it’s the best part of Turkey I have visited in the 5 times I have been.
90% of the food doesn’t have what it is or what it contains so allergies are not taken into consideration
No ac in the reception or the dinner fans on the ceiling not on loads of power cuts etc
Pool area dirty never again as I paid £6500 for 10 days for 3 adults and 3 children
I am not surprised TUI have dropped this hotel for next season

Nice hotel with pleasant staff. Lunch and dinner food is very good but breakfast is mediocre. Room quite nice and clean. Location is excellent and is next door to the strip with the beach being a 10 min walk passing through the shops.

Excellent holiday with family of all ages. Young daughters really enjoyed themselves. Omar the photographer took some great photos and Barack the customer relations was good fun.
The food wasn't bad, there was always something to eat and the drinks included in the all inclusive were fine too. Only downside was only being able to have 1 key, was a bit tricky at times with 3 young children. Daughters had their hair braided at reasonable prices.
Sometimes we could hear outside noise in the early hours but nothing major.
All in all a great place to stay and I would go back.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel after being recommended by a tui travel agent, who told us that the food was great and there was lots to do etc.
We straight away noticed that the hotel room was good with a nice big bed and good air conditioning.
The issues we had about the hotel was mainly down to the stale and often uncooked food, and excessive noise in the evenings due to loud entertainment going on well into the early hours of the morning. The noise became so bad that our first purchase the next day was earplugs from the pharmacy nearby.
There are very limited things to do independently and we ended up booking an early flight home.
Wouldn’t recommend it as a place to come to if you’re looking to get good food and a good night sleep!

I've been to this hotel about 3 times! The hotel staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly. The views are absolutely beautiful, it honestly feels like a postcard. It doesn't even feel real. I can't wait to go back in the future!

Brilliant hotel, very friendly staff and good atmosphere. Not Brilliant for vegetarians,I didn't try the diet cauliflower 🙄 good range of chicken and fish meals.

Lovely big hotel, we went end of season so there wasn't any hassle getting beds but in peak months I bet it's a nightmare. Most of the staff were chatty. Rooms very basic but that's the norm in a 3* hotel. Loads of food but all the same. Again very repetitive and reused from other meals. Ended up eating out most nights. I personally wouldn't go back.

Clean room, glad ours was at the back away from the blaring bad music and football noise.
Good food as long as you only like eggs. Restaurant is like a school canteen. Bright and noisy.
Updated in the 90s.
Pool area a riot of red ice cream umbrellas, with all reserved towels. Constant smell of cheap cigarette smoke and music. Albeit very clean.
Water & water-pressure excellent, air-con excellent.
A 3 min walk to beach and copy shops.
Janis the restaurant manager was a lovely chap and kept the place running. He made our holiday special for us.

Terrible hotel. Been to Turkey 8 times and loved it until this year.
Food cold, no choice, room OK very dated and in need of decorating.
All inclusive drinks were beer, vodka wine or brandy nothing else. No cocktails, no orange juice. Rude staff.
