Disappointing Stay – Misleading Room Description
I booked this room a year in advance, expecting a garden view as advertised, but was highly disappointed upon arrival. The room I was given looked out onto a wall, with dull, depressing lighting. After raising my concerns, I was shown another room, but it only had views of roofs and solar panels—still nothing close to a garden view.
The lighting in both rooms was poor, which added to the lackluster experience. Given how long I had been looking forward to this stay, the reality didn’t meet expectations at all. I expected much better, especially after booking so far in advance. Would not recommend if you're hoping for scenic views or a bright, pleasant atmospher

We had a Jacuzzi in its own court yard with table and chairs . the bed room it self was small but nice and clean Room. No wardrobe only an open space with a rail for hanging with safe and two Drew’s below .The only bed thing I would say is you only get one key .so if one wants to sleep and the other wants to go out .it is difficult not good we felt like we had to stay together at all times .

On arrival I was upgraded for some reason, so obviously happy as soon as I stepped into my room.
Lovely hotel with tasteful decor throughout, especially the reception.
Breakfast had a few choices and omelettes, fried eggs and pancakes cooked when requested.
Pool area was updated a few years ago. Comfortable beds and towels provided. Only downside beds are reserved quite early, thankfully I prefer the beach.
All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

We love our 5 night in this hotel is perfect location, walking distance everywhere. The service is 5 stars , everyone from restaurant to housekeeping were so friendly and sweet. The buffet breakfast was great. We really enjoy our stay. Thank you everyone that works so hard there.

Everything good about this hotel. The whole hotel is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It has a lovely swimming pool. The restaurant and the food is so nice. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a week in June 2024 & couldn’t fault this Hotel. It’s ideally situated & it’s clean with well equipped rooms that are immaculately kept.

Great location. Good value.. fantastic food, and Friendly staff.. We are so pleased about this holiday, and recommend it. Especially many thanks to the restaurant's team, all of them were very friendly, smiling and helpful

Had the absolute best time here, the hotel is lovely, staff are the best, the boys are always dancing on live music nights, don't be shy and get up with them, they had my fella dancing and he doesn't at home haha...Always a warm welcome and a smile in the mornings or at any time of the day that you pass threw. Pool area is lovely, beds are so comfy and bed towels provided. The breakfast is basic but good, omelette available and the snack bar opens for bacon, egg, toasties,wraps all good. Night time menu is to die for, food is amazing and prices are good. Overall brilliant stay and going back ASAP. 4 of us stayed in 2 standard double rooms were adequate for what we needed and paid yes the balcony is small but can fit 2 chairs on. Plus there is a chill out area near the pool and the bar. Beach is a 10 min stroll to the bottom of the road not far at all.
